Lucian had to blink for a moment, even if it was hidden by his mask. Was...was Principal Lee being sarcast-...no, she would have the right to he figured. If anyone. Every day. Mmm. Better to not think about it any harder than he was doing so already. However, the younger hero did let out a small and very quiet 'tch' under his breath all the same before heading in with the others to meet the troublemakers. It wouldn't be too much of a trip to get there either, though they ended up being left there in a hurry as Principal Lee just up and bolted.
Sure the kids were in a bubble, but he wasn't taking chances either. Vibration Manipulation, Pyro-and-Electro-kinesis, and then the most worrisome gravity manipulation. A joy. Stray seemed to go about chatting to them first as well, though the older man's new protégé seemed to be a tad more naïve than he'd seemed in the first place. Lucian himself just stood back for a minute with crossed arms, leaning against a wall as he looked the kids over from the depths of his mask. Analysis of the targets, basically, was the name of the game. Keeping an eye in case things could, or would, go wrong.
Was a sense of deja-vu to him in some manner as he looked them over, though he couldn't help but smirk after a particular thought hit his mind. Maybe? Maybe. Either way was worth a shot. Thus as soon as Stray was done speaking, Lucian himself briefly piped up at the kids.
"Just gonna' ask too, but did you guys at least get somethin' 'good' before they grabbed ya' up? Or at least stuck a guy to the ceilin' or somethin'?" the younger man said casually, giving a small tilt of the head and a shrug before re-crossing his arms.
He wasn't acting, even if he was still keeping a careful and disciplined eye on them (and the smoke at the top of the bubble for that matter) from under his rather concealing mask. He frankly didn't give a crap what they did in response for the most part. He was just falling back into a bit of his old Brookside self for a second, really, wanting to curiously see if they at least made the stupid spree worth it. Then again it was just alcohol and smokes, and they'd maybe just smarm back or something.
Either way it 'maybe' got them to do something...and tested the idea he was trying to formulate. No offense to his old teacher of course. A little prod to see what they'd say or do at least, if anything.
Republic of the Capital Wasteland (effectively 'controlled' by the Lyons' Pride Brotherhood)

History
In the wake of defeating the Enclave at Adams Airforce Base, and destroying their crawler, the Lyons' Pride succeeded in achieving a great victory and salvaging and taking away a large amount of Enclave tech and weapons and power armor alike. It was perhaps one of the greatest successes of the East Coast Brotherhood at the time, but in the years following things would begin to inevitably change. With the death of Owen Lyons, his daughter Sarah Lyons was promoted to the rank of Elder as a result. However, she would soon be injured (rather than killed) in battle and forced to sit on the sidelines for several years due to her severe injuries. Yet as she recovered, this left a power vacuum in which a series of temporary and ineffectual 'Stand-In' Elders were appointed to keep the East Coast Brotherhood afloat in the interim. This led to the adolescent Arthur Maxson, whose feats at a strikingly young age (including killing a Deathclaw single-handedly at 13 and re-integrating the Brotherhood Outcasts at the age of 16) impressed many as he grew older, being appointed as the formal Elder as well as being appointed the supreme commander of the Brotherhood of Steel itself.
However, not all sat well with this rapid rise to power. The boy whose bloodline left him lauded like a 'chosen one' and raised like such, whose talents and seeming status as 'human perfection personified' was worshipped by some as a deity at that, went from a shy child talking to Liberty Prime in secret to a charismatic and incredibly fervent leader of the whole of the Brotherhood of Steel. It was peculiar, strange even, though not the strangest thing for the Wasteland. Yet one person did not seem to approve fully of what Arthur Maxson had become, even as she watched from the sidelines: Sarah Lyons. In her eyes, what had once been her promising ward was becoming an arrogant, stubborn zealot who embodied all the Brotherhood of Steel had been doing wrong before. He was the pinnacle of the "cult" of the Brotherhood, proclaiming to have learned from her father and herself in his ways but not showing it in action. Such was her conclusion. There was a good number among the former Lyons' Pride who also rather agreed with Sarah on this matter, having been changed by their time with the Lone Wanderer and citizens of the Capital Wasteland, and this led Sarah and similar like-minded dissidents in the Capital Wasteland to do things behind Maxson's back before he finally first took power as Elder and supreme commander of the Brotherhood of Steel. A new "Lyons' Pride Brotherhood" splinter faction rebelled against his authority at this point, and separated from the mainstream Brotherhood themselves. This naturally led to some literal "parting shots" and conflict as those who remained die-hard Maxon Loyalists were kicked out, either peacefully or forcefully, but mysteriously Maxson never commented on the matter beyond ordering his loyalists to withdraw in the end. Rumor has it that he did no more at the time due to what affection he had left for his old mentor at this point.
From here Sarah Lyons, fully recovered by now, learned from what she'd seen and done in the past as she took up leadership as the breakaway faction's new "Elder". Her hatred of what her former ward had become came with its own baggage, but now isolated and alone and damaged in numbers the need to secure a power base in the form of the Capital Wasteland was the most pressing matter. With the Lone Wanderer still by her side, Sarah took on only the best potential recruits from the Capital Wasteland in order to replenish her group's numbers. Over the course of the next four years, then, she commanded and led from the back lines as the Lyons' Pride Brotherhood became more active than it ever had underneath the guiding wing of her father. It was a necessity to keep themselves, as well as the Capital Wasteland and its citizens, secure and safe at this point. In fact, over the course of the next just over two decades the Capital Wasteland would be not only secured...but organized for the better, eventually coalescing to form the Republic of the Capital Wasteland that exists now (and effectively is controlled by the Lyons' Pride Brotherhood factions basically).
Pressing Issues
Rapid Growth Isn't All Good/Literally Myriad Internal Issues Lobbed Together Here - Despite most recently becoming more of an issue, the Capital Wasteland's improvements ranging from clean water to security to the spread of new greenery and gradual return of some animal life has led to a boom in population both internally and from immigration. The burgeoning Republic grows by the day, keeping the leadership and so forth occupied locally with keeping order and track of things and resources. The Capital Wasteland is likewise having to deal with more Raiders and rogue Super Mutants such threats trying to coming in from or attacking from the outside, as the new prosperity of the Capital Wasteland has become a very ripe and rich target for those with ill-intent. Likewise, if non-Lyons Brotherhood chapters learned about the Zetan mothership (which Sarah and her people have very much kept secret from outsider Brotherhood personnel), the chances of an attack or forceful expedition to try to take it and other Lyons Brotherhood resources and tech of value are most definitely there to boot.
This is not even mentioning the strain on resources as the Republic sorts it out and has to struggle with the rapid growth and allocation of things and so forth.
In this sense the rapid population growth is a blessing in ways...but also definitely a curse in others.
Synthetic Targets - Many synths in the Capital Wasteland know they are synths or have learned they are over the past years, including those who are their more scientifically-inclined brethren that work among the Capital Wasteland's scientists. Most of these efforts to find and identify synths have been done for purposes of protecting and attempting to 'vaccinate' synths against potential resets. Most of this work has been limited by constraints to the synths in higher positions, such as scientists and security who are most dangerous to lose, and research into this 'vaccination' is ongoing to try to one day create so many barriers and blockages to being reset it 'effectively' negates the problem of reset codes for good (whereas the current 'vaccine' only makes it much more difficult to initiate a reset). There likewise remains an undetermined amount of Synths among the general citizenry who remain unaware they are synths, having been mind-wiped by the Railroad and coming to the Capital Wasteland or immigrating there consequently over time. These remain highly vulnerable targets if Institute personnel come across the Capital Wasteland going to seek out and regain "assets" for their work. This also in enough of a sense paints the Capital Wasteland as a target in some sense for the Institute sooner or later at least. This also makes the Capital Wasteland a Brotherhood target for other non-Lyons Brotherhood groups. Especially when it comes to any outside Maxon loyalists that linger still to boot.
Atom's Grace...And The Fanatical Zealots Otherwise - The CoA within the Capital Wasteland are non-radical and non-fanatic, but the danger of fanatical and radical CoA beyond the Capital Wasteland inviting outside invasion exists. If someone comes in trying to get rid the CoA from the Capital Wasteland, which is a real and potential threat, it would most definitely invite trouble for the Capital Wasteland. Likewise the presence of Megaton being a 'holy site' means that fanatical and zealot exterior elements might be attracted to the Capital Wasteland as well. It is a very real threat indeed, one that has reared its head in minor ways over the years and has not become a major threat...at least not yet.
Other
Little Lamplight - Little Lamplight was lost to Super Mutant remnants, leading to the evacuation of the remaining children from there, before Vault 87 was ultimately secured for study and containment purposes.
Super Mutants - Fawkes, a super mutant and friend of the Lone Wanderer who had been kept alive by secrecy and subterfuge, was recruited into the Lyons' Pride Brotherhood to be trained and then used to recruit and organize willing and more intelligent remnants of the super mutants from the Capital Wasteland or that came into contact with it afterwards underneath a joint banner and disciplined lifestyle. An amount of fear or hate for super mutants exists still due to the old generation and some immigrants, but many others have also taken to this particular group of them well along the way.
Mothership Zeta - The humans living on the zetan mothership in orbit, whose Death Ray and such weapons became non-functional and impossible to repair over the prior years, were given food and support in return for allowing Sarah's Brotherhood to send scribes and some of the newly-recruited scientists from Rivet City to study and process the ship and its contents (the location of the beacon being highly secured and Lyons-Brotherhood-defended since then). This has led to some improvements and ability to build things in the production of robotics and weapons and armor/power armor for the Lyons Brotherhood thus far, at least, which has been a boon to them in the long-run. Not an OP boon, but a boon at least.
Rivet City - Rivet City came to flourish under Brotherhood authority in turn, even spreading onto land at this point, with the clean water and encouraged spread of Harold's Forest bringing in many new settlers and traders and so forth. Likewise this led to Sarah's people getting resources and use of the city's scientists in return for providing training to notably improve the city's guards and so forth. By now, Rivet City has been generally fully incorporated into the Republic of the Capital Wasteland as well.
Clean Water - The Purifier was maintained and kept safe in order to keep up the flow of clean, purified water...in fact transforming clean, pure water into one of the Capital Wasteland's largest exports by far.
Harold and Oasis - Harold would, with the occasional help of the Lone Wanderer who could come to visit him once in a while over the past 20 years in general, reformed the Treeminders into a more stable group of active assistants in spreading Bob's seeds and assisting the Capital Wasteland in rebuilding the destroyed natural world. Since then the flora and fauna of Bob have begun to be rapidly spread about to flourish, especially with the new source of clean water for the Capital Wasteland being available, and this not only has provided new resources but has begun to revive the land of the Capital Wasteland itself. Whilst Oasis' original borders remain the Treeminders' home and settlement, the very tree and plant life of the area itself has been expanding outward rapidly. It is estimated that in only a few generations, greenery will cover the majority of the devastated Capital Wasteland. The Lyons Brotherhood has encouraged this, as well as begun studying Bob's seeds and so forth, seeking to make Harold more comfortable alongside the Treeminders on the side in turn at the Lone Wanderer's behest.
The Pitt - (Undecided about the Pitt and possible interaction there, would have to discuss that with the Pitt player.)
Adams Air Force Base and the East Coast Brotherhood Remnants - The Presidential Metro has been secured on the end of the Capital Wasteland, but with the death of Maxson the Lyons Brotherhood has re-secured Adams Air Force Base and the now leaderless forces there who would join their banner. A useful power grab, considering the value of the base itself, though despite allowing those who did not want to join to peacefully leave some still did resist from among the zealots and still Maxson-loyal forces there. The victory over the latter came at some real cost, but the victory nonetheless that did help the Lyons Brotherhood recover a nice amount of proper Brotherhood soldiers and personnel and so forth in the process. Since then, some occasional, but not all, scant remnants of the East Coast Brotherhood otherwise have occasionally arrived and joined with the Lyons Brotherhood or passed on by the Capital Wasteland to head back west after refusing to join Sarah and her people. This has led to a lot more progress in the last decade alone, both in securing the Capital Wasteland but also improving it and keeping it safe and organizing it and so forth.
Immigration - Between the ongoing spread of Bob's seeds bringing in more greenery, and larger quantities of clean, purified water the Capital Wasteland possesses, notable immigration to the area as well as notable population and internal growth within it has led to a boom locally. More settlements and so forth have popped up more rapidly since, creating the need for a proper government of the area that by now has become a "Senate" composed of elected representatives from all over the Capital Wasteland. In this hierarchy, the leader of the Lyons Brotherhood remains the legal head of the military and also the legally de-facto "President" or "Dictator of the Senate" who takes on the executive and authority role in turn. This has kept things streamlined rather well in terms of rooting out corruption and keeping order, as well as managing and keeping the Capital Wasteland's people satiated in a general sense.
Synths - Synths are a distinct part of the population, after many made it to the Capital Wasteland from the Institute in the past through the efforts of the Railroad or their own means otherwise. They have provided some knowledge in the rather rare case of non-mind-wiped individuals making it there, the vast majority of whom are part of the Republic's expanded pool of scientists. They have become accepted as part of the population without any real major issues along the way, just like anyone else, though those aware of the Institute have been working on attempted barriers, blockages, and methods to try to invalidate the use of reset codes against them. This is all still undergoing, even, due to their own still-lingering fears of one day being approached and taken back by the Institute. Even with news of the Institute's destruction in the Commonwealth reaching the synths of the Capital Wasteland, there are many who don't frankly fully trust it. Such fears among synths have been lingering like a scar, or more so a throbbing, open wound, and beyond the unfortunately still-limited 'vaccine' efforts against potential resets there have been plans put in place in case of any Institute contact re-emerging.
CoA - The Lyons Brotherhood allowed the Children of Atom to stay in Megaton, especially given their non-fanatic nature and rejection of fanatical elements, but the bomb in Megaton was diffused in return. Naturally the CoA here have the protection of the Lyons Brotherhood and Republic like anyone else, being a moderate and peaceful group, but the danger of fanatical and radical CoA beyond the Capital Wasteland inviting outside invasion there to get rid of their presence is a potential thing. As they have been keeping moderate and peaceful in the Capital Wasteland, they've been allowed to stick around and even spread their more peaceful teachings. At least, all in return for the Lyons Brotherhood defusing the bomb in Megaton because of Burke's shenanigans getting to this splinter faction's ears and making them worry. In fact, the Republic and Lyons Brotherhood are supportive of them in keeping fanatical elements out after news and issues from outside the Capital Wasteland's borders with such elements have popped up their ugly head now and then.
Point Lookout - Nadine has kept the trade with Point Lookout maintained...albeit with about three more cobbled steamships and a few other smaller craft added by current times to increase trade. Resources like clean water are trade with the tribal there for Punga fruit and valuable artifacts and such, minus the macabre conditions that Tobar had agreed to far back (Tobar being very very dead by this point). She at this point runs the Duchess Gambit as the flagship of her mini-fleet of trade ships and newly-assigned guards tasked to them. Calling her venture the "Gambit Trading Company", she's meted out a good level of success with Lyons Brotherhood and eventually even Republic support.
Tenpenny Tower - The Lone Wanderer assisted in killing the ghouls in the tunnel near it that troubled Tenpenny Tower, seeing the danger there, but also refused to detonate the bomb in Megaton despite Mister Burke's offer. In fact, after informing Sarah Lyons about what Burke had tried to do in the past it brought attention to Tenpenny Tower very quickly when the Lyons' Pride Brotherhood was seeking to secure the Capital Wasteland post-breakaway from Maxson. It was a hot battle between the mercs and the Lyons' Pride Brotherhood, before the Brotherhood finally won and asserted control over the Tower itself. Burke was arrested and frankly executed, and whilst some residents left and Allistair Tenpenny himself died a few years later, the Tower has since been under management from Lyons' Brotherhood and Republic oriented managers. Three Dog and his successor since still do not like the place and talk down about it even now, and even much dislike the Lone Wanderer themselves for helping it and killing those ghouls two decades ago, but the influx of new settlers has seen the area around it grow into part of a larger settlement at least. Even the residents have changed out by now, the old ones either dying out or being a minority there, and the location does still rake in the caps locally at its stores.
Maxson - Was she a little sad at his death? Slightly, but the Maxson she knew died a long time ago. She literally danced in her office at hearing the current Maxson died in The Commonwealth to some locals. Don't speak too often about him around her, though, it does get Sarah Lyons rather cranky and easily irritated in the process.
The Pitt - The Lone Wanderer took the side of Ashur and his Raiders during their visit to The Pitt. Despite the plight of the beleaguered slaves at the hands of Ashur's Raiders, at the same time simply tossing Ashur aside and dooming The Pitt to utter anarchy was unacceptable in the Lone Wanderer's eyes. Loosing the Trogs on Uptown, dooming the chance at making a more serious cure, and handing over The Pitt to the revenge-bent Wernher (who cared far less for the slaves of The Pitt than his own agenda), were also not seen as favorable options by the Lone Wanderer.
With the emergence of the Lyons' Pride Brotherhood and their status at the head of the Republic of the Capital Wasteland since, and given the direct line and contact with the Lone Wanderer as well, The Pitt has by current times become a trading partner with the Capital Wasteland. Manufactured weapons and ammo, as well as maintenance parts for other things like power armor and other metal goods, have been traded for clean purified water (itself the Capital Wasteland's top export by current times). (This was discussed with the tentative Pitt player over Discord, so am recording this here in my app for that purpose.)
Vault 101 - Relations with Vault 101 are at a standstill...as in, they frankly don't exist even by this point outside of the Vault doing limited trade with nearby locals. The confrontation between the Lone Wanderer and the Overseer did not end well, with attempts to talk the power-mad man down going south before the Overseer was shot. Despite convincing Amata that it was the only way to fix things, all after Amata had called the Lone Wanderer back to the Vault for help in the first place, the Lone Wanderer was permanently kicked out regardless. The last words the Lone Wanderer ever heard from their childhood friend was: "I'm sorry. You're a hero... and you have to leave." After that, Vault 101 closed back up and remained secure, only allowing people out for limited excursions or otherwise to do limited trade for needed supplies. These effort were initially slowed, however, as Overseer Amata later discovered the evidence on her father's terminal of the Enclave's attempts at trying to gain entry into Vault 101.
When the Lyons' Pride Brotherhood moved to secure the Capital Wasteland after breaking off from the Maxson-led Brotherhood years later, Vault 101 refused to participate and locked the Vault door once more out of fear of attack. In the aftermath of securing the Capital Wasteland and keeping the Purifier running, as well as the Enclave's removal from the Capital Wasteland and Adams Air Force Base, Vault 101 found itself in a time of general peace and growing in population internally due to continuing limited trade with the outside allowing for such a thing to occur. Yet grudges and remaining tensions against the Lone Wanderer, held by the majority of the Vault Residents, has remained like a terrible scar. By current times such hate, stemming by now over two decades back to the actions of the Lone Wanderer and their father James, this Anti-Outsider Majority viewpoint has even been passed down and led to a snowball effect in turn. Even whilst others such as Susie Mack would be happy to see the Lone Wanderer still, and a minority Pro-Outsider Faction remains, the Vault ultimately (due to the majority) refused ties or connections to the new "Republic of the Capital Wasteland" and has cut down its already limited trade and contact with the outside.
Despite residents still being able to go on excursions if they desire, albeit these now being more limited than before, the population has become more divided and split than ever.
One one hand, the Pro-Outsider Faction has become increasingly excluded and mistreated by the Anti-Outsider Majority within Vault 101, and their beliefs have begun to shift to a more radical "toss the door open" approach as they engage more in hot debates and arguments...with increasingly physical confrontations with their opponents beginning to emerge. They are beginning to become more aggressive overall, ultimately, which threatens the Vault's balance worse than before as they become more of an issue with Vault Security. They have even begun to make threats at the Overseer more or less subtly to take their side. Only a few select people among this minority group, such as the older Susie Mack and her two children, refuse to engage in such aggressive behaviors. Likewise Overseer Amata's own beliefs trend more distinctly in this direction, despite her keeping said opinions private and hidden to maintain neutrality as the tensions have risen, and yet simply expelling this group would not only spell doom for trade but would also not be as easy as one might think. Even if it would be easy to get Vault Security on-board to remove them, the potential damage the members of the faction could do to the equipment and the Vault itself if pushed over the edge could doom it regardless.
On the other hand, the Anti-Outsider Majority Faction has been engaging in similar divisive behaviors when debating and arguing with their opponents. Yet where they are not being as physically aggressive with the opposition, as the Pro-Outsider faction is, they are instead exerting their majority to put exponentially greater pressure on Overseer Amata to cave to their demands. Chief among these is the banning of excursions by 'proper' Vault residents, aiming for the expulsion of the Pro-Outsider Faction as part of this, and the cutting-off of trade with the outside fully. Even when faced with solving the potential Vault 101 resource problem, the faction simply came to the conclusion that subjugating nearby locals to provide them a steady stream of supplies using Vault Security (who would be the only ones allowed in and out of the Vault). It doesn't help that all but a few among Vault Security, so few a person can count them on one hand, have sided with this faction more or less openly. To try to shut down this faction would invite the support of the Pro-Outsiders, including the very few Pro-Outsider Vault Security personnel, but would cause an uproar among the majority that would not end even remotely well.
The boiling tensions are barely kept in-check by Overseer Amata, who married and has had children of her own by this point, and as of the current year things seem to be teetering on the edge of chaos once more. To try to stop or shut down one faction would be to incite a riot or open rebellion that very seriously threatens to cause Vault 101 to lose everything in the aftermath but all the same the increasingly ineffective attempts by Overseer Amata to tread along a 'neutral' route can't go on forever either. Truthfully, only time will tell what will become of Vault 101.
Truth be told, the biggest and most valuable export of the Capital Wasteland by this point I feel would be purified water, as well as certain food goods since Harold's forest would be spreading out rather well (with some encouragement) over the last 10 years to help make the Capital Wasteland less crappy. Those combined would provide good resources to export for caps and good stuff...well, in theory in my head atm tonight at least. ^^;
My plan was to have had Sarah Lyons branch off with enough of her people when Maxon took control, basically leaving him with maybe a few parting shots between the two before securing the Capital Wasteland and taking the last 10 years to keep that power base better secured along with its resources. Works with the locals, protection for resources and assistance thing, maybe trained the guards at Rivet City, salvaged the Enclave stuff from Broken Steel (walker and orbital strike were blown to bits though, because that'd be too OP), probably expanded numbers because "screw Maxson and the mainstream brotherhood" and trades with or is actively studying the zetan mothership due to the Lone Wanderer's help but the ship's death ray and crap aren't functional anymore for non-OP-ness reasons. Etc.
Idk about the Pitt though, the Pitt player and I could figure out something for if the Lone Wanderer even got involved there in the first place. If the Lone Wanderer never got involved then I feel that gives the player of the Pitt more freedom in turn to do things over there maybe? Too tired atm to think more. XD
Just to present my concept, the general-ish and tentative one I'd like to try to gun for at least (depending on what is decided for how Fallout 3 ended up here), for the Capital Wasteland before work this evening at least:
My concept, at least, is that the Lyons' Pride basically kept their gained control over the Capital Wasteland, having split from the main Brotherhood of Steel by the time (and especially after) Maxon took control and initially reduced their numbers a good bit through recruitment and some in-fightning. By this time the Brotherhood Outcasts have either been killed or basically kicked out after rejoining the main Brotherhood body. The Purifier was activated and has been kept secured by a group of Lyons Brotherhood soldiers, as well as being staffed and maintained with the next generation of scientists from Rivet City after Madison Li left. The Enclave has been long ejected from the Capital Wasteland, their Crawler destroyed, and their equipment and gear left behind looted by the Lyons' Pride and kept under lock and key to avoid Maxon getting them as a matter of their existing grudge against the main body of the Brotherhood.
In the wake of splitting with the main body of the Brotherhood, the Lyons' Pride has become basically a pro-settler order keeper in the Capital Wasteland as they've regenerated their ranks and taken a different direction than the main Brotherhood. They've made it safer, reduced some threats, and basically gotten the area organized overall. Rivet City is thriving and has expanded a bit onto land since the time of the Lone Wanderer. Megaton is intact, but the Lyons' Pride took the bomb from there due to Rivet City needing more nuclear material for their reactor...which caused an internal war with the somewhat more radicalized Children of Atom, who would not agree with that action, that saw them driven out of the Capital Wasteland eventually. Frankly Liberty Prime is not present due to the events of Fallout 4. The ghouls threatening Tenpenny Hotel were wiped out by the Lone Wanderer, but Tenpenny did get forced to capitulate to Lyons' Pride authority after a conflict between their mercs and the encroaching authority of the Lyons' Pride. Three Dog is still running the station. Sarah Lyons leads the Lyons' Pride, and is very much pissed at Maxon and the rest of the mainstream Brotherhood.
Fawkes remains alive and has been taken into the ranks of the Lyons Pride due to the intervention of the Lone Wanderer, who could be alive, dead, or disappeared by this point, and proves to be an intelligent and helpful aide to the group within the Capital Wasteland. Raven Rock was naturally destroyed. Vault 87 has been for the most part successfully contained, though Little Lamplight's residents had to be evacuated and that settlement was lost (but the cave walled up in turn). The Duchess Gambit Steamboat continues to run, operated by Nadine who is keeping up a trade route with the non-hostile tribals and such there, and no contact with The Pitt is present at all.
