I never liked HAT. It's a scumbag deck for scumbaggy people. If there are any of the more recent meta formats that I remember, it was Dragon rulers/spellbooks format, Shaddoll/qli/Satellar/BA/Nekroz formats, and motherfucking HAT format.

Heck H.A.T kinda got nerfed when they limited the main artifact needed, but to me that just gave it a little more variety...

Don't partner it with the nekroz... Jesus my H.A.T kinda falls after a few turns against that
