It would be less pronounced because of her personality, but the word Gorgon itself means 'dreadful.' At worst, she'll feel a painful hot searing pain in her chest. At best, she'll feel a weird warm tingle in her chest. You know your character better than I do so you can decide. The spell will try to tear the essence of her that is bad away from her, but it's not a powerful enough spell to do so. Maruki's dark affinity stems from the spell attached to him, not him himself whereas for Andro, her dark affinity is closely tied to who she is and would be harder to purify. A purify spell that powerful might actually just kill Andro, but free her soul unto heaven rather than hell.

I guess it would still be theoretically possible for Caelus to stow away, but I feel like Prometheus' tech wouldn't allow that. However, it would allow for some nice dialogue while we stay in line with the other scene going on concurrently. (Although a substantial amount of time passed in that voyage before the current events, the voyage the Europe team are taking is a lot longer.) @chukklehed, what do you think?

If they were really good at it, I suppose. It's not a cargo ship, it's a private passenger boat, but it's large enough to hold a few weeks worth of supplies and have space for a group of people.

For some very legitimate and important reasons and other not so legitimate or important ones, I have decided to submit a fifth character for introduction. Her CS has been on the pad for a while and given a thorough looking over by Rose and NK, but I have only just now decided I am satisfied with it enough to post it. Yet another rarely seen on-screen character like Vikki and Kali Rana, Irene (aka flugel girl) is the operator of the dimensional gate out of Oasari. I'm still fine-tuning exactly how said gate works in my head, but everything important is there. Enjoy:

Occupation || Irene makes her living as the curator of an Oasarian temple in the mountains high above Silver City. The temple is largely unused in this day and age, and is mostly a historical relic at this point, but the nation keeps these historical landmarks in shape as if they were in frequent use. For her typical day of sitting and watching the clouds lazily drift across the sky, she is able to make a comfortable living.

In the same mountain range lies Oasari's gigantic communication tower that is used to create dimensional rifts that allow contact with the outside world (there are two other functional towers in Lavanya). Irene is called in to activate the rift all by herself whenever it is necessary. (In years past it was necessary to have many dimensional manipulators working together to open a rift, but the modernized power towers require only one powerful dimensional manipulator for the job.) It is for this reason that Irene is, while unknown to nearly everyone, one of the most important behind-the-scenes figures in the entire continent.

Powers

Dimensiokinesis (Dimension Manipulation): Irene can fabricate portals in and between dimensions, create pocket dimensions, travel between dimensions, and even create black holes and white holes. This power makes her all but impossible to chase, let alone track, and she can get out of many dangerous situations very quickly. While her abilities do include some offensive attacks (such as black hole creation), she prefers to use them as little as possible.

Weaknesses

Irene's ability set is, for all except the black holes, entirely defensive. She can run away better than anyone else in Lavanya, but when locked into a dimension she's in a precarious position. As the chill philosopher-flugelhorn player that she is, she also possesses no super resilience or armor. In addition, her most dangerous ability, the one to create black holes, is not as unlimited as it seems. She can create a black hole and suck things in as usual, but this takes an incredible amount of energy. She can only hold it for so long, before everything is forcefully released in a white hole and she collapses from exhaustion.

Personality

in a world filled with warmongers, Irene is a beacon of light for the average Lavanyan citizen. She does not desire to fight; in fact, she avoids it as much as possible. This is due mostly to her very serene personality. She is quiet, level-headed, and very relaxed, and spends most of her time thinking rather than battling. Blessed with considerable time to do so, she is quite philosophical and introspective - yet, she is not anti-social. She values her ample time alone, but she enjoys chatting with people, hearing life stories, and improving peoples' days just from being there. She is humble and quirkily confident (and for good reason) that nobody can touch her.

Further Information

Irene's #1 hobby is playing her flugelhorn, which is a very old instrument that she once found in a flea market. Nobody there knew what it was, but she was curious enough to buy it for the obscenely low asking price, and it turned out to be a lovely instrument. It has no special abilities or anything...it's just a flugelhorn. But she plays quiet melodies to the birds and trees around her and has for many years. The few who get to hear it never forget it.
