Nicolas snickered, holding his hand over his mouth. "Sorry, sorry. I just thought of a funny joke. Maybe I can tell it to you sometime," he sneered. He grew serious and disliked this attitude the guy was giving him. Phones looked over his shoulder and stared out the window. _"How hurt would I actually be if I jumped off this train? Would the geezer-lady and this guy follow me?"_ Nicolas sat down, but immediately sat right back up. "Oh, hold on. I need to use the restroom." Phones crossed his legs and began shaking. "If you could just step aside and-" Nicolas continued to jerk his head to the side signaling for Jarvis to move.

Jamie dealt with the damages, but didn't return back to compartment, instead, he moved through the train, talking to the guild members, and basically making sure everything was alright, deciding to leave Jarvis, who would take no nonsense, to Phones/Nicholas. When they arrived at Kabo a few hours later, Jamie had rested somewhat, and was ready for what ever would happen. She was the first out of the train, and waited for the guild to disembark as well. A black cat, with all too knowing eyes, sat watching him. ----- The black haired woman was just preparing herself as the guild Phoenix Wing arrived, and decided to dress so as to show power. She glanced to the mirror, and smiled, a somewhat evil glint in her eyes. "Ah, Kali, my pretty. Keep an eye on them, and I will give you your favorite food" The black cat', watching Master Jamie,tail twitch, and she let out a meow, satisfied. Her name was Angelica, and right now, she felt like she had the rest of the magical council in the palm of her hand. She began to get ready for what she thought would be highly entertaining festivities. And ruin any plans the rest of the magical council had.

Melina sighed, having been watching the council building from a distance for a while now, and couldn’t find an easy access point. _Mithera, how’s it going up there?_ She looked up and the tiny speck flying high above in the sky. _Getting tired and the air’s thin up here._ Mithera swooped down a little, catching her breath, before returning to altitude, still the large dragon, as it had not yet been a full day since Melina had come and gotten MIthera, telling her that the blood contract had been resolved. They had then immediately headed for the council, to scope them out for now, in hopes of inflicting serious damage on them some other time. _Sorry about that Mithera, but we don’t want the council to panic when we’re just perusing their security._ She yawned slightly, and moved started looking around for a place she could get away with hanging out for an hour or two to see if anything happens. --- Mayt groaned as the train finally came to a stop, he had not wanting the train ride to end quite yet. He looked up at the speck far above them again, still curious as to what kind of bird it was, if it was a bird indeed. He shrugged, and moved to the side to let others go before him, falling into step with Master Jamie. “Who’s going where is my only question.” He shoved his hands into his pockets, waiting for an answer, and looking up into the sky. “I assume I’ll be one of the ones going into the library, but what about everyone else?” He adjusted his sword some, making sure it fit on correctly, and half drew it to make sure he could get it out quickly and without problem.

Lazarus looked at the train floor. "But what if I have to use THAT magic?..." He worried. "I don't want to hurt you. At least promise me if I am forced to use it you'll step aside as support me. I can't fully control it yet." He gave her a half smile and nudged her playfully. "We still need a team name you know.."

Maddox stepped out of the train, putting his coat back on as he walked. The air outside was cooler than inside the cart. He took a look around, quickly deciding that Kabo wasn't a particularly special city outside being the Magic Council's headquarters. Magnolia was more attractive, in his mind. The red-haired mage approached Jamie, standing out of the way. Upon hearing Mayt question what everyone will be doing, Maddox faced away from the rest of the guild. "I'll be staying here," Maddox said simply, keeping his back to everyone. With a wave of his hand he began walking away from the train station and out into the street. So far it seemed that nobody was particularly suspicious of Phoenix Wing, but Maddox surveyed his surroundings carefully. He looked over his shoulder back at his friends, to make sure nobody was planning on arguing with him, before turning left and walking down the street. He spied a restaurant not too far away and decided that would be a good location to wait.

Sasha sighed softly, and said, "It will be okay. You won't lose control. i know you won't" She said, with total certainty. She returned his smile, and said, "a team name? What sort of name?" She said, as she rose when the train stopped, so that they could get off, and meet up with the others. Penny was already off the train, and she looked about. Kabo appeared to be a town just beginning, clearly it had been done with fast development in mind, and not so much for appeal just yet. The only thing that appeared formidable was the large building, round, tall and unappealing. The magic council building.

Lazarus stood up with her rubbing the back of his head. "Just be careful if we run into any powerful mages. Which is very likely. They'll be stronger than most of us on our own. There are members of the council that could perhaps even rival master Jamie." His tone was sinister, but changed again. "I mean.....what will the people be shouting to support us?" He pondered. "Frozen heart." He smiled. "What do you think?"

Sasha was about to speak, to comment on the magic council, but then she didn't. "The guild will stand up, and survive the magic council" She said instead, "After all, Master Jamie has us all to back him up" She started to climb off the train, and looked back as Lazarus suggested _Frozen heart_ "It sounds...perfect" She said brightly

Angelo smiled wide when he felt the train stop and he walked out the train cracking his fingers and his neck ready to fight it out. He looked up to see the unappealing council building "so tacky, they could have at least given it a paint job" Angelo said to himself grinning and he saw penny nearby and he walked over to her knowing she was an S ranked right now meant she would be on the front lines so Angelo decided to stick close to her and the other S ranks, even if it wasn't official Angelo had enough power to rival them so he needed to be where the action was...

We need people who can be quick and thorough in the library, and those with more power ready to back them up, as well as myself and Jarvis. Who do you think should go where?"

Mayt shrugged, looking about, then back at the guild. "Well, Penny and Sasha are first choices to be backup outside the library, as Sasha can't read well and Fire tends to not get along well with books. We discussed Penny earlier, I remember. I probably should be backup with them, I've never been good in libraries, and besides, I don't want to be disarmed. Maddox And Damian, as well as probably someone else, should head into the library. Judging by how I've seen Lazarus acting lately I don't think he'd be the best choice, Angelo for the same reason as Penny. And that's about all I can think of off the top of my head." Mayt looked about, trying to remember new names. "Oh, and her and a shape shifting mage who's somewhere around here want to join Phoenix Wing." He pointed out Trinity as he sees her, but couldn't spot Karn in the commotion of people getting off the train. "I told them they'd have a chance to once we get back from this and that they're welcome to come along, which they did."

Lazarus had left Sasha for just a moment. As a matter of fact he had gone to speak to the master. He waited for Mayt to stop speaking. He then spoke. "Master. I would like to make a request." He seemed somewhat lowly for that moment in time. "Please, let Sasha accompany me wherever i am assigned. We are a team, and much stronger together." He turned back and smiled in Sasha's direction. "Don't leave me out on this one master. I want to be in a position to fight if our presence is threatened." He looked sinister and gestured to Sasha. "If she's with me, I know in my heart, I can use THAT magic." He chuckled a little bit, granted arrogantly, but honestly. "I can compete with these three..." He was referring to the S class wizards. "Even you know I'm on their level with THAT." He paused. "Please master, let me fight."

The black cat continued to watch. Eyes bright, it's ears flicked at every sound. Jamie closed her eyes, silent, thoughtful. Lazarus was a bit of a risk at the moment, yet if Sasha could control or calm him, then it seemed only logical that they stay together. jamie knew that Lazarus wouldn't harm Sasha. So if worse came to worse, Sasha could subdue him. "I'm not going to seperate you, Lazarus. Do not fear" she said, opening her eyes, she looked around and then called the guild to him. "Alright! We are going to be in groups. Four in all. Myself and Jarvis will attend to the council. Sasha, Lazarus. Hm. James, Angelo, you will be with the group that goes to search for the book. You will be their guard. Make sure no one interrupts them. Mayt, damian, Maddox you will be seeking for the book. Penny, you will, along with those that wish to join, will be back up for myself and jarvis. I'm sorry, I don't know your names" he said to Trinity and Karn. "You listen to Penny. She will fill you in, and if you are intent on joining, Jarvis will give you your marks" She looked over the others, and continued "we will make pretense of stopping her for the night. I figure we will have a meeting with the council shortly. You should all prepare. Any questions?"

Angelo grinned hearing that he would be paired up with sasha, lazarus, and james. Angelo was confident that he would be able to find that book with them. Knowing that he was going to help in such a big way was great, Angelo grinned then he smiled seeing his mark come out after finally finishing his sleep. Angelo walked over to the others and smiled "were going to do great guys ive got a good feeling about this" Angelo said grinning not really caring about the thought of facing an entire guard of magic council if anything that just made things more fun for him. Angelo was saving his strength for this and he wasn't going to let the others down...

[Damian] Damian stepped up behind Lazarus, Mayt, and Master Jamie. "As good as sending me into the library sounds, my magic isn't that much kinder. On top of that, Maddox just up and vanished on us. I'll go, but I don't want anyone with me. Call me crazy, but I get the feeling that we're going to want everyone we can have ready near the main building." [James] James climbed off the train with Karn in tow, still talking to him when he heard Master Jamie. "I'll see you later, Karn. Time to get this show on the road." Putting on his helmet, James approaches the group he was supposed to be with and nods to them before looking them over. "Right, well, I suppose this will work. Divine Shield." A soft golden glow envelops the group. "This will make it so that when you get hit, the shield, for around ten or so blows, will take the brunt of it. Of course, if someone hits you with a strong enough spell, it'll shatter the shield instantly. That understandable?"

Sayur exits the train and walks into the group near the front and listens as she tells them where they're all going. She closes her eyes for a second thinking. She opens then looking at Jamie wondering if this was a test. She then turns to Penny, "I guess that means I'm following you. It's a nice to meet you Penny."

"No. You choose someone to go with you, Damian" master Jamie said "you will not be alone. They already know we are here" his tone was non-negationable, and hearing Sayuri, Jamie said "no. You are coming with Jarvis and me. I want to see how the others on the council react to you being with us. See if it unbalances some. You will be safe with us"

When Trinity stepped from the train, she found herself greeted and addressed by the guild master. The guild master had assigned her to a team? Ah, well, she wasn't interested in joining, but... it wasn't like she had somewhere to be, and this seemed interesting enough. She remembered something... was it Mayt, had mentioned? Or Maddox... He recognized her by her harp, mentioning 'your the one Penny scared off.' So she just had to find *that* girl, huh? It wasn't too hard. "Hello... Penny, right? Your guild master sent me to you. My name's Trinity. It seems we'll be working together for a little bit."

The youthful boy happily chatted with Jamie until the train came to a halt finally, indicating they had arrived at their destination. He was about to go and get Trinity, since she probably would be mad if he left without saying anything again. Plus his short stature didn't make him a easy sight to see while being next to all the guild mages. However James pretty much towed him off the train along with the rest of the large group. The knight bid him a farewell before joining his companions, probably having some important part since Karn imagined a knight to be closer on the front of the lines of the defensive. **"Okay! See you later Ser JJ!"** He called cutely as he wildly waved both of his arms energetically in a farewell gesture, already nicknaming the poor fello. Before looking around for Trinity. Humming at the taller crowd before jumping up and down to see if he could see her. Huffing, he transformed into a blue bird with ease and fluttered a little higher, until he spotted the white haired girl. Fluttering down beside her, he smoothly transformed back to a human and smiled cheerfully. **"Found you! See I didn't run away so don't be mad at me!"** Karn said cheerfully though made a puppy dog expression when he spoke about not being mad. As the Guild Master, Jamie, spoke to them, Karn smiled even brighter, emerald eyes sparkling in excitement. The Guild Master was a good person, despite the scary side of being angry. It was just a gut feeling. Or animal instinct, he wasn't sure. **"I'm Karn, and this is Trinity! Nice to meet you GM."** he said before following after Trinity to the girl named Penny, supposedly the one that chased Trinity off, as their assigned leader for this little mission. **"Nice to meet you Pen, I'm glad to be working with you! I'll listen to you closely."** The feminine looking boy said, holding out his hand for a handshake.

Nicolas exited the train with his arms stretched out wide. He was glad to be able to ditch the train ride of hell. Jarvis was no push-over and did not really give Nicolas any free roam. Phones was basically a nervous twitch throughout the whole ride. Knowing that Jarvis was not budging, the only solution was to drown out all his troubles via listening to music. He sucked in the outside air and sighed. The clutter of people around him must have been part of Jamie's clique. Nicolas plopped on the ground. All of the constant moving in the train tired him out. He acknowledged that if it be best not to attempt a getaway with so many magicians around. He was strong, but he was not hella strong. "God help me..." Nicolas whispered to himself as he closed his eyes while resting on the ground.
