Are we keeping track of bounties in the story, I plan on being labeled a supernova later on. Just asking because I'll strangle Red in front of the crowd if that's the case, hopefully antagonizing Sayuri.

Though CP9 arc will be a huge boost in bounty so no real point in killing civvies. Besides, I was going to use him as a method for Light to surprise/scare everyone with being, well, a toon. XD (The real reason) One question I have about one piece. They're using flintlock weapons. That means one shot weapons, right? Why do they get like 20+ off without needing to reload? lol
