I have made some small change in my cs in the character tab, namely the sling part in the non magical combat section has been retitled ranged weapons :sling and I added a link to wikipedia

Not sure what you mean by "holy magic," but just know that the Abrahamic god as described in the bible doesn't exist in this canon. More on this will be revealed later in game.

Mistook your Original Post , it would be nice to know what magic would be not available as you make no mention of God nor holy magic two prominent things in a fantasy genre Roleplay. As you mention that "Magic has many forms" it would nice to see more common one that has been disabled for the story's purposes. The gun however I can understand and stash for a latter date.

Explain some of what you were thinking he could do with holy magic (I think of healing magic and light magic when I read it). Maybe I could help you out.

Christian mages on the island use healing magic, physical buff, and elemental etc but think magic is a gift from their god.

But most high ups in the churches, the clergy, use dark magic, finding it fitting, as they don't think men were meant to know too much.

Appearance:
Benjamin stands at a height of 5'10 and weighs about 150 lbs with an slender frame which doesn't have much fat nor any defining muscles at all. While seemingly not a guy who would be an active person, you would doubt yourself that Benjamin was just an bookworm. Wearing mostly a plain shirt with a jacket on top of it, his style of clothing is quite plain most of the time. He stands upright most of the time with an serious attitude plastered on his face.

Personality:
Benjamin is a static person with walls built up through the years of living that he has gone through. It is a means of protecting himself from people that he isn't sure of what to make of them. He always puts up a serious face and keeps to himself away from people unless necessary contact is required. Reading and indulging himself in the knowledge of books and magical text, in which he deems better than the company of people. Always being withdrawn into himself and reserved, he prefers the company of himself. He however does have a handful of friends which he does connect to.
