Since Miriam’s day-to-day might be consistently boring barring interactions, I might try to sketch up some alternate/secondary characters. Even if I’m “super new” is that kosher?

@Gowi Oli. Blake (the male). Sadie just joined. Maybe Zoey once Blue is done with school?
Not many young people since this is more adult oriented xD
So enough people to play off of? Cool.
LYNETTE WESTON
Name
Lynette Ashley Weston
Birthday
October 27th, 2000
Age
15
Appearance
Lynette is the spitting image of her mother with long blonde hair and bolstering emerald green eyes, a fact that her father had trouble accepting for the majority of her life. With a bolstering personality, Lyn’s appearance seems to be just as bright and vibrant as she oozes confidence and an approachable demeanor. Given her athletic sensibilities and her father’s self-defense classes Lyn also has a healthy yet toned build that is the results of a lifestyle that has been consistently outdoors. Her preferences in clothing and appearance is simple considering she likes to be comfortable. It is with this in mind that she actively avoids tight dresses or superfluous fashion. A watch given to her from her grandfather and a locket that belonged to her mother seem to be the only things they have in common.

Personality
Lynette is many things; bold, loud, honest, cocky, lively, sarcastic, defiant, and excitable; but above all of those things she is resilient. For most girls, losing their mother when they were in elementary school would’ve resulted in a quiet and shy demeanor but for some reason Lyn’s outlook and personality has taken a turn in opposite directions. And for the most part, she’s been better for it and not dwelling on a terrible incident that happened in the fourth grade. But despite her forward-thinking and optimistic outlook, Lyn is not as impervious as she appears— emotions flare easily for her and while she can outwardly laugh at them in public that is not to say in private she is so well put-together as she seems.
Much like her father, Lynette has a bit of a short fuse and as such can crack under the fumes of her temperament as she turns emotionally compromised and needlessly volatile. If she gets mad she gets mad. Much like her father, Lynette has a bit of a short fuse and as such can crack under the fumes of her temperament as she turns emotionally compromised and needlessly volatile. If she gets mad she gets mad. This tends to cause friction between her and others but generally those she calls friends have understood how Lynette is that she can be talked down from her hot-blooded impulses; though there have been exceptions where it has made the emotional young girl react even worse. But no matter how mad Lynette gets it is very apparent that she cares more about her friends than her own anger issues and if she offends one of those she is close to she will immediately apologize when she realizes she has done them wrong.
Beyond her anger there exists a girl that is over-confident with a huge bluster, a personality that has made it easier for people to talk to her even though her loud, honest, and bold personality is often littered with sarcastic and defiant retorts or language.
Short Bio
Lynette was born in Millington around fifteen years ago, the second child between Detective Henry Weston and Michelle Weinhardt.
Up until Lynette was nine years old she lived an active life that was entirely mundane; active in youth activities such as soccer, softball, volleyball, biking, and hiking. Whereas some of her closest friends sat bored on their porches, stowed away in their bedrooms, or wandered around the local downtown aimlessly Lynette dedicated herself to finding something fun and adventurous to do consistently. Even with the death of her mother when she was nine years old, Lynette didn’t seemingly change— as long as she had her friends there would be no reason she couldn’t escape.
Upon going into High School, things haven’t changed very much for Lynette— she’s still into escapism, adventurous activities, and sports; seemingly apathetic towards that adulthood is right around the corner. As her father continuously gets lost in his work as a police detective and is still desperate to solve her mother’s murder, Lynette tries to remain focused on the present rather than the past. Her maternal grandfather, Matthias Weinmann offers to her work at the Fruitvale Orchard when she is ready for the responsibilities; and while the prospect is a new adventure Lynette wants to keep seeing what 2016 brings her before jumping into it.
Her grandfather on her mother's side owns a farmstead on the outside of Millington that specializes in grapes and has its own winery.
Her father is a police detective in Millington, possibly higher up if the role hasn't been filled up.
Her mother died when she was in elementary school.
She likes sports, fun, and stuff.
Her favorite artists are Kacey Musgraves, Paramore, and Neko Case.
One of the oldest enterprises in Millington is The Fruitvale Orchard— an orchard that is nearly as old as Millington’s own town hall. Located in the northeastern outskirts of Millington, Fruitvale is an equal opportunity employer that serves the greater area with large production of wine, juice, pie, and other products.
The Weinhardt family while quite well off still attributes itself as “working class” and is hardly the richest or the most powerful dynasty in Millington.

Aghhh. I'm the worst, sorry! I had state journalism today and I just got home but I'm super tired. I'm not sure I'll get a post in tonight but I'll really try! I finished my Claire part of the post on Sunday so I just have to do the Zoey part. Although if we do the time skip, I'm going to have to change my post a little bit XD
Speaking of skipping to summer, I guess it changes my plans a little bit but I don't mind. Whatever everyone else wants to do works with me :)
Alright guys I think I will go ahead and make that new thread. It'll clean up the Character tab and provide potential new people, so I'll probably put it up tomorrow after work. Too tired/lazy to do it right now.
Make sure to put a link here@The Museso that we know where it is if we can't find it. I also take it anyone who has a character already approved is auto approved for that/those character(s) over there.
@Emma We did reboot it briefly with new cast, but it wasn't a good time in real for most of the writers that joined, so it didn't go nearly as far as this one. My mental health haitus, which I'm still on even if I do visit the site, was what brought that reboot to a close.
Also, prior to the reboot we did a small continuation with Summer Secrets, writing out the characters that disappeared, but that loss its charm because we were beating a dead horse. Easier to start fresh then push a story forward with lost cast members.
