It does, but with if in a state of war you get 3 additional war orders.

Also...it would be smart for the Union to move North. I only really have around 30k troops up there....So there is that worry.

If the United States has to end up making peace with them then they themselves will have to recognize the CSA. There wouldn't be any reason to not recognize them at that point. They're currently just a rabble in upheaval to most of the world. Untested. Unproven. It has nothing to do with switching sides or doing so happily. It simply wouldn't make sense to not recognize them at that point.

On the topic of Mexico. It is not in the realm of possibility for them to meet those expectations of "stability" within fifteen years. The only nation with more than 4k income a turn is the United kingdom. I don't think it is even possible for Mexico to bypass my own income of 1400 by then.

If there is to be some sort of realism established here there is no chance the Mexican people would stand for such an agreement. The UK controls a vast majority of land and resources and they are just barely above 4k.

I have done a lot of research and converting. Here is what I have worked out.

"The majority of the debts, 69 million pesos(£1,518,000,000) , was owed to Great Britain. The French had only some 3 million pesos (£66,000,000) in claims, but the Jecker claims gave the French another 15 million pesos.(£330,000,000 ) (French total £396,000,000)
So that's what mexico owes france and the UK....
I think I converted them correctly, looking at the value of Mexican pesos to GBP at the time was 1MXN= 22GBP

I think I have calculated right. If so I can see why France and the UK where pissed XD
And why in actual history France invaded..

I think there was a miscalculation in the total in that reguards, it should be less then that or Id never have agreed to it

Because of the stat upgrade the original price had to be lowered...
The original was 2 million a year I think. That was when we where using millions to count money though..

Yeah, I don't know why I wrote 4k. I was thinking 1k when making it. Is it too late to change that?
