Learning the vocab of a new script can be a pain. At least BBCode syntax is simple.

Bio

I'm a generally chill gremlin that can be kinda particular. I grew up with plenty of electronics and video games, mostly with games like Final Fantasy, Zelda, and StarCraft. I like to blend magic and technology in my writing, bringing fantasy into space and sci-fi.

"Ooh, you're quick, aren't you." That enemy fighter had predicted her shot. Starla frowned as the first fighter ducked out of her shot, but she was at least able to swing her beam across the other two targets. It only phased their shields, causing them to react and glow briefly. Laser blasts fill the space around them, turrets aiming for clear targets, to minimize the chance of cross fire. The shields of the boarding pod were tough, but she wasn't aiming for it anyway. As the fighters closed in range, Starla began to struggle with the effect the Plasma Beam had on the turret's turn rate, finding herself unable to track the fighters well enough. She switched her weapon system to an Elzion chain blaster, the turret on the exterior switching circuits to power the separate weapon.

She would be best served to make their ace pilot flee, instead of trying to shoot him down. Two wingmen would probably be enough kills to make the remaining fighters feel the pressure. She focused on the fighter she actually hit with the plasma beam, aiming for his engines to try and disable its capabilities. She keeps half an eye on her radar readout, watching for allied Bokites that might need a hand.
Man, it's so great when customers don't bathe.
Oh, I just had one of my blasts of inspiration, but what I came up with would need a long-term RP. I'll PM you.
*rubs Fox's ears softly* o 3o
So. Lennon. How long term do you plan to have this RP?
Trinity Stratos and Nightshade Sylphium

It wasn't exactly easy keeping up with Kracko, but Lucius had tricks of his own for traveling quickly. The man seemingly jumped from invisible platforms in the air, following a distance behind the arc of electricity that was his guildmate. He just hoped he was far enough behind her that she couldn't detect him.

Trinity was trying to figure a way out of talking to this reporter when a jolt of lightning landed on the roof above, and then promptly bounced away. The minstrel grew weary, nudging Fleo with her shoulder. "That was transportation magic. The girl who let me go..." She glanced at Fleo, vaguely concerned, when she looked back up at where the magic had been. "What's she doing here?" The troubadour frowned softly to herself before she spotted Ariel moving through the streets?

"Fleo. Isn't... Ariel supposed to be back at the Guild? Because her magic would get all sorts of wacky with all this other magic flying around? Why is she here?" She thought for a moment, not liking it. "She probably needs to speak with Jamie, Jarvis, Penny, or Damian. Except for Penny, they've had a bad habit of being indisposed lately, I think I've noticed. And Penny's fighting right now." Trinity only had to consider it for a moment, before she saw it as an opportunity. "We did a bang-on job as a team last time, let's see if we can help her out." With a grin, Trinity went to leave, but caught sight of the reporter she was about to ditch. "Watch my fight, and talk to me after. Whenever they put me in..." She turned to Fleo, spinning as she trotted herself up to a conservative run. "Let's go."

As they left the reporter, Lucius passed overhead. He spotted Trinity, but he continued on, knowing that he should keep his watch on Kracko right now. A thousand enemies outside the house and all that. Though Trinity did not notice, Jasmine did. Her nose was telling her to follow the mysterious pair... and she always followed her nose.

@Lugubrious@t2wave
So, Crimson, what was the test like? How long was it?
Nero's always interesting.

I'll be working up something for you this evening, Lugu. I've been working up a post but just haven't been satisfied with it. Doing just a little too muh at once, have to ease the pace just... a bit.

I did make another post before, but I'm not sure how satisfied I was with it.
According to Newton's first law, something must move you. An object at rest is acted upon to be put into motion. What, then, acts upon you to give you thought to move your muscles? There are those that would say the soul is the motion, the energy, that sparks your mind to think, and in turn your body to move.
Yeah, those are definitely the marines.
