@VitaVitaAR Gonna get a post out when I get back home in about eight hours. Love how you're keeping this rolling Vita, I feel like you deserve big props for that.
Unfortunately I likely won't be able to really post too much until sometime next week. Won't have internet access for a few days since I'm moving across state lines so feel free to not wait on me too much.
Since @Rune_Alchemist is coming back this week, I'd like to give them a chance to post before I make my next update. Still, glad to see everyone seems to be enjoying this so far! Any questions or comments?
Appearance: Realistically, Moridax can have multiple appearances but for the most part so can only seem to materialize one appearance at the moment. A certain pretty girl look though with noticeable veins showing below her skin.
Personality: Even back when she was a hulking skeletal monstrosity she had a rather personable personality. Moridax rather enjoys the company of others, throwing dinner parties and inviting many of the gods to them, though the rare few actually joined her. That said, despite how girly or personable she would like to be, she had to put on a show about being the Lord of the Underworld. A show of intimidation and confidence that, behind closed doors with her closest subordinates, she would show a slightly more childish side, complaining about paperwork, among other things.
If she had her choice on how to thoroughly act though, it would be happy-go-lucky and excitable. Looking to have fun regardless of the situation while wanting to avoid conflict if she could.
Domain: The Dead and the Underworld
Abilities: Moridax has powers over the dead. She can animate corpses and make them move to her every whim. One of her particularly favorite things is to animate a number of skeletons to do a dance number. In addition, she can channel spirits (particularly her own) and arguably the most important thing for her, Corpse Molding. It allows her to change a corpse to better suit her purpose. Particularly, change it to look like her preferred form though if she had more power she could use it to make corpse abominations.
Brief Backstory: Moridax had a long history running the Underworld and housing the place for life after death. It would be wrong to say she ruled with an iron fist, but that’s definitely how she tried to portray herself. Less to keep an image for herself, but more to keep evil spirits under lock and key frightened. Despite how much she may have struggled with it, she ran the place proper.
She tried to meet as many of the other gods as she could, but very few accepted her invitations to the dinner parties she ran on account of her look as Lord of the Underworld and how unappealing a meal in the Underworld sounded. Despite that, she hosted constant parties with entertainment as well.
