[OOC] Pokemon: Nexus [Accepting Two More!]

Out of them, the only one I can get and want is... Not really any of them because Zygarde and Rayquaza are more my thing, but if I had to choose it was Victini who is only obtainable after certain things.

I can argue that Zygarde exists to restore order, not maintain it, and Xerneas and Yveltal when they appear, pretty much mean their respective versions of the world ending, and if Groudon or Kyogre appear, one or the other causing each other to appear, they fight, and Rayquaza breaks their fighting up, but doesn't maintain anything.

The thing is, is that many of the legendaries don't 'maintain' anything, they just appear when they are needed. Then again, they're all just really damn powerful anyway and do hold a status of being essentially unobtainable.

Maybe talk with @AbysmalDemon to see if you could work out some way to have your wanted Legendary? It doesn't seem like you'd have a very good time if you don't like any really. D:

I'm fine with not having any legendaries too, but if I can get a Zygarde or Rayquaza (seriously if I get Rayquaza AND it's Mega, the world will bow, so that may not happen) I'd be pretty damn happy.

Im fine with you encountering it this early, because as I mentioned in the past, its just a palette swap, If it has the contrary abilty though, then IDK, but if it has the regular abilty of overgrow, I am more then happy to let it slide.

Surprisingly I am actually completed fine with Zygarde, as it is, due to its 4x weakness to ice, and 2x weakness to dragon and Fairy. and yes the point is that Zygarde doesn't exist to Maintain order, it Exists to Restore balance to it if need be, by watching over the world. (it can do that), Mega rayquaza on the other hand, Im just gonna flat out refuse... because mega ray is broken, so broken...

In response to this, I am not entirely sure of the current system, but as you said before, it is difficult to keep track of, and I agreed to letting pokemon know Mutiple (over the 4 set limit) moves from their moveset and being able to use them.

but after some thought it could be decide that the 4 set limit could in place because, the pokemon wish to train those moves to a higher more powerful standard. Again just my 2 cence
(although I can keep track of leveling a bit)

And I really want Zygarde to have the serpent theme going here. Rayquaza is most certainly my favorite here, but would it actually be okay if it were to be without Mega?

Essentially the same weakness's as Zygarde PLUS rock, with a mediocre special defense and defense,

(its just a glass cannon after all)

Contary is not that op, It just allows spamming of things like leaf storm close combat and....

We'll have to wait for Abysmal on Zyg and Ray though.

Oh and let's not forget moves. We need to iron that out. I get the idea of making the few moves they have stronger, but it's the learning of new moves and 'leveling' that I'm not so sure of.

I'm a filthy casul who doesn't even Pokemon Showdown. I just know these builds because I built them for fun on my games, I never really fought other players. Contrary sweeper Serperior is risky, but also easier, since it kind of sets itself up to sweep. It's risky since it puts itself out there, but it's easier because the directive to have it set to sweep is very simple.

There's also for Rayquaza, that canonically, no one except for the main character in ORAS can Mega Evolve Rayquaza anyways, even in that game that shit required some special stuff to occur.

I may choose Gallade for my Mega though.

Likely they won't be the biggest problem in RP. You can work around those things.

There's also the thing about held items, very rarely if at all do we see Pokemon with held items in the anime.

Well yes, but hold items in this I guess the pokemon will actually wear,

such as wearing a focus sash, like a head band arm band etc etc.

Or wearing choice specs etc etc

its kinda like how they handle mega stones, you literally do see them on the pokemon in question,

in the case of pokemon with fur, they might hide it in their fur (for instance things like berries)
