a Magic-Using Character and a Supernatural-based character?

Is this character a superperson with some extraordinary ability? Probably all good.

Is this character a normalish person who uses some powerful artefacts or draws power from some external source to do cool things? Probably magic and not so good.

With magical characters we mean more of the caster sort of people. Like Zatana, Raven or Dr Faith.

Characters which are not really included in this are characters who use an item to transform themselves. Like He-man or Captain Marvel(DC) for instance.

That's a really short explaination and I hope it helps. If it doesnt... well then I'll let someone else explain it better :P
