Lazarus

*zzz*

Shujin

He glared at the dark mage. "I have no quarrel with you. I've never seen you before today, and it seems something more important is going on right now than me satisfying your ego." He turned on the spot, following the others back to the train cart. "You know.... It really is difficult to get them to open train doors once it's moving." He chuckled. He looked at Lazarus and stopped laughing, feeling bad. "How bad is it?" He asked concerned, "will he make it?"

"I'm sure there are plenty of jobs you'd be able to do. Personally I'd like to either go on bounty missions or monster hunts. Though I'm not opposed to much. I just hope to get stronger," she puts her hands in her pockets and looks around to see if there were any decent looking apartments, "It's the main reason I left my dad in Kabo to join a guild. Training can only get you so far," she frowns slightly as she gets a strange feeling that she couldn't place. It also felt familiar and it bothered her greatly.

Zenoram/Zero
Mt. Hakobe/Village near the Base of Mt. Hakobe
Interacting With: Damian, Karn, Mithera, Melina, NPCs

It took a moment for Zero to regain his composure. The ordeal on the mountain which seemed to have been a moment frozen in time, despite the fact that it had only really been about a 30 second confrontation before he was swatted away sent down the mountain by Hemlock’s tail. The following roundhouse to the side didn’t do much for him either other than threaten a rib or two. God they hurt. But they weren’t broken. He’d felt a broken rib before. Sorry Zenoram… He thought to which Zenoram brushed off still in shock.

“Haha all the interesting things happen around you Acheon.” Uriel said with a small chuckle as he watched the scene unfolding before him. It appeared as though he were completely ready to fight until he noticed his attacker had more or less changed targets leaving him to the chimera thing with the broken leg. “Awwww I get the broken toy?”

His comments didn’t faze Zero. “I don’t know what they’re doing… But… They’ve got Hemlock under some kind of control. He was trying to fight it… But… Two minds against one… Luckily I’m alive but… Dammit…” He spoke to Karn in a hushed voice as he got himself to his feet. He was breathing heavily. Maybe because of the pain, maybe because of the shock of being attacked by Hemlock… Most definitely because he knew this meant having to bring his adoptive father down. He rolled his head to each side, hearing the cracks before he cracked his knuckles.

“Oooo Looks like this one is getting ready to fight too.” Uriel then said as he glanced at Zero. “So what will it be Chimera-chan?” He asked as his eyes fell to Karn who was effectively positioned just behind Zero.

The young dragon slayer sighed. Even if he was able to fight it wasn’t like he wasn’t hurt. “Karn. You okay? I hit you pretty hard. And to be honest… You don’t seem to be at 100% right now…” He said as he stared down Uriel.

“Relax. I don’t want to fight the Chimera.” Uriel said before the conversation between Karn and Zero could go any further with him as a subject. “I’m almost positive that Acheon could handle the beast and the girl without me. But even then, if you're really intent on attacking me, just follow I’m gonna go make sure your other friend hasn’t taken out my companion.” He chuckled glancing at Acheon. “How about that? I’m following your advice.” He said as he turned and began to fly back towards where Maki should have been with Damian.

“Crap… Karn. We should go.” Zero said. “I’m sure the blood chick can handle herself.” He said calmly. Even though he didn’t mind if Karn stayed or not he kind of had a feeling Karn being there would just get in Melina’s way.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Maki had thought she could handle Damian. She had talked the talk, but she just couldn’t. She could not keep up with the S Class mage. It was a humbling moment. There were few grunts and cries of pain as he struck in succession. The difference in level was too high. No doubt he would be ending this soon. Then it was there. What she assumed to be the final of his attacks. Only it didn't hit. She had closed her eyes, but when she opened them there was something large before her.

“Oooo big surprise. Maki was in trouble.” Haemos laughed as he and Varen came walking around the large black thing.

“Quite nimble this thing is.” Varen patted it. “I never expected it to make it. Luckily it did. The dragon is pretty sturdy too. Which helped a lot.” There it was. The huge black thing defending Maki was a large tail. Trailing up one would see it was connected to an even larger beast. The Dragon, Hemlock.

“Shall we destroy this town and anything else in our way now?” Haemos grinned.

“Yeah!” Maki shouted from behind the tail though she was still trembling a bit in fear.

Karn
Fiore || Mt. Hakobe's village
Interacting: Uriel, Acheon, Melina, Zero/Zenoram

@Demon Shinobi @Burthstone @Zarkun

Acheon simply grinned at the woman who basically challenged him. A blood wizard questioning him as she advanced toward him. "A blood wizard? A interesting opponent but perhaps the best option for your group. My magic travels by organs. Your muscle, your bone... Though if your a capable blood wizard, I suppose you could deter the infection better than most. Gives you a better chance to beat me in time." the black hair man said before glancing to Uriel then at the Chimera.

"Careful, don't underestimate any Chimera. Even one with a busted leg. Think this one has been holding back." he mused before watching him go before turning to Melina.

"Well shall we start witch?" Acheon said before raising a hand, a ball of black smoke forming in it before chucking it at her. Then charging foreword with a fast speed. Coming up to her side, to jab his fingers toward her left cheek to touch bare skin.

Karn's golden eyes narrowed toward Uriel before looking to Zero as the Dragon Slayer voiced his concern. "I'll be okay, we don't have much time to spare resting. Your dad's in trouble." he answered before watching Uriel fly off toward the mountain.

Ears flicking toward Zero's reassurance, he glanced toward Melina with soft concern but he trusted Zero was correct and nodded. Glancing briefly at the glowing afternoon sun, his fur mildly glowing with a golden mist, he gritted his fangs together, forcing his hind injured paw on the ground, a loud crack being heard before he wrapped his tail around Zero's waist. Setting the Dragonslayer on the Chimera's back before racing after Uriel.

Though the beast kept pace easily with the flying wizard, it did hurt.

Soon enough, they arrived to their destination, meeting up with Damian, and three other wizards. One already in bad shape, but the real problem was Hemlock. Ears flicking as the destruction of the village was mentioned and the sight of Hemlock under their control, the Chimera gave a loud deep snarling growling noise. Lips curling back, golden eyes glowing as the golden mist seeped from the fur and from his powerful jaws. Fur fluffed and bristling, fangs bared and claws crushing the stone easily underneath him.

"I don't know who you people are or what you want with Hemlock. But I'm going to give you a choice. Release the dragon Hemlock from control and leave. Or get ready to fight another beast." Karn warned, his posture never changing. Depending on their answer, his actions would change. If they actually complied, which was doubtful, he'd stand down. If they didn't, he'd go full out.

(Click For Battle Music)With a snarl, whether Zero stayed on or not, the Chimera took a deep breath, chest puffing out and and jaws suddenly filling up with golden flames.

"Eastern.... Chimera.... ROOOAAR!" Karn roared loudly, letting out a earth shattering roar, a giant golden blast of flames shooting out of his jaws and launching toward the three wizards on the ground and sending much of the weaker wizard screaming in terror. The attack would most likely hit Hemlock as well, but most likely wouldn't be as effective. Probably would still hurt. The golden flames roaring toward them, burning brightly like they were from the sun's core itself.

Though he didn't stop there, right after, Karn didn't wait to see if his attack was effective or not, before raising his long tail before it bursted into golden flame. "Eastern Chimera Tail Slam!" he roared, before swinging his tail, the golden flames seeming to extend a distance in order to reach Uriel and make swing toward him before the beast turned and bolted to the dragon. Jumping and climbing up Hemlock with his claws in case of thrashing.

Karn was panting now, having used a sudden burst of magical energy after keeping this form for awhile, his leg still throbbing. But he didn't falter as he climbed up to Hemlock's skull, sinking his claws into it in order to hang on. Mind control wasn't really in his element of knowledge, but he had to try something. Hemlock, in this state, could easily stomp them out and the village if they didn't take care of it. Having Zero didn't work, so the only plan Karn had was either beat all these wizards quickly, or give Hemlock enough of a headache that it might interfere with the mind connection.

Worth a shot. Otherwise, things didn't really look like in their favor.

"Zero, Damian. take care of them. I'll distract Hemlock." Karn said before his jaws erupted into golden flames, fangs glowing a flaming gold. "Really sorry Hemlock, this will probably hurt."

"Eastern Chimera Bite, Eastern Chimera Healing Tongue!" Karn roared before crunching his saber fangs into the dragons skull, just managing to pierce the tough hide. There was no way this would kill him, his bite wasn't big or powerful enough to do that. But maybe, it would at least give a minor headache and waver the conncection. Rough tongue glowing, the beast tried licking Hemlock's tough skin, trying to seep his own magic in a attempt to cure the beast. But that magic was only for physical injuries, not mental.

This plan would either work, or totally backfire and Karn would find himself squashed. He was hoping it worked, he didn't have a lot of energy left to keep sane. Already his mind was going hazy from using the Beast magic as the Chimera. His golden eyes flickering and clouding.

Prince
Fiore || Balsam Village || Train Station

@Caits @YipeeXD @CirusArvennicus@Lugubrious

Prince hummed as he continued to look over Lazarus, flitting a purple flower while seeming to mildly mutter about herbs and correct amount of doses and the correct tempature before glancing his one eye to Shujin at the question.

"Well, he'd probably be dead by now if he didn't have a healing wizard around. For now, he's stable. As long as my healing magic lasts, he'll live. But he does need the proper antidote. He may wake up being delirious, stressed out, nauseous, fever, or start rambling or all of the above. But otherwise, alive." Prince answered as he felt Lazarus's forehead.

Leaving for training huh. It sounded kind of like her situation. "I think I can relate to that. My father was a mage but he wasn't able to help me much. So I set off on my own to try and find answers. But it sounds like maybe my parents weren't telling me everything." Whatever she was talking about she didn't dwell on it long. Shrugging slightly she looked about. "Magnolia is quite a nice place. Oh, there's an apartment just ahead."

From a distance it looked alright. Up closer it clearly was one of the older apartments. Still it wasn't run down. "The front kind of has charm. Do you want a newer apartment?"

Melina Vale --- Mt. Hakobe Village
Melina just glanced over at the others as they talked, wishing they'd screw off already. "To be honest, I've never head of a virus mage, sounds a tad prissy if you ask me. Plague wizard would sound much cooler." She knew the fight she had just volunteered for would stress her abilities, but she was glad to finally meet an individual that could possibly beat her, though, she didn't plan on letting any such thing happen. She could hear Mithera worrying over everyone. Calm down, your worrying is going to distract me and get me hurt at this rate.

Meiina sighed softly at the wave of apologies she received as the first attack came. She moved out of the way of the ball of smoke easily enough, and met the charge by Acheon with her own, going upwards and forwards with the claw she had made with her own blood around her hand, aiming for the exposed part of her opponent's shoulder. Melina's plan was to simply draw blood, then use it to make her better at fighting her opponent. After the clawed strike with her hand, she danced back and did a large, arcing strike in front of her with the scythe in the general direction of her opponent.

Mithera
Mithera watched everyone fight with only worried thoughts, and just did her best to try and quiet them as Melina said she needed to concentrate. The little white dragon glided so that she was directly above Hemlock, far enough up to not be noticed and attacked, but close enough she could make out who was who. It only took a moment of watching Karn fight before she decided she had no choice but to join the fray and dove straight towards the flying individual as Karn bit at the dragon's head. Her white body would make her difficult to see against the sky behind her, and she hoped sincerely that the flying man wouldn't expect the weight equivalent of a house cat crashing into him from the sky, kicking, biting, and clawing mercilessly at whatever they could get in reach. All of which was exactly what Mithera was attempting to do.

Jarvis sighed softly "you practically fainted before, and you jusy had a lance in you. And healing takes energy. There's only so much my lacrima can do, some of the enegy needs to come from you when healing. I didn't say you have to be confined to your bed" he said, in a patient tone.

He was silent for a long time as he contemplated how best to answer her question. "you remind me of someone" he said quite truthfully, "two people, actually. Jamie has been through a lot, and even when she was a kid, thought he was tougher then anyone else. Sometimes, little one, we need someone to look after us. And maybe I think that you deserve someone to treat you specially." he said, sighing softly "Maybe I see it as a second chance. And maybe I just want to treat you specially. You're the youngest member to join the guild, if you don't include Elyse"

sasha

As Prince stated which herbs they would need, Sasha suddenly smiled, and she nodded, "we have them all. Since I undertook a "magical" herb job, I've kept in contact with the requester. She has given me several herbs, and things, and even asked if I wished some training in the medical field. I can do basic stuff at the moment. But the herbs, she's been very good at giving me some, and even some rare ones." Sasha said, "I've labeled them and stored them correctly. It seemed good to keep them"

She let out a slow breath, somewhat relieved at that. She sat down in what she hoped was a position that wasn't in Prince's way, and watched, wrapping her arms around herself in a hug.

"I never expected to use them." she said softly, sparing a glance to Shujin, but not wanting to interact with him just now. Too many doubts.

Where: Train
Interacting with: Angelo

Joshua gave Angelo a hard look.
"First off, for me magic is both a blessing and a curse. While it gave me a lot, it also took much away from me. And not by another mage's hands but by my own." He said" Second, if you want details, you better give them, cause you didn't give any the first time around. You sound like a coward who abandoned his own mother to put himself in a better situation So either I'm missing something here or that's exactly what you are. Cause if it is you disgust me and we're in for a very long, and uncomfortable trip."

Amelia Averyonna

Where: Phoenix Wing guild hall, her room
Interacting with: Jarvis

Amelia listened to Jarvis' answer and looked at the ground, now feeling ashamed of her reaction to what Jarvis had said and how he had treated her. He cared for her and she had no right to snap at him.
"I'm... I'm sorry." She said, her voice low." I... I just didn't understand. Also, I want to go downstairs and meet some of the others, even if they seem my wings. They'll all find out at some point anyway so better get it over with, right?"

She moved over to Jarvis and grabbed ahold of his hand, still not looking up at him.
"Will you help me downstairs, since you're so worried?" She asked. She would understand if he said no, but she also hoped he would come with her, as she would feel more comfortable if he accompanied her.

Balsam Village

A rather unimpressed stare met Lazarus's angry gaze. "What're you gonna do, cough on me?" She was going to say more, but Prince put him out. Sasha removed the minstrel's arm from her waist, and Trinity instead just leaned against her with her hands on her shoulders again. However, shortly, they started moving, and as Prince rose to go, so did she. She offered Sasha a hand up before following after Prince. Herbs, huh? She'd learned a little bit of herbs in her travels, so she could flavor teas or treat injuries, but... it sounded like Sasha had some actual training, so she'd just keep her mouth shut.

As they approached the train, Trinity dropped back in the group to walk with Nero. "With everything said and done, you're being very cooperative. I have to thank you for that. You could do worse than heckle us... and that is not an invitation." She looks at him warily for just a moment, though she's half-teasing. Something Prince said earlier repeats itself in her mind, and she ponders it before giving the thought a voice, "do you think this... Time Lord guy is testing us?"

She waves to the engineer as she steps on board the train, following the others through the car and taking a seat nearby. It definitely seemed like they were being observed, but... to what end? She conjures a hand harp to play while they sit, plunking out a slow melody.

Damian Gerard|Mount Hakobe

Damian kept moving, not giving the dragon an easy target because he knew if he did, he might end up nice and squished on the side of the mountain. "Next time, I bring a giant fly swatter." Flipping over the tip of a lashing tail, Damian spots the pair sitting on top and decides those are the two that need to go. Spotting Melina in a fight with the guy from earlier, he starts to wonder who they all are. Then it clicks, the most recent earth shattering development in Fiore. These guys are rogue Rune Knights, or most of them. At least one of them knew about Hemlock if they came straight here. Jumping onto the tail, he starts running up it, switching to his Hercules Blades as he runs.

Reaching the top, the wizard he'd been fighting earlier barred his way, along with one with wings. Damian tightened his grip on the swords before rushing in, the wizard from before launching blasts of dark magic at him as he closed the distance. This is our fault, our mess, and Zero and his father are paying for it. Guess Karn and I get to clean it up the right way. Spinning under another blast, be brings his left sword up, slashing a shallow and painful gash across the girls chest and knocking her out of the fight. Catching his momentum, Damian pivots towards the guy with wings and sends a Piercing Blade his way, followed up by a Four Point Strike, four blades coming from DIFFERENT(This is important) directions to trap him in the middle.

Jack Goran

Jack smiles at the other Jack as she walks back over to him. "You were hurt and you're part of my guild. We watch out for each other and help each other. When one of us laughs, we all do. When one of us cries, we share their sadness. And when one of us is harmed, our wrath can not be swayed by simple words or spells. I meant it when I said we're a family and you're part of that now." When the dark guild member left, Jack went to go into Jamie's office but was cut off by some girl who flippantly remarked she was with the Council.

Deferring to not have her complain, he waited until Jamie lead her out, but he recognized the look on his face. It was one of good-bye, the look a guild master gave when they stepped down to protect the guild from harsher repercussions. Jack gave Jamie a final farewell, something that caught the attention of all those in the hall. Fairy Tail's symbol, the backwards L that meant that where ever they went, the person was watching over them. He did it in the brilliant black flames of his God Slayer magic, and kept his face on Jamie, his look saying, "You are my friend, and a member of my family with as long as I've known you. If you ever need help, call."

Nero – Balsam Village

A sharp breath of relief escaped Nero as he lowered his arms, barely enough to be heard but perhaps enough to betray him. His ploy served him still. Oftentimes, when it seemed that a confrontation was in order, Nero challenged his opponent to make the first move, making himself seem as vulnerable as he could and thereby making it look every inch a trap. He didn't know what other wizard expected when he played this trick, but for the most part they balked when it came to delivering the first strike. While Nero would have been glad to vent a little by cursing Shujin, contempt hurt less than magic, and the genie, though unafraid of injury to himself, didn't like it. Already this morning the same ruse had spared him a beatdown at the hands of Joshua. Still, the way Shujin dismissed him this time hurt him a little. “Ego?” Nero whispered as his composed himself, thinking about how Shujin had brashly taken Nero's hypothesis as a slight before hypocritically stating that he had no quarrel with him. “No. That wasn't ego.” One upside of acknowledging some of his faults, Nero felt, was that people shouldn't try and assign false ones, but that looked like an uncommon sentiment.

Prince's departure with Lazarus signaled that it was time to go. Strangely silent for one usually so talkative, Nero lagged behind with an attitude of indolence, his purple cloak pulled around him. It took him by surprise when Trinity appeared by his side, prompting the dark mage to steel himself for another round of insults. An even greater astonishment awaited him, however, when the minstrel offered words of gratitude. For a moment, Nero could not keep his jaw from dropping, and when he caught himself he turned a stunned expression into one of genuine happiness—perhaps the first genuine emotion he had felt in hours. “I...I don't know what to say. Er, maybe the Time Lord is, but some of us haven't shown off our magic yet, so there's no way he or anyone watching us knows our full potential. But, uh...hey, thanks for the thanks. Most people don't bother lookin' past my hecklin'. You know, I'm not really all crazy, just...a little unwell. I know right now you can't tell, but if ya stick around, you'll see a different side a' me.” Sheepish, Nero rubbed the back of his head again. As much as he wanted to be telling the truth, he knew those reassuring words could be empty. Can't even tell if I mean what I say. Good grief. He found himself sitting beside her on the train car again, and listened for a moment in silence at the notes of her tiny harp. “That's pretty neato. Hey, do you have any wishes?”

Jarvis

Jarvis didn't say anything further. He hadn't meant to make Amelia feel bad, merely, he had meant to help her understand why he cared. He wondered if he was making a mistake, or if Amelia just hadn't had a male figure who cared.

As she grabbed his hand, and asked if he would take her down stairs, he nodded, and gave her a smile, and led her back downstairs, "hopefully things have calmed down somewhat" he said, glancing about the hall, but things did indeed seemed to have died down.

But something had changed.

Sasha

"It isn't the time Lord" Sasha said softly, looking to Lazarus, her expression blank, as she added softly, "He might be testing us, but I doubt he'd look to kill one of us. And he wasn't on the train" She said with conviction, "this is something else" She looked to Trinity, and asked "What else did those people from the magazine say, did they see what he ooked like? Have you seen what he looked like?" She hadn't thought to ask that, until now.

Master Jamie

At Jack's moving movement, Jamie smiled, and nodded. "You do not need to worry. I won't be far. And you may find that you need me, before long" And Jamie was out the guild after that before turning to the magic council woman. "Janice, is it? You can go and tell Masahiko that things are going to get bad. Now, shall we continue? What do you think will punish me, more then I just punished myself? I've already put into motion payment for a better, and more stable council building. Oh, I get it, you're a stickler for the rules. But the thing is, I don't give a damn fabout the rules, if they mean loss of life. I did what was needed" Jamie shook her head, and then leaned in towards the council woman.

Janince leaned back, as if afraid of Jamie, and Jamie grinned. "You won't find me" And Jamie shifted forms, to the little boy, and walked off. By the time that the council woman had reacted, Jamie had disppeared, shifting again, and moving through Magnolia easily.

Lazarus

His eyelids twitched, before opening. He remembered yelling at trinity, before collapsing from exhaustion. His head felt funny, that was right, Prince had whacked him over the head. His face was white as a ghost, and sweat covered it. "Drink. I had a drink." He croaked.

Shujin

He listened to what was going on. It appeared the group were in trouble. Nothing he could help with as far as he knew. "Sasha... Look at me." He she trying to ignore him but he wouldn't let her. "I know this is a difficult time for you, but he'll be alright." He said softly. "As for him." He looked at Lazarus. "I saw nobody tamper with his drink on the journey here, and I watched for the entire journey."

Prince flicked his ear toward Sasha, indicating he heard her as called to a stewardess, asking for a glass of water. When he got it, he sniffed at the rim of the glass to double check it, briefly taking a sip himself before humming in satisfaction and started grinding up a purple rose's petals into bits of pieces with his claws. Gingerly sprinkling them into the glass of water.

"Good, means we don't have to run all the way to Mt. Hakobe." Prince hummed as he lightly stirred the water with a spoon while sprinkling some other green cut up herbs he had in his pockets, turning it into a light purple color.

As Lazarus woke up and croaked, Prince hummed. "Oh good you're awake and not yelling at people. Good sign. Drink this, it will help dull the symptoms." he instructed the white clad man on his lap, helping him sit up a little so he could drink.

A coward" Angelo repeated with a smirk thinking to how many times he got called trash, thief, urchin, coward doesn't seem to be that bad anymore. "I don't know what you want to hear, you weren't the one their dealing with an angry father day in and day out who would beat you almost to death because he was drunk. My mother wanted me to be safe so she took the punishment most of the time is only recently that I paid back my father for what he did. If you ask Sasha she would tell you. You telling me that magic is a curse just seems idiotic to me, without magic we wouldn't even be talking cause I would still be on the streets being for coins. Call me what you will but don't assume you can judge me simply by a few minutes of conversation." Angelo said calmly not getting angry at Josh for anything because anger wouldn't do him any good or prove any point. So long as they worked together Josh could hate Angelo for all he cared

Wes

Location: Phoenix Wing Guild Hall -> Magnolia

After passing his room key to Jarvis, Wes was about to leave until Penny said her what was on her mind about him. He just stood there and listened as Penny, a guild member he hasn’t seen before. There wasn’t much that he can say except. “I can understand what you and everyone is saying, and probably can feel the same way. But it’s better if I just left the guild. All I truly done to the guild was accidentally help lead it to the wrong direction. For the entire time that I’ve been with the guild, I would usually enter and leave right away, because I didn’t want them to eventually carry my problem if I stayed too long or grew too attached. But even then, I still seem to pass that trouble. It's better if I just leave now before I make things any worse. So for now, I have to be alone.”

Right before walking outside, he stopped with his hand pressed against the door. It’s better if I just left now, for everyone their sake.

“Good luck Phoenix Wing, it was nice being a member.” He said as he walked out and closed the door behind. As he walked towards Magnolia, he noticed a woman pass him and entered the guild hall. No matter how curious he was, he can’t be around the guild, not anymore, especially with their recent events and how he left.

Where: Phoenix Wing guild hall, central area
Interacting with: Jarvis, Elyse, Rose

Amelia followed after Jarvis down the stairs to the central area, remaining silent the entire time. When they reached the central area, things seemed to have calmed down at last. The woman the guild had been fighting was leaving with someone she didn't know. The woman with black hair was treating herself as a child watched from nearby. And the air in the area was still tense but also had a feeling of sadness in the air she didn't like.
"Something happened." She mumbled.

Elyse meanwhile had spotted Amelia and her wings.
"Mommy, mommy look! Pretty." She said, pointing at Amelia, causing Amelia look at the ground in embarrassment.

Joshua laughed at that.
"I guess the people here are a little soft. Near death beatings? That was a constant in my life too. In the far north, you fight to survive. You learn to fight from an early age and are put in near death situations. If you die, you were not strong enough, though your death would still be mourned." He said, standing up." You must remember this Angelo. A gift is nothing more then a appreciated curse, while a curse is nothing more then an unappreciated gift. It all lies in the eyes of the beholder. To me, I have seen magic give me much and yet strip it all away. So tell me, was it really a gift to obtain it? Or was it a curse for everything that it took away from me?"

Train

Trinity looks to Nero, away from her harp, and she smiles gently. His perspective on Time Lord was nothing new, but that wasn't what she was focused on. "We all have our masks, Nero. You should find people you can remove it to." When Nero asks her for her wish, she pauses her playing and considers the question for a moment. Her fingers resume their movement after a moment, absentmindedly plucking out a melody. "A wish?" She breathes, taking a moment. "Well, there is someone I'm looking for. I thought that... maybe by looking around on my own, I might find something, but that just got me into trouble. So then I thought... maybe if I join the right guild, I'll find something. What better country to start looking for that in, than Fiore?"

The train began to move, and Trinity stopped her playing, listening and then switching instruments quickly. She begins to play. When she's done setting it up, she ends with the guitar in her hands, turning to Sasha to answer her question.

"I didn't have a chance to ask them, before we had to go because we thought we were endangering them. But, no, I didn't see him at all. He kept himself veiled in a cloak. There was a mark on his hand, I thought... Nero, did you see it?"

Sayuri Takashi

"Hmm... Looks pretty nice and it's not too far from the guildhall. So that's a plus. It's age doesn't bother me all that much as long as it's well taken care of. And decently priced. Well we should..." she spins and looks around when the feeling gets stronger, 'What is this feeling? It's so familiar... But I can't place it...'

Ariel
Sayuri seemed to be pretty easy going. So far she was turning out to be a great roommate. Nodding to the points mentioned she responded. "Great. I say take a look and..." The sentence trailed off as Sayuri turned and referenced something she was feeling. Ariel tried to see if she could sense anything in particular. "Huh? What is it? I don't..."
