Nope, I've returned from adulting stress, and now things are all good - so time to get back to writing. Glad I won't be doing so alone~

Hmm ... it's hard to choose if I want my guy or girl to be the baker ... if it's a guy, then he'd be kind of down to earth and more of the kind-hearted type. If we're talking stereotypes for anime/dramas, then your guy seems like he'd be the 'cold' one from what he likes ... let me know if I'm wrong though!! Otherwise, I'd be glad to make my guy the techy computer guy. There's two types with those - the jerk/I'm-so-smart one, and the goofy one. I'd just hate for us to be playing the same sort of personality for our characters - how do you see your guy's personality?

Which leads to my girl ... if she's the baker then she's the innocent, soft-spoken, kind-hearted type. If she's into computers, she's more tomboyish. Either way, neither are the 'queen bee/popularity queen' type. I don't play those well enough, but I could try if you think it'd be interesting. It'd be a fun challenge. :D

Hello, old friend! I'm back from the abyss ... and I finally feel ready to do a type of RP such as this one. If you've not started with anyone else, I'd love to take on two of these characters. I am drawn to the baking friend ... so unless you want that one, I'd claim him/her in a heartbeat. :D I also know enough about computers or space to feel comfortable doing either of those ...

If you're still open for this, do you have a preference for playing one male and one female or both of the same gender? I'm okay playing male although I'm female, so I'm up for anything.

I'm so glad you're gonna try Sungkyunkwan Scandal. It's fantastic. I mostly watched because I shipped a pair of guy friends so hard, and then they ended up winning 'best couple' at the awards that year - which was awkward for the actors apparently, but eh, it was fun. One of them handled it well, and now they're friends again in actor terms, so yay. (Their relationship wasn't canon -- according to not-fan-girls, anyway). I'm a fan of Soong Jun Ki, so I understand the celebrity crushes that can go along with watching the dramas. :D Jang Keun-suk actually stole the 'Flower/Pretty Boy' title from Soong Jun Ki while I was in S.Korea. So sad. :P

The only reason I continued Secret Garden is because I went to S.Korea when it was all the rage, and my students swore it got better. It really didn't - like I said, side-couples are the best. Haha. And the songs just kept getting stuck in my head. Well, the melodies - my Korean isn't that good. ^^;

If you find anything good, let me know. I've not watched any dramas since You're Beautiful because I'm a picky drama watcher. I did like ... something about Coffee ... It was cute. I googled it - Coffee Prince. If you haven't seen it, you should check it out. Man, this really makes me want Korean food again. Sigh~

I swear, not stalking you. I'm just strolling through the 1x1s to fill time. :P BUT! I loved that drama - one of a handful that I loved. You should check out, if you like historical pieces, Sungkyunkwan Scandal if you can find it and haven't seen it. It's FANTASTIC and not too terribly serious, but just right. Unlike Boys Before/Over Flowers - which made me very angry. I still get mad thinking about it and it's been years since I saw it. :P Secret Garden was okay, but still just weird as he stalked her until she gave him a change - I did like what I call the 'side' couple though.

This is a fabulous idea for a RP, but I'm trying to stay committed to one and then work my way up. I tend to be very busy outside of RPGuild, and days pass by before I notice it. I'm horrible. ^^;

Dragon Age

Oh man! I would LOVE to do this, but I can't. I'm actually shying away from DMing an actual DA campaign for the daunted-nature it seems to give me. It's so much lore - and I LOVE it, but my friends also are super into it and can ... be a bit overwhelming. BUT! I just came along to say "play the others - a little changes!' but now I see you're doing that. The Qunari are so interesting when the second game goes a little more into them and then the third just lets you be one! Very different from Sten, and I'm glad they fleshed that out. Personally, I loved the second one a lot - despite it's least amount of popularity. The third one though, mostly because my love of Cullen since the first game (even though he was a minor character - if you're a fem mage in the first game, he literally runs away from you if you find him in the hallway and talk to him too much. In the third game, it can be heartbreaking if you're a fem mage or just beautiful). My boyfriend says I'm obsessed, and I think I'm okay with that. Haha. Anyway, Dragon Age has so much to love and I'm glad to see someone is interested in doing an RP. Good luck! :)

@wolf pawsI agree with you on the 'sexy times' part making that the rating of 18+, but I actually don't want to get in trouble for teenagers wanting to roleplay beings that I'm over 18. I do mostly slice of life roleplays with romance, so it's all normal and stuff ... which means sexy times could happen. Basically, I'm blathering because I just wanted to let you know we're not all jerks who have one thing in mind when we post 18+. And, I was also guilty of not having it on there until I saw this post. ^^; Haha, so, thanks!
