Lucius/Windel, perhaps you can give us an idea of how much damage our Avatars can take the first place? Because while mages ARE supposed to be generic squishy, they aren't supposed to be killed or critically injured by an auto-attack from a Duelist (not even an assassin). I mean, if that's the case, where a normal attack can critically injure a mage-type, doesn't that mean that a 200% attack is pretty much insta-kill?
Really though, MMO standards would sorta ensure that you aren't going to die from one hit unless it's a raid boss, so why is everyone THAT worried about getting hit the first place?
While I'm at it, perhaps, instead of putting something like cooldowns into IC-time, why not just put them in as post-cooldowns? Like, Land Demolisher has a one post cooldown, where the next turn, it can't be used. Flame Sword Conjuration has no post-cooldown, but can only be used once a turn. Limitations like that would be easier than trying to figure out how much time has passed.
