As I said before, when you feel better and able then hop back in. I won't rush or demand posts as I know RL, like what you mentioned, can take its toll and won't help by being pressured. However be sure you're fully able to and that it won't stress you out. RP shouldn't be the cause of stress or worse, your health after all.
