Well, I could manage 3 if I could cram them all into my sundays or something! Although I'd probably be doing that anyway, I don't tend to have much free time at all on working days.
I could do 2-3 on the weekends. I don't even really need to watch them (if I don't have time to), I've seen all the episodes enough times that I could probably get in on the discussion regardless.

It's been eons since I've seen the show (& iirc Buns has seen all the eps too haha), but yeah three eps a week is doable for me, since that should round to about an hour a week.
Gonna work on a post now. I might not post on Sunday since I've got an essay due Monday (& one due tomorrow while I'm at work so I have to do it *now* orz), but I won't get home from work on Sunday until 9pm, so depending on how far I get Saturday night... @@; Other than Sunday though I'm gonna try my hardest to at least pop in short posts rather than miss out entirely whenever I'm booked like this haha. I'll make up for helping out with progression/setup more once the workload starts to die down a little bit. ^^;;;

The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky
I'm sure everyone could guess this is my favourite ~w~ Inspired the rp and is my favourite rpg ever. Really, really great game, world and story. The battle system, whilst not the greatest or most innovative in the world, is solid and fun. And the story and characters are just... amazing. JRPGs need to be much more structured like Trails. It's that much of a good game that as soon as it comes on Steam I'm willing (and want to) gift everyone here a copy of it. Just great.

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater
Sublime gameplay and a gripping storyline set during the Cold War and in Russia, game's an absolute classic and never, ever gets boring no matter how many times I play it. It's one of the first game that I've cried to, and I'm not ashamed to admit that. The 3 hour plus ending game sequence is simply brilliant and nothing has ever reached that height since.
Also, Snake Eater and the infamous Ladder Boss.

Sonic 3 and Knuckles
Lock-on technology made the biggest, and greatest Sonic game ever. The whole thing is sublime. The levels and gameplay are fantastic, plus the soundtrack was composed by Michael Jackson himself! I mean, who doesn't love Ice Cap, Flying Battery and Sky Sanctuary's music? And the different level paths and bosses through Sonic 3 as Knuckles... or how great Blue Spheres was. I mean, goddayum.
The fandom did a really awesome soundtrack remix project called Project Chaos which I really recommend listening ~W~

Golden Sun & The Lost Age
Pach loves games that lock on and help enhance and lengthen the whole game. This was my first proper jrpg (discounting the game below) and it's one of the best jrpgs ever. The character development itself was a bit thin, but the story was a classic with one of the greatest twists ever and the overworld dungeon puzzles and use of Psynergy was so great, to the point where I'm actually dissapointed more jrpgs don't do it. I based the Weir chapter on a story part in GS. Soon as I finished the first game I preordered and searched for the second, only to have to wait years for its release ;A; But what a release <3 A shame though that the DS game was crap.

Resident Evil: REmake
Back when the Resi series was still scary and lumbered with tank controls and pre-rendered backgrounds, this is the definitive Resi game and one of the best horror games, period. The direction the Resi series has taken since has had mixed results (4 is great, 5 was fun with a friend and the great memories, 6 was an abortion) and it's a shame there hasn't been another game since like REmake... it was just fantastic all the way through. Every time I got to a save point I had to quit and take a break for 20 minutes because it was that scary, only to keep firing it up because I couldn't put it down.

Super Smash Bros: Melee
Kirby and Jigglypuff are pink puffballs of destruction there to rip you a new asshole. I love this game. Pure magic and fanservice love. I ended up spending about a year playing the original and this game with my friends every single day. It's just... dayum. Brawl was great too bar the clone characters and the Wii system itself (with one of the best game soundtracks ever), but Melee I think was the more definitive version. I'm sort of interested in the new one, but Wii U... :|

My first Zelda, and from there my favourite. I loved the game's time mechanic, and the game as a whole had a really creepy and forboding atmosphere. That damn moon in the sky... And the mask mechanic was really cool, with transforming into a Deku, Goron and Zora a lot of fun. I hope they do a remake for the 3DS.

Morning guys! My essay's almost done, so I thought I'd take a little break this morning to check the ooc. Looks like a new gaming discussion's up |D Luckily I have pics of all my favorite games already stored in my comp so I can mimic Pacman without wasting time haha!
I'll be watching all the eps at once when we start with Avatar since I need to have at least an hour of background noise while I'm doing work stuff at home haha, so rather than watch ahead of everyone else I vote for waiting til the end of the watching season/week or whatever to chat about it? :]
Brawl's good if you use a gamecube controller lol. I prefer Brawl to Melee anyday because Diddy <3. He just got confirmed for the new Smash Bros. also, which I'm picking up on the 3ds. Hopefully it won't be a pile of poo!
Get Blue Spheres was <333. I remember wasting hours of my life on that minigame.

This game was a remake done right hahaha. I've been a Pokemon fan since RBY came out & I stole my bro's copy of Blue, but there wasn't a Pokemon I could proudly call my favorite. Then GSC came out and had Chinchou ;A; Plus all the new concepts like day & night, Dark & Steel types, breeding, 16 badges, & a story that's actually relatively interesting lol. I loved BW's story too, but I absolutely hated how they traded in Pokemon following you & the ability to run without holding B all the time for gross pixilated in-battle movements lol.

First person shooter combined with RPG elements, psycho characters, classes with unique skills, intriguing world/magicry design (love the concept of the Sirens), a developed & beautiful story (much more interesting & better executed than the first game) with DLC that actually makes you cry too lol... damn. This game got me hooked into stealthy meleeing for FPS games as well, I've got a rep on KZ3 multiplayer as the melee queen thanks to my abuse of Zer0 in this game haha! & this RP's rendition of Trixie is heavily inspired by Tiny Tina as well. I must've spent over 500 hours on this game by now, as I've played all six characters & Zer0 twice lol.
I'm a fan of KZ3's multiplayer for the same gameplay reason actually. I love having a unique class/skills system in FPS games.
BL2's a love or hate game lol

This guy's my childhood & spawned off one of the only anime shows I could watch repeatedly hahaha. As Joe you get sucked into the world of movies & play as a 2D side-scroller. You have these movie-relevant special effect powers too, like Zoom-In, Mach Speed, & Slow. The execution is just so... unique, & the characters are crazy awesome as well haha. Alastor's my baby <3

Especially Going Commando (#2), Crack in Time (#9), & Full Frontal Assault (#12), the last one being a tower defense-esque game without changing the actual gameplay style itself. I'm not much for platformers at all (could never get into games like Mario), but this game... I guess it's because the addition of crazy alien guns &/or interesting world setup? I'm a huge fan of the characters as well, & the plots of #2 & #9 especially. Favorite villain of all time is definitely Nefarious.

The original N64 version, not the shitty Xbox remake that made me sell my own Xbox out of sheer disappoint (I bought one just for that remake :|) & never trust Microsoft ever again. (Thanks for buying out & ruining Rareware ya douches.) Got this game when I was just 7, thanks to my bro lol, so yeah it ruined whatever innocence my childhood could've-should've had. Same thing as R&C, I was never a fan of platformers but this game also seems to be an exception hahaha. It's like Sonic-y characters but with tons of immature potty humor, innuendos, & movie references lol.

I love Chinese history, so this game's change from focus on individual character arcs to full-on story modes consisting of all characters of each faction made me finally care about characters I never bothered even remembering from previous games. The execution of death scenes you know happens from having played the previous games/knowing about the history itself... it's like you know they're gonna die, but when the deaths actually make you cry this time around versus how they never did in the previous games (for me)? Wu's not even my favorite & I still had to drop the game for a week for making me cry at a particular character's death lol.

Top 5-10 Video games, eh? Well this is actually kinda hard for me since I haven’t been playing video games that long. I was able to play them as a kid, but when I turned 8 or 9 my parents decided I was too old for them and wasn’t able to play anything else till college. So in most respects I am still a bit of a newb when it comes to games.
But I still have a top five.
Here we go - in reverse order :
5. Pokemon HeartGold/SoulSilver
What can I say that you guys haven’t? Its great fun and endlessly addicting.
4. Dishonored
I love this game so much. The story, the soundtrack, the combat system. (I love the whole stealthy assassin thing - but non-violent is fun too!). It’s really immersive and though certain plot points are predictable it is still a great time.
3. Star Wars: The Old Republic
Can I put an MMO on here? I’ve been playing this game consistently since launch and I still love it. The fully voice-acted storylines (8 total, and they have some replay value with the light/dark choices), the PvP (which I used to love but have soured on due to certain choices), and the PvE endgame content (Raiding be fun, yo!).
My class? Scoundrel Healer. Always.
And the RP in game is great too. :D
2. The Mass Effect Series
Yeah, this is only number two. I love Bioware’s games (hell, my top three are Bioware!) and I really love this story. It’s a great trilogy, and I even like the third one a lot, and the controversial ending has grown on me. The companion characters are fantastic, Commander Shepard is the best, and the combat system by the third game is really tight and fun. (Suicide Vanguard for the win!)

Dragon Age: Origins is the first game I ever beat, and it’s still my favorite game. Dragon Age 2 has some serious issues, but I still think the story and the characters are strong. The voice acting is fantastic, the tie-in novels and comics are awesome (mostly) and you can have so many different stories.
And Inquisition looks BADASS. Can’t wait to get my hands on that - my most anticipated game of 2014.

Aw man, Viewtiful Joe! I played the first game and adored it up until the point where the game started brutally kicking my ass and I couldn't get any further, but it was such perfection. It's really gutting we never got a new game or a HD collection. What the fuck, Capcom?
I only played the first PS3 Ratchet and Clank but that was a lot of fun too. Love the art style, animation and humour. Such good fun, but that cliffhanger D|
Wow Danni, I knew how much you loved ME and DA but I never expected your likes to be in that order :D Hahaha, I always thought ME would have come first! I still need to get around to playing Dishonoured sometime (hoping it comes out on ps+ >_>;) and I think you'd love the Assassin Creed games, perhaps?

And R/S, whilst good, lost the same magic.

Aw man, Viewtiful Joe! I played the first game and adored it up until the point where the game started brutally kicking my ass and I couldn't get any further, but it was such perfection. It's really gutting we never got a new game or a HD collection. What the fuck, Capcom?
I only played the first PS3 Ratchet and Clank but that was a lot of fun too. Love the art style, animation and humour. Such good fun, but that cliffhanger D|
Wow Danni, I knew how much you loved ME and DA but I never expected your likes to be in that order :D Hahaha, I always thought ME would have come first! I still need to get around to playing Dishonoured sometime (hoping it comes out on ps+ >_>;) and I think you'd love the Assassin Creed games, perhaps?

I haven't played enough games to have a top 10. Or a top 5. Sims 3 is the game I keep coming back to, Tomb Raider Legend is probably my favourite although I won't replay it.
OH in regards to Avatar, my copy hasn't even been dispatched lol. I have seen the series before yeah, I mainly wanted the box set because my memory of Books 1 and 2 is kinda rusty. Well... very rusty :P

Video games (^w^)/! Also, I'll try to post before I leave for a checkup @_@ I think I need glasses. If I run out of time to post now though, I'll post tonight.
1. Persona 3 Portable
THIS. I just fell in love with the story, the characters, the art, the evokers, and just everything <3! I love the social links to bits and pieces, and by the end it I genuinely cared for everyone. The ending was great too ;A; and if my PSP hadn't broke I would still be replaying this.
2. Skyrim
The free roaming! The scenery! The dragons! It'll definitely eat up one's time. It's just amazing, and there are just so many roads to take and so many choices to make. Should I be good? Evil? SCREW THAT! Let's just go kill everything in our path. 8D You can be a noble hero or you can summon dragons to obliterate villages. The freedom is awesome and the main story is cool. The guild quests are awesome too and some of the side quests definitely spice things up. For those who have played Skyrim :D what are your favorite quests?
I really liked Ill Met by Moonlight, Escape from Cidnah Mine, The Mind of Madness and the quest where you dress up as a chef and assassinate a bride >8D
3. Pokemon : HeartGold and SoulSilver
It's just a really fun remake, playing it felt nostalgic <3 and I might be biased because...Cyndaquil :D! Also, it was the first Pokemon game I ever did a Nuzlocke run on. Nostalgia aside, it was a ton of fun and my other favorite Pokemon games (not including rescue team) would have to be Platinum and Yellow version.
4. Dissidia Duodecim
A war between the god of Chaos and the Goddess of Harmony, throw in the final fantasy characters and you get an interesting mix of heroes, villains, and anti-heroes turned heroes xD! The fighting mechanics were nice and the story was good too. Plus, playing on LAN with a friend makes for some interesting battles.
5.Little Big Planet 2
The game is pretty short, but it makes up for it with SUPER fun multiplayer action. It's so creative and unpredictable <3 adorable too! You get cupcake cannons, bee airplanes, hamster cars and all sorts of wacky gadgets. There's a level where you ride in a caterpillar train and another level where you're solving puzzles underwater. Huehue >8D you can also be mean, pick your partner up and throw them off cliffs. Me and my lil bro pretty much had arguments because I loved killing his sackperson and taking all the points. //shot
The characters are also really weird and lovable <3 though you won't understand a word they're saying cause they all speak in gibberish, I think >w<
6. Pokemon Red Rescue Team
Nostalgiaaaaa <3 and everything else. The story was good and the interaction between the protagonist and partner were silly and adorable.

7. Resident Evil 5 or Resident Evil Revelations
Fun mutiplayer times 8D and mercenary mode is awesome. It's kind of a tie between this and Revelations though. The former lacked creepy vibes and the latter lacked co-op D:<
8. The Third Birthday
It was definitely interesting and the cut scenes were pretty.
9. Horror RPGs
Stuff like Alicemare, The Witch's House, and Mermaid Swamp. 8D

Persona 3 was a really fun game. I got a bit into P3P doing the female protag path (Really hope P5 has a female protag) but I put it down just because the game is so long. Same with Skyrim, I really want to play it but it's so long and daunting to get into @_@ Eventually I will!

Also !! @ Third Birthday love. I really enjoyed that game and loved the body swapping mechanic, it was a solid shooter. But the story was just... insane and ridiculous even by Japan standards. I have no idea what happened in it. And yesss @ RE5/Revelations love! Revelations not having co-op was weird though, huh, considering you play the game with an AI partner. Even if the 3DS couldn't handle it I'm surprised they didn't try for the HD version.
