From what I understand, the ships that leave for Andromeda left between ME2 and 3 and everyone on board was put into stasis for the journey, kinda why Javik still looks like what I assume is a Prothean porn star in his culture after 50,000 years.

If memory doesn't fails me, the Nexus and the Arks left 6 months before the events of Arrival/the beginning of the Reaper War. And yeah, they all went in stasis a la Javik like Dervs said

Doesn't that mean the genophage cure is a null point? Like why would female krogan (I would've sworn I saw one in robes in a preview) go off on a mission to another galaxy when their standard tactic was to collectivise to allow as much breeding as possible.

No idea to be honest, but yeah, whatever Krogans that do go to Andromeda still have the Genophage on them. Though, I think it's worth remembering that the Genophage only lowered the rate at which Krogan were bale to have viable babies, perhaps the members that leave towards Andromeda are a small clan or pariah's within the Krogan society and due to being the only Krogan's left there they could start a society? (Seeing as they wouldn't be attacked by other more warlike Krogans, but then again I am just making wild speculations, so hopefully the game proper gives us an explanation)

Also, on the point of the female Krogan, yeah, you are right, in fact one of the chief engineers of the Andromeda Initiative program is a female Krogan.

No, Vellios is in his quarters and currently is only focused on Serena.. then likely out cold.

Add on, my post also happened I think some time after the crew came in, patched up, etc. So unless his scream echoed through the whole ship... it's not likely my PC would've heard him. I know the ship's shoddy, but it's not that shoddy that every little sound can be literally heard.

Still. Currently, I'm trying to avoid everyone with Vellios because he's already went through too much at once and if he's on the receiving side of someone else's crap... he won't merely smile and walk away. He'll put a knife through someone's hand then walk away smiling because he feels better. Hence why I'm trying to avoid anything to catch his attention until after the timeskip. He can't handle anymore drama, unless it's the blood and violent type, so I'm trying to hold off on meeting key people for a few days so he can become his charming, carefree self again.
