@Eviledd1984 Well... the only thing Saiyans are known for is conquering planets so I doubt any of them would frequent a random bar without also wrecking the planet it happens to be on. So you may want to limit Bururi's knowledge to him simply having heard stories from people who have managed to escape from planets being attacked.
@Double By the way, whether or not Bururi has heard of the Saiyans is completely up to you. They've got a reputation among several planets so stories about them spreading to other planets is not out of the realm of possibility. The only reason Earth is the exception is because Earth is described as being very backwater and on the Dragon Ball equivalent of the Outer Rim so that galactic scale events or the like still haven't actually reached it yet.
