The auto-hitting is still there.

I recommend changing it to,

would lock itself around three places in the dragon-kin's body

to make it seem less like auto-hitting and more like an actual RP fight.

Let's think about it like this.

Sorcha might have dodged the moment she heard the spell being chanted. Perhaps she didn't. You are describing the effect the spell WOULD have on Sorcha once casted, but it is up to Sorcha's writer AKA Rune, whether it will actually hit or not.

He's added the bits and pieces that make it seem more like an attack that would happen instead of something that has already happened. At least for me, I think there are no more problems with auto-hitting.

Oh...I hadn't noticed? I didn't notice a major change in the wording/what is written.

He's describing actions he's doing to Sorcha after he attempts to time-freeze her. Which he shouldn't be doing. She'd be a mile in the air almost after he cast his little spell - or at least far enough away to where she'd be safe from further assault, before probably realizing she might be in a bit of trouble, and dashing away somewhere.

At least, that's what I was thinking, anyways. But if both of you think this is fine, I can work with it.

But Edgars going to get a bit of a shock from being so close to her.
