Personality: Yamato is a relaxed, down-to-earth kind of guy who doesn’t seem to take anything seriously, unless it has a chance of entertaining him. His sole purpose in life is, put it simply, to have fun in anyway possible, be it by conversing with friends, playing sports, hitting on women, or ‘admiring’ women. As long as something’s fun, he’ll have no problem tagging along, regardless of danger. He is, obviously, somewhat perverted and is likely to peek on girls if they’re bathing unless there’s something more fun to do. Though that’s implying there’s something more fun.
He’s fairly streetsmart and is far from a coward. He doesn’t often flinch in the face of danger or cry at the sight of monsters, be they figurative or literal, humans or demons, and has known how to fight since he was young. Despite his tendency to screw around, he can mature up if the situation calls for it, though he prefers anything but.
It should be mentioned that, though he can be selfish and an ass at times, he cares more for his friends than he’d let on. He’d do anything it took to save his best friend, even at the expense of his life, and would extend a similar courtesy if he had anyone else he could actually call ‘friend’. All in all, he’s just somebody who just wants to have fun.
Short Bio: Yamato was orphaned when he was younger due to a violent crime involving the local Yakuza. Somehow, he managed to be adopted by a one of the very same members of the Yakuza. He grew up doing mostly small tasks for his crime family, though there were still some things he saw he’d rather not have. His only real friend was the daughter of the Yakuza boss, whom he actually befriended.
Abilities: Teleportation -
Yamato is able to teleport. Such an ability allows him to teleport himself and anything in his possession a certain distance in the blink of an eye, as well as changing its resulting orientation if desired. Physical contact is required for him to teleport something other than himself,. This ability relies heavily on concentration, and is limited by that, so keeping a cool head is essential for the use of the ability. Rapid use is possible, though there’s always at least a lag between ‘jumps’.The ability does have other limits, as he is only capable of teleporting anything (including himself) about 400 feet away with extreme concentration. Excluding himself, the heaviest load he can bear to teleport is around 300 or so pounds. He’ s fairly sad he can’t teleport cars
