I for one have a normal sleeping habit. Go to sleep at 6 am in the morning, wake up at 4 pm in the afternoon.
Of course, I'm not a GM so that doesn't really matter XD

Yes. Because that's totally normal xD
I usually sleep from 11 or 12 pm to somewhere around 9 or 10am.
