Yet powerful EMF's are more than capable of giving off light. Lases objects like it, too at the right frequency. I'd still say it would get ones foot in the door to other EM phenomena, even if they could not access them all, or in orthodox manners.

How is it silly? Blackbeard upon using it for the first time could raise multiple tectonic plates with no effort. He was said to be able to destroy the whole world, whether it is a single blow or multiple is still beyond what Enel has been shown to do.

Relative to the OP universe. Not relative to ridiculous concept wielding bore fests. He can cancel out any devil fruit and has White Beard's power. He's an idiot however. Or acts like it. Yeah he's the God tier of the series for now.

Doflamingo was fatally wounded by Gamma Knife, which causes your internal organs to be terminally damaged. But he didn't lose to that actually, he fully healed, he lost to TWO rounds of Luffy's Gear Fourth which would likely rape Enel (rubber or not) in his current state. As for surviving El Thor? Armament Haki lel. Oh and Luffy's Gear Fourth did lay waste to all of Dressrosa and Doflamingo was still in one piece afterwards.

He did use his devil fruit to achieve that level of awareness yes. But then again we don't know to what extent Admirals use their Haki. I'll give you that, he has the best observation Haki that's been displayed if he uses his Devil Fruit's power.

Other than that and just good Haki users with mastery over their devil fruit. Enel didn't know much about Haki other than "Mantra", and thought he was a God. As Pekoms righteously explained, Enel would likely die early in the new world because of this, unless he'd be taught about Haki.

Name: The Harth Collective
Universe of Origin: Star Wars, Multiversal
Objectives: Anything Set feels like doing. While many of the individual parts of the Harth collective seek varying goals, all of them are manipulated into serving the whims of Set Harth.
Members: A variety of Star Wars species and worlds, as well as outcast Darksiders. Also includes several members recruited from other universes, but significantly rarer.
Capabilities: Possesses massive financial backing, and is capable of manipulating large scale events in the SW universe. While it does not possess a large military might, it has the capability of performing tactical manipulative strikes, and it's members are well known for corrupting and manipulating other organizations to do the fighting for them.
History: This organization was created by Set Harth, piece by piece. Most of the pieces of the Harth Collective are completely unaware of their participation, rather believing themselves to be allied to several different and disparate groups. However, they're all manipulated by Set from behind the scenes. Most contain mind controlled members, or members who are loyal to Set Harth and his teachings. Members come and go, but the Collective has endured for 1000 years, and has grown substantially. It has on the whole had little interest in interfering with large-scale events, although more recently it's become more and more apparent in it's dealings with others.

I'll admit Black- and Whitebeard are more powerful than Enel, but there are still very few characters that can match his Island-level feat.

His level of awareness comes purely from possessing ridiculously powerful Observation Haki, there's no indication that this is reliant in any way on his Devil Fruit. His Haki is just that strong. Which indicates that if he became aware of the other types of Haki, he would be able to learn them quite quick, making him a deadly opponent to face.

And without his rubber immunity, Fourth Gear would get annihilated by the sheer damage output of Enel's attacks. This is beyond merely annihilating mountains, this is island-busting. Without Luffy's immunity, he would have been fried to a casual crisp by Enel's first attack.

Even without knowing about Haki Enel could annihilate most enemies in the New World. A single El-Thor or God's Judgement and they're gone. And it's not like they're going to get the drop on him, when he can sense them coming from hundreds of kilometers away.

Name: Skullduggery Pleasant Universe (alternate)
Scale: Planet
Setting: Modern earth, with an underground society of mages. Every continent has a Sanctuary, a large organization that forms the magical government of the world. Due to the War of the Sanctuaries, most of the planet has been made aware of mages, and a war had erupted between mages and mortals (muggles). Furthermore, the Irish Sanctuary has been overrun by Warlocks, a dangerous and tribal group of magic users. They're currently in the process of burning the world to the ground.
History:
After the war with Mevolent, the world became a peaceful place. A group of people attempted to destroy the Irish Sanctuary, summon an old race of vengeful Gods called the Faceless Ones, and annihilate all life on the planet, but they were stopped by Skullduggery Pleasant and Valkyrie Caine. Of course, that's when Valkyrie Caine discovered that she contained Darquesse, an alternate personality with access to her True Name and therefore immense magical powers. In the canonical reality, during the Revenant War, Darquesse was released by the Revenants. But, Skulduggery managed to convince Darquesse to allow Valkyrie to surface again, to see if she could take control on her own and without the help of the Revenants. This tactic succeeded, and peace was restored.

In this universe, however, this didn't work. Darquesse was unleashed at full power, and proceeded to slaughter most of the Revenants. A group of mages was formed to stop her even as her power began to grow ever greater. Shunters, mages specializing in interdimensional travel, sent her to the world of Eldritch IV. Of course, this also removed Valkyrie Cain, and drastically alters the future.

The plans of Erskine Ravel succeeded, Skulduggery was killed by Witches, and the Irish Sanctuary was destroyed by Warlocks even as the Sanctuaries of the world engaged one another. The existence of magic was revealed, and the mortals are currently engaged in an all-out war with the magic users of the world. Basically, everything and everyone is screwed.
Power Scaling: Pretty much up to God-tier. The only being near to God-Tier is Argeddion, and he's currently contained. But God-Tier beings can exist if a mage discovers their True Name and is given enough time to learn the extent of their magic.

@thewizardguy I'm pretty sure the omniscient part relies on his lightning enhancement. Otherwise yes he's very skilled at it.

Considering how powerful Luffy's haki was in gear Fourth, highly unlikely. It's based on power levels and the power of friendship, but Haki is indeed a hard counter to exaggerated Logia types. He did defeat a guy who could turn anything into strings and had exceptionally powerful Haki.

Yes, except those that are relevant like any important crew member in a Yonko ship. Or an Admiral. Though to be fair it's impossible to judge as a lot of these depend on hype. Kizaru barely displayed how his abilities truly work, Kuzan is strong but seemed like the underdog and Akainu while his ability isn't super original is kind of the Big Cheese for a reason. Fujitora I don't know, he never displayed much of his gravity powers.

Is Enel one of the strongest? Hell yes. Is it sound to claim he'd beat most people? No, especially when Doflamingo put the bar so very high and he's not even the last War lord to be showcased. Because of Haki I'd say Doflamingo defeats current Enel. But that'd be extreme difficulty.

Luffy in Gear Fourth still wasn't even close to island-busting levels. Although it would most likely be an interesting fight to see.

Probably the more powerful enemies would be able to face him, but he's at least beyond most Warlords. Doflamingo was exceptionally strong, while the others weren't nearly on his level. Characters like Crocodile wouldn't last more than half a second against someone in Enel's league of power. And I'd argue that Enel would stand a good chance against Doflamingo if he started out with a full-power attack.

I'd also watch with 'current enel', as Enel went to the moon. We don't know what he's doing there, and it could be anything. He could return far more powerful, which I'm certainly hoping for. I want to see what he's capable of against someone who lacks Luffy's immunity.

It's true that there's a huge power gap separating Mihawk, Doflamingo and the new Edward Weeble from the others. Arguably Kuma could also stand a chance with that insane repel fruit. There'd be more odds stacked against Doffy given Enel's skill, but it's no where near a one sided massacre.

Luffy with Gear Fourth did devastate all of the (already devastated, but now it's Overkill) Dressrosa with a single King Kong [Insert ballistic name here]. Note it wasn't his intention to destroy anything. Though not super Logia tier in instant destruction, still pretty destructive and versatile.
