Sol System

The last of the Imperial vessels were finally destroyed by the remaining Chaos forces.

As the last of the Sacrifices to the gods were made the liquid ball within real space burst like a cyst across all versions of Sol in all universes and parallel dimensions.

A purple aura seeped out of the wound as the warp itself began bleeding into real space. Untold legions of warp entities and Daemons poured fourth possessing and corrupting anything not already serving Chaos.

The followers of the Ruinous powers went ballistic not matter the location.

The warp could now be physically accessed from real space without the use of a warp drive.

Sol had become a breeding ground for evil.

The sky over Mars became a smeared borealis, swirling with hues known only to the insane. Lightning flashed across the sky in a pleasing spectacle. Only the unwary would dare stare at into such an abyss. The inhabitants of Mars would soon experience the pleasure of playing host to the creatures beyond the void.

Mars. First Daemon world of its kind has been renamed Badab and placed under the Rule of His Lordship Huron Blackheart of the Red Corsairs.

Aif Dreadnought Debris Field, Federation Space
Blue argon plasma streams trailed behind the freighter as it moved through the debris field, shaking off dust using its shields. Crimson negative mass flowed out of the warp ring as the ship vented what little propellant it had left, carrying as much as it could to the Yamadai. The crew looked out at the dagger-like vessel before them, laying cracked in half inside a dust field as it had for thousands of years. They couldn't help but feel honored, knowing that their new ship was made of scavenged materials from that once-great warship.

Finally, the new warship came into view. It was just as beautiful as Admiral Spoor had described, a pristine white hull held two warp rings on spokes at each end. Giant turrets lined the hull, and point defense systems lined both warp rings. The bow had no bridge, and instead held a lined cavity; the new Antiproton Beam Lance. Fighters were safely held within a spherical capsule in the middle of the hull, and a dozen other shuttles converged on the giant ship, carrying its crew aboard.

Keloush stepped into the great warship, no gravity holding his feet to the floor. It was a feeling everyone was used to, most vessels had no gravity rings, and instead used specialized drugs to keep muscle and bone mass in check. The familiar hissing of negative mass being transferred through pipes was heard, every starship left back home giving up their only way back home to allow the Yamadai to carry Lakfakalle into a new golden age. Or so they hoped, for if the mission failed, then the Federation would have no hope for survival. What's worse, the LCF relations with the Equestrian Empire could easily lead to hostilities with the Collective, and a lone ship would seem an easy target.

Of course, that's why the Yamadai existed, to fight off entire fleets with little to no support. Their orders were clear: Warp to Nikolien, release the nanobots, protect them at all costs while they created automated mining platforms, fuel refineries, and of course habitats. With no habitable worlds left in the system, they didn't need to set any resources as off limits, they could just let the nanobots loose and allow them to construct until the shutdown signal was sent.

"Captain Keloush!" Called another Abh, running up to him with her uniform coattails flapping behind her. "XO Telshanyu, reporting! The Yamadai is fully fueled and prepared for the jump to Nikolien, fighters are fueled and ready for electromagnetic-assisted launch, turrets are locked for FTL transit! The crew is ready, we will depart on your order!"

"We waste no time." Keloush replied "Shields to maximum, put all the negative mass we've got into the warp rings. The fight for survival waits for no one."

"Understood, Captain!" Telshanyu walked towards one of the lifts, speaking into her armband communicator. "Shields up, maximum warp. Chart a course for the Nikolien system, combat stations."

Imperial Flagship
Fairlan and Emily followed Robert, firing at any Imperial soldiers they came across. Finally, they reached the bridge of the starship. The door had only two guards, taken out easily by a few shots from Emily's pistol. Fairlan held up his assault rifle, pointing it directly at the door.

"We ready for this?"

"We are." said Robert, shooting down the door. Unknown to Fairlan it appeared he was a amazing shot, knocking out any initial threats, and then with the help of Emily and Fairlan, terminating the other people on the bridge.

"Give up Fergus, its over." spoke Robert Harshly, his anti-proton gun aimed at him.

Duck and Urania were proceeding to the core, however they got the word from Robert that they had Fergus captured.
"Urania, go help out the others, I will secure the ship." spoke Duck, as Urania ran for the Bridge. Duck proceeded, looking around for any remaining soldiers. However he proceeded into what appeared to by a cyro-storage, and in it he found enough Drac DNA to rebuild the entire Draconian Race. He teleported to a lab back on Equiis, with a little note for Vahlen.

Karboria Offices of the Military Cabinet, Sazkarjhia
Commander Felasi'hum sat at her desk as her terminal projected colors across her face, various reports and documents. Over time the once proud-standing, gung ho and strong commander was now but an old woman in uniform. She had been pushing an age peak that surprised many. Proving that Sazkarjhians were beginning to live longer. Regardless, it was obvious that she, as well as the Grand Vessel and Supreme Fleetmaster, were very aged. However the reports brought more wrinkles of worry to her already-weathered face.

A decently-sized farm colony, Serenity, in mid-region space was going through governmental problems. Since Sazkarjhia began colonizing other planets those problems never arose. She realized she had a problem on her hands.

Governor Renuki'kum was displaced and detained by a group of rebels. Now things like that happened often, she thought to herself. But there were such a large amount of people involved she realize that what might have been a little spat between a small group may have turned into a colony-wide insurrection. She ordered Supreme Fleetmaster Magama'yum to send SAF 015, the "Sazkar Midguard" to the planet to investigate.

"Ah, Robert is it?" Said Fergus, his face showing into a twisted, maniacal smile. "My brother. You tried to fight me, and I killed you. I can do that again. You wanted peace among the stars, humans and aliens equal, but you were a heretic!"

Fergus stabbed Robert in the arm, the ripping of flesh and muscle could be heard as Robert screamed, dropping his pistol to the ground. Fairlan's eyes glowed purple, and Fergus reached for his neck as he was lifted up off the floor.

"Fergus, you and I are one and the same." Said Fairlan "You were never human!"

"You speak as though I did not know..." Gasped Fergus "I was meant to save Earth from the tyranny of evil, I tried and tried to find a peaceful solution, but there was none! Life is the root of evil, and we must destroy that root! You should know that!"

"You fool! Your true species has wished the ability to kill you for thousands of years! Now, we finally have the chance! You are the wayward son, the one who murdered the savior for the most savage of reasons!"

The grip on his neck tightened as Fergus looked over at Emily, with genuine regret on his face. Fairlan screamed at him then, as loud as he possibly could.

"YOU DOOMED A PEOPLE! ENSLAVED UNCOUNTABLE MASSES! NOW, YOU PAY YOUR PRICE!"

Fergus' neck cracked, and his body fell to the floor, dead. Emily emptied the magazine of her pistol into him, just to make sure. Fairlan's eyes continued to glow purple, as he psychically keyed in a series of commands for the ship's computer.

"There we go. The security footage is being transmitted across the Empire, a rebellion will undoubtedly be incited. The threat is gone." Said Fairlan in a clinical voice, not showing that he was still trying to get his mind around what had just happened.

Nikolien System
The memories flashed through Keloush's head, the giant blue circle, the impact, they all flew by him with incredibly speed. For a moment, he thought his life was flashing before him, but he quickly dismissed that possibility. After all, it seemed to only be recent memories. Or were they ancient? Had he lost his memory? Had he been in a coma? He had no idea, and all he could do was let the memories sweep over him.

He called out to his crew "Evasive maneuvers!' he yelled, as if in a dream. The ship shook with extreme force, and his head smashed into the floor after he rebounded off the ceiling. Hilariously, the last thought before he blacked out was "We need to remove that command tower".

More images, a giant blue circle opening in the center to allow multiple starships inside of rainbow-colored bubbles to exit. The railgun bolts that hit the Yamadai. Suddenly, the memories began to fade away, and he could see nothing but black.

"Don't let me die!" He yelled in fear.

To his surprise a response came. "I won't, captain!". It was a feminine voice, but it had a distinct accent to it. Close to human, but not quite. Not Abh or Boskop, and certainly not Ethra'Hirel. The black faded, giving way to a bright light. It was the most stereotypical thing, but Keloush didn't register that. Color began to return, mostly blue.

"Captain? Captain!" Now he could see where the voice was coming from. It was the Loroi pilot, Keloush didn't know her name yet.

"Wh-what happened?" Gasped Keloush, noticing that his throat was filled with dust.\

"We were hit by a railgun bolt, sent us spinning and took out our antiproton flow tubes. Weapons are down except for the shield breakers. The enemy demands that we surrender our antimatter and negative energy stores to them."

"Affilitation?"

"Unidentified."

"Alright then, Miss...?"

"Call me Melda, Captain."

"Get to the fighter bay, Melda. Your squadron was created for this. Now remember, you have limited ammo without any ammunition lines. You'll only get a few shots off."

"Oh, I know, Captain." She said, displaying the devilish smile that was so strangely common. She walked off of the bridge, yelling into the communications armband.

"All pilots, scramble! We are attacking a fleet of five warships, at least one has been confirmed to be a scout carrier! I repeat, all fighters, scramble!"

Serenity Insurrection

SAF 015 moved into high orbit above Serenity. The Orbital Defense Network above the colony--still (thankfully) under control by the SCNOSE--parted as a large group of dropships and Rakora-Class Assault/SAR vessels descended into Serenity's atmosphere. They landed some distance outside of Gurin, the capital of the colony world. Several squads of HT-1 Scorpion hovertanks and three squadrons of HV-6 Sparrohawk VTOLS moved towards the city. The loud thrum of the Rakoras as they drifted ahead, their magnetic accelerator cannons primed, thundered across the valley they were situated in.

Three Sparrowhawks were deployed from an orbiting Trikolo II-Class Orbital Bombardment Vessel, carrying a total of sixty three special operations airdrop soldiers. They were on standby; if ground operations went awry then the need to send in ADB soldiers to go behind enemy lines would be necessary. Given the huge population of rebels that occupied Gurin it would be very possible that opposition would also be heavy.

Supreme Commander Felasi'hum read reports and watched feeds on Karboria. Her heart beat and sweat dripped down her face. Fighting a foreign enemy that threatened Sazkarjhia was one thing; brother-fighting-brother to preserve Sazkar and her colonies was something completely different.

Imperials
"It is concluded then..." said Faust, as Robert disappeared into a portal.

"The Equestrians are on there way to re-engineering the Draconian Race into something anew, and I assume you plan to split the Imperial ships between you two?" spoke Faust.

Equestrian Intelligence Agency Operation- Near Serenity
A Equestrian stealth ship appeared near Serenity, stealthed and with extra measures against what little the Sazkarjhit likely had. On-board was a standard compliment of 6 ghosts, heading towards the planet. They turned on there communication listening, hoping to catch a glimpse of what was going on around Serenity.

Serenity Insurrection: 13 km from Gurin Outskirts; Peoples' Army of Sazkarjhia 8th Regimental Division

The march had not been that much of a problem for the soldiers. Serenity had a fairly normal gravity and a nice climate, meaning the resources for the internal section of their powered armor didn't drain so fast. The increased mobility and the complete lack of confrontation after a now-12 kilometer march almost seemed like things were going to be perfect. Almost too good to be true.

Captain Turiya Weren'dum, leader of 3rd Regimental Subdivision, looked around uneasily. There wasn't a single Sazkarjhit colonist walking about; even when they approached the first of the dwellings. Moved to the capital or detained, probably. she thought to herself.

She continued with the rest of the division for the last 12 kilometers before they reached the outskirts. There they began seeing more houses. Some were custom-built and some were from the modules of the colony ships that had come to Serenity thirty-five years prior. Every inlet into the streets were blocked off with barriers made of welded scrap metal. The Division Commander called the order, "Diverge!" over military comms and subdivisions began splitting into squads. They moved around, looking for ways past the barricades. Finally, the ground shook slightly as a handful of SDF heavies armed with flamethrowers approached the barricades. The hulks of carbosteel and titanium plate armor raised their massive devices and fired streams of white-hot flame. The scrap metal didn't last long under the intense heat and soon melted into puddles of molten steel and iron.

The squads mobilized and pushed their ways into the streets. And there, very swiftly, firefights began.

Given the nature of the non-military men and women, they fought guerrilla style, an unconventional, unpredictable. The first time Captain Weren'dum noticed this was when an improvised landmine obliterated half of third squad. As fire came from the windows it was truly difficult to tell where to draw fire. Sparrowhawks made continuous passes, their autocannons alight as the ground and anything in the four-barreled weapon's path was shredded apart or turned into glass from intense heat. A flurry of missiles and plasma grenades followed, and soon the once pristine and developed outskirts of Gurin were reduced to rubble with streets pockmarked with craters.

However, losses from the rebels were inflicting heavily onto the PA, and they pulled back to regroup at the valley. Using kilometers' worth of smoke to hid their trails.

"Proceed foward, offer the rebels assistance if there goals are deemed noble."
The small ship slipped through the blockade and landed near a rebel base, stealthed. Two ghosts moved out and headed foward, special scanners on to find any mines or traps.

Serenity
Taking a bold step forward, the leader of the uprising, Yrmar Tamra'dum, spoke over comms in response to the Equestrians approach into Serenity's atmosphere that they marked for them.

"This is Yrmar Tamra'dum, representing the Serenity Revolution of the Common People. We have argued long and hard over allowing Sazkarjhia to give us religious freedom, and after a long time of oppression and misery under the Sazkarjhit regime, we overthrew the governor of the colony. However, the Sazkarjhit military reacted violently and we are attempting to garner support, as I fear that the worst of the Sazkarjhit war engine has yet to come."

Samani-Class Prowler PNS With a Whisper of Grace, in Orbit Above Serenity
"Ma'am we have picked up rebel comm traffic on Serenity." 1st Naval Officer Argyl'sum, one of the few remaining Sumreka Sazkarjhit, reported to the shipmaster. Grand Marshal Gamra'dum read the report and listened to the transcript.

"Aye, report it to Fleet Lead for response."

"Yes, Ma'am."

Marku-Class Cruiser Flagship PNS Vengeance of Our Fallen Comrades, in Orbit Above Serenity
"Fleetmaster, we have a report with rebel comm traffic from the surface." the communications officer reported.

"Heh..." Fleetmaster Heran'kum chuckled, "...the rebels seem to have taken a bold step. But such insolence should be regarded with proper retribution. Send orders to Spirit and have them punish them, whipping them into place like the animals they are." he replied.

"Aye, sir." the officer saluted, his voice filled with slight dread.

Trikolo II-Class Orbital Bombardment Vessel PNS Spirit of the Damned, in Low Orbit Above Serenity
Sitting above Gurin several hundred miles up, locked in geosynchronous orbit with Serenity, the highly-decorated Spirit of the Damned laid dormant, with repair crews and drones maintaining the ship. When orders were patched in, Grand Marshal Buryn'hum was almost giddy with excitement. He issued the order for a ground strike near the outside of Gurin--not enough to seriously damage the effort but enough to scare them into reconciliation.

Several blast doors on the heavily-armored underside parted as five rows of coilguns, with ten guns in each row, began to protrude, their capacitors charging as several-ton ferrotungsten slugs were loaded into them. Minutes later, they fired in an order reaching from bow to stern, creating a white staircase as burning hot metallic shells pierced the atmosphere and neared Serenity's surface.

Within the seconds it took, nobody had time to prepare for the impact. They hit in an ascending order, throwing dirt and stone hundreds of feet in the air, creating thunderous shockwaves that rolled across the earth, demolishing anything that got in their way. Screams were quelled as houses were quite literally thrown in the air, ripped from their foundations and shattering from the bottom up upon landing. Several explosions sounded off. When all was said and done, a trench fifteen kilometers long by six kilometers wide replaced a residential and commercial block of the capital city of Gurin.

"If your cause is religious freedom, then you have friends. We will not let Sazkarjhia silence this."

True to there word two Equestrian fleets arrived in the solar system that Serenity occupied, both fleets were a distance away from each-other and were scattered to prevent AoE weapons from taking effect. The fleets weapons were already activated, and so was the fleet shield. 10 prototype Nightingales also followed the two fleets, prepared to use there power to destroy the Sazkarjhit threat.

"You will stand down now. The rebels want religious freedom? It shall be granted to them. Whether you accept this and give it to them, or we require a war to do so. Make your choice."

The comm channel was opened up, starting with a burst of static, then something shattering, followed by a shrill female scream.

"No, no, no, no, NO!" the voice shouted. "This is Supreme Commander Felasi'hum of the People's Military of Sazkarjhia. I've read the reports and I am ordering you to leave Sazkarjhit space at once! Sazkarjhia will fight her own problems and does not need the intervention of a bunch of colorful quadruped freaks ordering my military around! You have absolutely no right to be here, I wish to speak with your superiors this instant! Your failure to comply as you are TRESPASSING and attempting to SUPPORT AN INSURRECTION will lead to the full force of the Sazkarjhit war engine coming down onto Equestria. We will obliterate Serenity if we need to, and if you support this insurrection not only will our relations further deteriorate, but you will be regarded as a sworn enemy to Sazkarjhia."

"You accuse us of intervening and trepassing but you did the exact same thing to us. As for high command they approved of this, and so did the High Council and Princesses.

As for your "war machine" we have more ships, more population, more industry, and more advanced technology. Yours is nothing compared to ours.

We will not leave, we will fight for what we believe in. Destroy Serenity if you dare, that is an unforgivable crime. If you want the entire Equestrian Empire screaming for your blood go ahead."

You, however, have intruded only to superimpose your ideals over Sazkarjhia's, even despite the fact that they rebelled through a violent uprising. Leave Sazkarjhia to deal with her problems, and maybe step off of your moral high horse and understand our problem."

"Syvle is laughabe. They managed to destroy a single unarmed ship once, and after that they were easily hunted down and destroyed. And we do not wish to inpose our ideals on you... We only seek to help those who have similar ideals. And messages with the rebels have implied that they tried to convince you to let them have religious freedom, but you did not listen. Sometimes a violent rebellion is the only option.

UU meeting

The representatives were interrupted by an Overwatch alert.
"Alert, Equestrian agression detected against Sazkarjhit, refusal to allow Sazkarjhit to handle their internal affairs at discretion. Forwarding details"
The UU representative watched as the words scrolled past on the hologram. He turned his head towards the Primicerii
"You are supposed to be taking the mantle. Restore order." He said. The Primicerii nodded in response

Message to the Equestrians

"Attention, you are charged with unlawful invasion. As no galactic law has been written at this time, you have no way of justifying this invasion. You will therefore be subject to prosecution. Comply immediately and withdraw."
