Background: Javier was born in Oakland, California, to a pair of high school teachers. Growing up, Javier's own curiosity about the world developed and grew, thanks to his parents. Always wondered what was really out there and would learn more about the oddities and strange things that may or may not exist around the world. While he may not believe all of it at first. He believes that there is some truth behind it that people have not discovered yet.
Javier ended up moving to Seattle after his parents lost their jobs and his father found a new one. There, Javier would go to enroll at the University of Washington, but after graduating, he would fail to find a job. Struggling to make ends meet as he worried about his future in his apartment when a commercial came on about the Ghost Busters. That was when Javier realized not only he could have a job but, also see the paranormal for himself. Finding a truth that has long since been covered.
