A very guilty white cat
The cat stared at Richter then let out a guilty meow. "Mrrow?" I cannot speak to him. That would completely screw me. As long as he isn't smart enough to use one of those weapons, I'm fine, The cat thought, or at least sort of thought. As a cat, his thinking abilities were somewhat dulled by feline instincts, as with his other animal forms. While he was a talented shapeshifter indeed, he still obeyed animal instincts.

Jaden jumped onto a window ledge- unaware that it was Richter's- and pawed at the outer latch. He was still in the form of a white cat, but this wasn't normal cat behavior. He'd listened to Zi's words at Richter and watched Richter's reaction, and decided to mess with the guards. If he could get inside, that was. The task was proving to be much more difficult than it needed to be. He finally got the window open and jumped inside, just missing the nightstand. He stared at Richter, surprised. He'd get over his shock in moments, but he realized those moments would probably get him captured, killed again, or something along those lines.
