Saitama and Doomsday are fine considering how Terminal movement works, however, I'd like to wait until a point further in the story to introduce such powerful characters(To Arcadia, at least) that will likely interfere so directly on a dime.

Nah there are no character limits, it's just that I'd rather wait until a point further along before they get involved, as they are both very powerful and are hard to properly fight, and aren't indirect in how they interact with others. Keep in mind this isn't a disapproval, you'll just need to wait awhile before you use them.
