I think they all just stepped out of the car in front of Magnus' bunker. Alison and Katya are spying on them.

I'm a little worried that if all the vampires go into Magnus' bunker, we wont' be able to interact with the Soldier spies. Humans wouldn't be able to infiltrate the bunker, so I will say Mithias Magnus, etc. did not yet go inside.

I was thinking they could go in and have the introduction only to have it cut short by a guard informing them about the spies. Then we could have the altercation

I don't want to nitpick, but there's no way to open that box without blowing it up.
As long as Martin hasn't opened the box yet, you can't have the sun stone yet.
