We've altered the Character Overview doc a bit.

The alteration was primarily to add in "current location" and "last timestamp" columns.

Whenever you want either of those updated, talk to us, Echo or Fallen. We might need reminding occasionally.

The purpose for these two columns is to make it easier to figure out who you can interact with.
