@Sp00ki Exactly. Anything complicated doesn't work as intended half the time if not more because the site's bbcode is so, so underdeveloped.

As for Fate, I have no experience with the system. That being said, it feels needlessly tacked on here. If the goal is "narrative-first", then just keep the roleplay freeform.

I'm planning to have the first ic post be him waking up, but i need help with the zeroth post, witch'll be a random person's account of the bombs dropping before they die.
If you're going for a Fallout-esque type RP, just look to the opening of Fallout 4.
Unfortunately, role-playing didn't turn out to be my forte, so I've decided to delete this account... But I am having trouble doing so. Could someone assist please?
Account deletion is currently not possible at this point of time.
The only thing you can do is randomize everything (username, posts, password, etc.) as a "psuedo-deletion".
I would want to know more specifics about the world, but this seems like something I would enjoy
This tbh. I don't mind run-of-the-mill fantasy, but having at least a basic idea about the world and/or plot/arc of the RP is helpful in deciding whether I feel like joining or not.
