Basically a group that's a mishmash of a mercenary company, knight-errant order, and monastic order. Basically, Norse paganism in the Americas is wildly different from European one first its all based mostly on fiction rather than writing stories or folk tales meaning you have more marvel inspiration and the USA's interpretation of things in this. How i display this well one of the major gods is the valkyrie and for evil gods, people slap Loki into it even thou if you look into things he is more a deity of the family another dumb thing in evil gods there is enchantress from marvel all you need to know is that European Norse paganism would be more akin to IRL revival paganism rather then ATE Norse paganism.

The first person that came to mind was John Henry, a steel driver said to be built like a brick house in some stories. I imagine someone as big as the Mountain from GoT in heavy armor, wearing an apron-tabbard, a helmet like one of those train plow grills and a giant sledge hammer maybe with a spike on one end. Just a random thought that might help get the inspiration wheels turning.
