If he hadn't seemingly snapped out of it when he did Janelle had been about ready to slap him across the face. Here she was, chasing after him with all of the bright lights and noise around her. Thankfully he seemed to snap out of it which made her life a bit easier now, "If you 'adn't snapped out o' it I would 'ave smacked you ahr sahmethin, and what exactly are those cookies ahr whatever anyway?" she asked as she started following along with the cat again now after him. Of course he was an idiot for wandering off by himself, but whatever.

The bright lights were starting to get to her though, and Janelle pulled the glasses off "It's way too bright in 'ere," she commented not long before they got to the person who was apparently offering them more of the cookies. Before she could say anything, Zeke already was saying they were fine before dragging her along back to where the others were. She really had no idea what fully was seemingly going on around here, so she wasn't sure what to say to anyone else.

"Wait Valhalla is real too? well dat's interestin to say de least," he couldn't help but say out loud. He wasn't exactly the one to really be interested in mythology, that was Janelle's thing, but he did know what Valhalla was, at least vaguely anyway. This was just proving that all mythologies around the world at this rate were real if it is just mentioned how now one of the areas of the Norse afterlife were real too. He knew that much, but that was about it. He vaguely knew what it was, but not exactly the whole deal with it.

Jason was kind of glad that the trip was seemingly over now, at least when it came to getting to the mountain and all. They still had a bit of a ways to go from here to reach their goal. So here was hoping that this would all hurry up so they could see about getting back to the east coast. He was sort of waiting now for Niah to take the lead a bit more on this, since she knew more about the area then he did, so after everyone was out of the cab, he just was waiting to see where they'd go from here.

Things were bad, things were very very very bad. She had no idea what to even think about what was going on. Though right now one thing was apparent from what happened right in front of them in general. Madalyne got caught by the monsters, and it didn't end well. Mary had been just about to go and help her when she had yelled at them to keep going and put up a shield to prevent them from going to help. The sound of Madalyne's neck snapping and seeing her body getting tossed off the bridge was not something she was easily going to forget.

Her attention shifted towards Andy though, since she very much was still a kid, and it made her wonder how this sort of thing would likely effect her or something. "Let's go, don't look back okay?" she said to her as they ran for the stairs. Well, they seemed to have left camp with three people, and were returning with three, just not the same three that had left since they now had Damon and were missing Madalyne. This was going so well for them really.

Well the golem seemed to be doing alright, at least with how she saw things. Everyone seemed to be kind of doing their own sort of things, and no one seemed to notice where she was at the moment, which meant that she was succeeding in what she was doing. That being sticking to the shadows and being a ninja. Zelda had the golem take another swing at someone, this time aiming for Arsene and hitting him and knocking him backwards from the force. So that worked out in the end really.

However, there then was the little voice popping up in her head, which wasn't her own, that much she knew. However the voice was saying the exact same thing that her brain sometimes told her. It wasn't helping her mental state really, however she very much could tell whose voice it was as they were now linked a bit. Zelda tried to mess with her emotions, but was having an issue from this distance. Well don't you think it's rude to intrude in the mind of others? she mentally said to Emily.

Things were going downhill a bit from the giant gust of wind that Jyoti had kicked up when she had fallen, and it had sent everyone sort of scattering and being knocked around. Including herself and Mr. Sparkles as they ended up getting knocked around and down. "It's okay Mr. Sparkles," she commented as he sounded distressed and she hopped off his back, holding her sword in her hand as she saw the two walking through the hole in the wall now, well this wasn't good.

Zari charged forward now as Diana managed to ensnare one of the two with her arrows, which made things fairly useful now for it. Racing over, she swung her sword using the blunt side to hit instead of to use it to slice through things, and attempted to knock them back. Her swing missed Rada, however on her sort of backswing, she managed to hit Svera, hitting her with it in the stomach, "Well was planning on trying to hit both of you in the head to knock you out, but oh well I guess?"

"Well guess we're going off places, who knows how this will turn out, I also still have no idea who Witchfire is or why we'd even want to go there since all I've heard is that Carolina's soul apparently is claimed by them or something like that. I don't know how all of that works out, so who really cares," Klara commented a little annoyed that it was taking the other two a while to even get on one of the horses, since she wanted to get moving already to start dealing with the list of problems that seemed to just be getting longer.

When Jack mentioned someone named Belasco, she just sort of shrugged a bit when that comment was made. "I don't know who that is, as for the whole time travel thing, honestly I'm fine with it. Makes things way more interesting that way overall. Especially since you run into people who you've either met or have yet to meet. I always thought that sort of thing was interesting, though typically that sort of thing is frowned upon cause you can screw everything up."

Zelda was trying to stay hidden and in the shadows a bit, since she wasn't exactly the most durable of combatants. Being a ninja was definitely her more sort of style when it came to fighting or anything. However her hopes that Salah would decide to try and figure out who had stabbed them didn't exactly work out too well as Salah had decided to go straight for the hostage that they were trying to keep from the heroes. That wasn't good. Of course, there was Percy now teleporting in the way, and the wall of fire that Danni threw up that almost caught Percy on fire or something. That was getting a bit ridiculous. However a thought crossed her mind when it came to ways to defend or fight this whole thing. And she decided to take some inspiration from Dungeons and Dragons with this one, since constructs and golems were always fun. Zelda held her hand out, pointing towards the area right next to Percy, and right by him there would be a bluish glow as what looked almost like blue glowing rocks started to form and morph together that kept growing bigger and bigger until the form was almost 8 feet tall.

She had decided to make a stone golem.

Once formed, the glowing blue form let out a loud roar, before it took a few steps forward and took a big swing, slamming it's arm into Salah and sending them flying off to the side. Zelda had a bit of a smile underneath her mask, since that worked out a bit better then she had fully expected to. However she was having a much easier time with this whole fight when it came to the fact that she was able to pretend to be someone else. That was always fun, to put on a mask and not have to be yourself.

Well this fight was going rather well in general for her, since the archer guy who was probably a bit of a nuisance at the very start was knocked out, so hooray for that. Vicki was yelling a few orders about something or whatever, but the thing was that Vicki needed to understand that they weren't exactly soldiers. This was starting to get a little ridiculous since she didn't seem to understand what actually made the most sense in the combat area. Well that and the fact that Vicki didn't get the strengths and weaknesses of everyone on the team or something. Since she kind of didn't seem to know what she was doing.

Then again, she didn't seem to have actual experience in combat or anything like that. Real situations were very different then this. Something she knew very well.

While Zari typically was the happy go lucky person, in a fight she was not someone you wanted to cross. Especially if someone hurt the people she cared about. Now though, she was focused on Jyoti, who was starting to summon up lightning, and she charged right at her, leading Mr. Sparkles to charge at her, with her sword still in her hand. Sure, probably not the smartest situation considering the fact that Jyoti could strike her with lightning, but she very much didn't care. She managed to hit Jyoti with her first attempt, but didn't knock her out of the air. "You know, I have an uncle whose a god of thunder, never really met him in person though, however definitely can say lightning doesn't overly worry me," she said rather happily, before with her second attack she managed to knock Jyoti out of the air, and they were starting to fall now. Zari contemplated heading back to the ground already, but decided to wait another minute, to see what Jyoti would do since if she took back off into the air, then she could do something, and if she chose to stay on the ground then she could just land. Of course she was prepared in the event Jyoti decided to throw lightning at her anyway, since she was a bit of an easy target with that.

Magneto thought for a moment with what it was that Guin was saying and asking of him. It took a moment for him to come to a decision on it though. "If that is what you wish, then so be it," he said to her, before he pulled his helmet off of his head, holding it under his arms, looking right at her. "If you must."

Well now Pietro was just insanely confused by the whole situation. Since he could guess what Guin had been expecting to have happen, and he was positive that that was not it. ...I've never seen him actually willing take that thing off... Why did he take it off? Pietro said mentally to her, clearly a bit weirded out.

Lance was kind of glad that Ed (wherever he was) seemingly had healed him and Guin at the least. Though sounded like he was unable to heal Jaclyn or anything, which made him just sort of look at her injuries a bit now. "Here, let me look," he said as he took one of her arms carefully to not irritate the injuries anymore and started looking at the burns on her arms. "Well, can't do much for the burns at the moment considering they aren't bleeding and don't have bandages or anything to potentially dampen that. Not even pain killers. However the fact that you feel them and that I'm guessing they hurt is actually a good thing. Means there isn't as much damage to the nerves so the burns are less severe, guessing second degree burns if I had to guess. You should be fine for a little while until Ed shows up to help heal this..." he said to her, trying to be a bit reassuring to her about it. Though the burns probably hurt like hell. His leg still did and he was hesitant to try and walk on it at the moment. Course he could shift but that might not exactly be the best of options right now.

Looking over towards Carolina when she made her comment, he nodded his head, "Well of course, anyone who comes here can come and go if they so choose, they don't have to stay here if they do not wish to."

Pietro was about to say something towards his father when there was a slight rumble of something coming down the hallway, and if everyone looked over that direction, they'd all see a lot of water coming down the hallway a bit further along, and no idea of where it was that it was coming from. Pietro was very much about to go start rushing people out of the hallway, when metal started going forward, eventually cutting off that part of the hallway past everyone (the group watching the camera can still see the group though) and there was the sound of water slamming into the metal wall, and a little bit of water started seeping through the cracks in the makeshift wall.

"Ok, well, first an explosion, now the place is flooding. Seems like this sort of place is cursed at this rate if you ask me."

"...Actually killing us directly might not have been the goal. Causing our powers to go haywire could do a lot more damage then that. Think about it Perry, when your powers went crazy it summoned up a bunch of ghosts that started attacking us. Now imagine if that power got caused on a larger scale, as in enough to summon hundreds of them. That wouldn't just necessarily get you killed, but probably would have gotten a lot more people killed all at once. That would be more concerning then just him burning us out and killing us that way..." Mary ended up saying, though she was very much a bit scattered brain at the moment.

Her mind was very much trying to argue with itself and actually try to come up with a reasonable plan as to what to do since it didn't seem lie getting out of the situation was going to be so simple. They had to deal with the sort of situation they were in. The others were currently dealing with Magneto, which was a good thing, well, she still wasn't entirely sure what the whole situation with that was. It was very confusing at points trying to piece together what was going on at the moment.

Then someone else just had to show up, great. As if what was going on in her head wasn't bad enough to deal with, there now was another person here.

"No, we're not here to jump on the Magneto bandwagon, actually trying to think of where best to avoid him at all costs, since you know, typically we aren't exactly on great terms with the guy. she commented, turning to look at Robert now. She wasn't exactly in the mood to overly be dealing with more people, or fighting actually at the moment. If she had to fight someone she's not exactly certain how it would end.

"Um, okay, so are you going to attack us for just being around like practically everyone else around here or not?" Flynn decided to ask Robert, before there was the sounds of yelling coming from the door and farther along down the hallway. Though the yelling cut off, before being replaced by another sound coming from the same direction.

It sounded like rushing water.

The ground rumbled underneath them and Flynn walked over to look outside into the hallway that they had come from. What he saw was not something he was super thrilled to see. There were more doors in the room but thankfully this seemed to be the only one that actually was open currently and he shut it and ensured it wasn't going to open any time soon. "Our lives aren't simple, we've got a problem," he said as the sound of water got a whole lot louder, and underneath the door there looked to be water seeping through. "The hallway might be underwater now. Or close to it."

"Wait what?" Mary asked as an alarm started going off on the computer, showing that there seemed to be damage or something in the corridor next to them. There was only a few other doors in the room, and looked like only one of the doors wasn't connected to that hall. The others were starting to have water seep through them into the room.

Really not overly wanting to do it considering the chaos in her brain, she started searching telepathically for anyone out in that hallway. She eventually found someone. Actually it was the person who they had encountered earlier who could control and create water. However they seemed to be freaking out a bit, trying to stop their powers from going out of control, but that seemed to be making the entire situation worse. "...It's one of the ones who attacked us earlier, Their powers are going haywire..." she said thinking for a moment, before looking at Robert and the computers again. "Alright, right now we all might get screwed with this, but considering our last encounter with them they seemed perfectly fine and in control of it, well. Which considering our current situation and encounters with people I'd say there is likely only one person who could have caused that. We know some about Cortez from the computers and our own interactions with him. Perry, see if there is anything else about Cortez in the computer aside from what we've already found out. We need to figure out the best way out of this room though. Mr. Linden, I'm Marygold Isley, current field leader of the X-Men, what do you know about a guy by the name of Fabian Cortez?"

Klara looked over at the horses outside, before following along after Carolina and Jack back outside to them, and she rolled her eyes slightly at Jack asking if they could understand him. "Of course they can understand you. All animals can understand people anyway, most just choose not or choose to ignore them. You just have to learn how to listen. Or have a spell so you can more easily talk to them," she said to him as she walked over to Mercymorn and Butter Rum, figuring that they'd likely have to ride them since the chariot was gone by now with all that had been going on.

"Hey Butter Rum, would you please kneel a bit for me so I can climb on?" she asked the horse with a smile, and the horse did so, allowing her to more easily climb onto the horse's back. "Thank you very much. But you two are right, we definitely need to get out of here, so let's get going if you know at least vaguely the place that Carolina described," she added, basically ignoring Jack's entire existence at this point now.

Rosalia Rider

"Yeah, well if we do our job correctly there won't be a need for it," she commented with a shrug as she followed along through the portal, not sure what she fully expected on the other side, but things were a bit more hectic then she expected as fire was already getting thrown around. This just made things a lot more interesting for them in general, but the distraction group going through the front definitely were living up to that title.

She wasn't entirely sure what direction they were going through in order to sneak into the castle, though she was expecting some resistance. They hadn't exactly left the castle very quietly last time, so Rosalia was expecting them to have done a whole bunch to maybe find how they had gotten in before. That would make the most sense really, but these people didn't exactly seem like they were the smartest people around, at least as far as things so far were concerned really. Though she did keep down in order to hopefully avoid anything since they needed to head on out already for infiltrating the castle.

Well, guess they were all heading out to see about getting this whole thing started. He followed along after the others through the portal, not saying anything but he did give Megan a slight smile when she had glanced over at him. They were going to be fighting an army with an army (sort of) of their own. Which meant that they were going to have a whole bunch of chaos erupting around them now. As he stepped through, he noticed the catapults that were there, and saw that Colby seemed to have the same sort of thinking as he did as he started throwing fire at the weapons.

"Might as well practice my aim now," he mused a bit, thinking, as he generated a fireball in his own hands. There were 5 catapults that he could see, so let's see how much damage he can do. Throwing his first fireball, it slammed into one of the catapults and lit it on fire, engulfing it in flames and destroying it as he started creating another one in his hands, before lobbing that one too. It hit another one and that one also went up in flames, getting destroyed.

She wasn't entirely sure what to expect when they entered the casino. The sounds hit her really quickly as she walked in petting the cat in her arms. Sunshine seemed like a fitting name even though she couldn't see the cat from what she gathered with the cat. Though she wasn't going to really acknowledge Zeke's presence on that entire thing. Ignoring him made her life a whole lot easier right now, especially since she was focusing on being able to tell what everything around her was like. Though she did instantly hear the voice that asked about if anyone wanted a cookie.

Then there was the sound of Nancy's voice and the sound of two people hitting the ground.

Stop Zeke? Wait did he do something stupid? She wasn't sure, as everyone else hadn't said much, but if Nancy asked for something like that, she wasn't going to stand by and do nothing. "I'm on it," she said instantly as she let Sunshine go down to the ground and pulled out a glasses case, slipping the lenses on. The first thing she noticed was how bright everything was. It took a moment for her to adjust to it, considering the fact that she was used to there just being darkness instead. The noise and sights around her was a bit dizzying and overwhelming, but she had something more important to do.

Janelle didn't even look to see anyone else, since she was likely not going to be able to easily pick out who was who of everyone, plus to them they'd all be able to tell that she seemed to actually be looking around at her surroundings, and she spotted Zeke's retreating back to the rest of the group. "Comb ahn Sunshine, let's go," she said as the cat took off after him, and she took off after the cat. Eventually she was able to catch up to Zeke and put a hand on his shoulder and spun him around to face her, and now she was looking at him directly in the eye, the cat nearby still.

"Zeke you just ded sahmethin dat you weren't suppahsed to and Nancy is right now really wahrried about you, so we need to get back to everyahne else alright? Ahr I'll put you to sleep and drag you back," she said directly to him, not sure what caused him to wander off or anything like that.

Facing giants. Sounded lovely really, and hearing about all of the things that had moved in since the fall of New Rome was totally a big reassurance as to what they were doing. They still didn't have any idea how close to their goal they were, or anything like that. All they knew was that they were almost to their destination, or at least part of it to actually accomplish anything. Things were seeming further and further away, though this did seem to explain why Persephone was there, to at least help somewhat with the giants.

Jason was still staying relatively quiet since Stella was more openly talking with Persephone, and Niah had a few questions of her own. As of right now, he didn't exactly have a lot to say or even questions of his own to ask. She had answered the main one he had, which was why she was there, so right now she didn't have anything else to say. He was starting to wonder just how far from their destination they were, but figured to not ask the age old question of "Are we there yet?".

Things were going wrong, very very wrong, and this wasn't going to end well. Everyone was getting tired, and they'd only be able to out run them for so long before the monsters would be able to easily catch up to them and then they'd all be dead. Madalyne was lagging behind a little, and the cry of pain caused her to glance back and see her turn it into dust, but what was more concerning was when Madalyne caught up to her and handed her a gem to give to Nancy and Niah if something happened to her.

Which meant to her that Madalyne was going to do something to result in her maybe not making it back.

Mary took if from her but shook her head slightly, "Well, you'll be able to give it to them yourself, but I'll hold onto it for you right now, okay?" she said to her, though she had a feeling not all of them were going to get out of here alive. She lead the way with the map after slipping the gem into her pocket, and they would enter a room with a large bridge across the gap, with steps at the other end that seemed to be the way out, "We're almost there, that looks to be the exit over there," she said, pointing towards the stairs.

Zelda Flynn

Location: Training Room A
Skills: Knife Throwing

She was not super thrilled with this whole thing really. Fighting each other didn't seem like the best of things (though the fact that their team was a bit dysfunctional didn't help their situation) so when others wanted superhero costumes for them to use, she happily jumped on it. Since it allowed her time to go race around and make things for everyone. Zelda's own costume was already made, her Sheik costume that she had worn during the auditions. Plus she had focused a bit on making Percy's at one point, so there was that.

When it came to the day of, she switched into her costume, and made sure that she had her sling of knives that she carried around to throw. The key thing was to go attack people where it wouldn't kill and would only seemingly result in an injury. Since that was not the sort of situation she wanted to find herself in. However in her costume, she was definitely a bit more confident in what she was doing. That was the thing, pretending to be someone else made her feel better. It made her feel like if she messed up then it wasn't necessarily her messing up, just the persona that she had adopted for the fight.

As the fighting began, the siren person's voice was a bit odd to her, but it didn't necessarily stop her from being able to do anything. Though the corny song that Dorian had decided to start up when he was clearly taking control of that girl was a bit weird to him. Her attention turned towards the light manipulator person, and she threw her first knife. Aiming a bit too high the person had managed to throw up a shield to defend against something that would have not been what she had been aiming for. Her next two shots were mixed, one the person had managed to dodge, though the other had managed to lodge itself in the upper shoulder stuck there. At least that was something for her to have accomplished to say the least.

Zarina Raynordattir

Location: Training Room B
Skills: Sword Fighting, Technopathy

Zari was super excited for this whole fighting thing. Sounded like a whole lot of fun in her mind, though she also didn't think having an actual team leader was a good idea. So for the most part she still kind of ignored Vicki's stuff for things. Not to mention she had decided to try to make comms for everyone. By herself. She does realize that Zari literally is great with any for of tech and electronics right? That literally is her entire thing, but nope, decided to do it all on her own. There was the issue of having to prevent herself from giggling a little bit at the fact that she had sort of failed in that mission.

Anyway when it came time to join up with her team, she had armored up in her own armor, her sword was at her side and a horn was hooked at her waist as well. She was wearing her Valkyrie helm as well, and so she was prepared for just about anything. Then as the battle begun, the lights decided to go out because of someone, and with Leah's wall she couldn't exactly see. Now that was annoying. Zari used her powers (or attempted to) to at least get it so that there was some light as one flickered back on overhead, but was weak. That was better then nothing she figured. After another moment of thinking though, she facepalmed as she realized how much of a moron she was.

"I am such an idiot, who needs lights when my sword is literally called Glowstick for a reason," she said with a bit of a laugh as she unsheathed her sword, and it began emanating with a bright bit of light. Sure, made her a bit of an easy target, but now she could at least see everything around her. Zari shook her head a bit at Victoria though, "You'll be fine, plus think the fact that we are in a bowl of sorts means let's attack the aerial ones first, since you know, arrows can hurt. Plus some of us can fly you know," she said, the first part of her sentence was a bit more firmly directed towards Victoria in more ways then one a bit.

Without so much as a second thought though, she unhooked her horn and blew on it very loudly, the sound echoing throughout the room as a portal opened up next to her, and out walked Mr. Sparkles the Pegasus. Hoping on board, she giggled a bit, "Mr. Sparkles, let's go!" she said happily as they took off into the air, her sword still glowing to light the way for her. It didn't take long for her to get up and find the bird guy, and with one swing, making sure to aim for using the hilt of her sword as opposed to fully the blade, and slammed it into him, resulting in the guy dropping like a fly and hitting the ground out cold.

"No, though I do know them. My grandfather is Odin the All-Father, grandmother is Frigga who also has begun teaching me some magic, well, learning from both her and my uncle Loki. Though sword play is a rather simple thing, not to mention I can use my other arm. People do have two arms you know. What's the whole point of having another arm if I can't use it to fight with my sword. I've been training with the weapon since I could hold one in my hand," she snapped at him, completely ignoring the whole fact that what Carolina was saying how they needed to help each other out.

As if to mock him a little bit, she reached down by her side and opened up the flask of water that she had there. Manipulating the water with her powers, a stream swirled around and started to glow as it wrapped around her broken arm. It took a little bit of her trying to cast the magic and to get it to work, but after a little while, the arm mended a bit. So it wasn't super broken, at least that it had been healing for a few weeks. The water swirled around in her hand again and went back into the flask at her side as she shut the lid. "Remind me why I should help him? Not to mention you aren't exactly one to talk," she said towards Carolina now, "By Asgardian standards, and I'm guessing Midgard standards I'm fairly young, so when against some really bad thing why would instead of choosing to do something to help and instead decided to just not do something when it had been made apparent to literally everyone that the Green Eyed One wasn't going to hurt you. So no, I'm not healing him. Plus you say everyone should work together when you didn't really do anything and then the other guy who was with us abandoned us completely." Yup, she was not in the mood to deal with everyone around her right now. The feeling and emptiness was a bit overwhelming at the moment, and she had no idea what to even seemingly do at the moment to fix it. So lashing out at people instead for having not actually been helpful was what she had settled on doing.
