@Guardian Angel Haruki I thought Bernie was the one who succeeded /the one I've been shooting at/ and Barney failed.

Edit: Sorry for double posting *facepalm*

It's ok. ^^"

EDIT: OMG! I DID roll for them! DX

You are right! I am so sorry!
Thank you for pointing that out!

I am so sorry for being a derp. DX
@ihinka As a result of Mirdas's Intimidation, Barney was in the middle of bringing Callie to Mirdas (as per the Palafin's command), before Bernie stopped him and put the sword to her throat. So both Barney and Bernie are holding her by an arm each.

EDIT: After Safira's Intimidation, Barney succeeded with an 11. So he has not backed away.
Sorry, I misread earlier. DX
@Cu Chulainn Do you mean Bernie, the Bandit Captain that Mirdas was chasing?
If so, He hasn't dropped his sword (he succeeded his Wisdom Saving Throw against Suggestion and Mirdas's Intimidation). It's up against Callie's throat.
@rush99999 OK! Time for Bernie to roll his Wisdom Save.

*rolls*

Ooh...Sorry, he rolled high.

Also the bandit gets an Attack of Opportunity against Jacoby. He rolled a 14 to hit, and deals 4 slashing damage.

And now we go back to the top of the round with @Cu Chulainn

Frisk could see that their flirt went unheard. However, when Mr. Bright turned to look at them, Frisk couldn't help but gasp silently at the fear they saw in the personified Moon's eyes. Memories of a nightmare came back to Frisk in the form of Monster Kid and Flowey looking at them wide-eyed fear.

"In my way..."
"Free EXP..."
"Please....don't kill me...!"

Frisk shook their head clearing their mind of the nightmares. Before Frisk could even say anything to calm things down, Mr. Shine laughed carelessly at Mr. Bright, and berated him, while making puns. The child leader easily caught onto the sentence regarding the Senior Bros. Did Mr. Shine...think that they were dead?

...Maybe there was a way to spare them after all? It's still worth a try, because it may be possible to save Mr. Bright. Mr. Shine however...

Soon the Lunar Blades were unleashed, and Frisk dodged, trusting that their friends would do the same. They kept an eye on the blades, trusting a gut feeling that told them that they would act as boomerangs. They warned their team, "Keep an eye on those blades!"

When the attack was done, Frisk called to Cloud and Banjo-Kazooie, "Cloud, Banjo, Kazooie! See if you can't keep Mr. Shine busy. Rain on his parade!" Frisk then told Alicia, "Alicia, cover me, but don't fire unless necessary,"

Frisk then looked to Mr. Bright and stepped forwards, showing no aggression, but still wary and ready to dodge in case the moon attacked. Frisk spoke to Mr. Bright, "Hey...Why do you listen to him? He hasn't been very warm with you..."

They then offered kindly, "It's okay if you don't want to fight us. We won't fault for that. You can go with the Senior Bros and go on vacation with them if you want! We just want to continue on our way,"

Frisk had hovered their SOUL over the MERCY and SPARE buttons. Hopefully, Mr. Shine would be too distracted to dissuade Mr. Bright from accepting the mercy.

Scrapmouse

Scrapmouse was generally bored by the small talk that Ava and the others participated in, but the magic items that Ava produced certainly caught her attention. An earstone of communication was good. An orb of mind reading? Damn, too bad she had a lot of stuff attuned to her already. And the deck of illu--wait, that wasn't a deck of illusions! That was a Deck of Many Things! Was that Lady Ava dumb or crazy?! Before she could warn the group, one of them decided to draw a card and he lost all of his items and clothes. The tinkerer gnome couldn't help but hold her stomach and point at him as she laughed and fell to the ground.

It was only after she calmed down that she warned the other heroes, "Guys, that ain't a Deck of Illusions. That's a Deck of Many Things! You'd have to be really desperate to draw from there! There's more cards that'll bring a Fate worse than Death than there are Good cards in there," She didn't know whether anyone heard her, but she continued to the library regardless.

The first hour was spent tinkering, if anything to keep her mind of the potential future of a Battle Royale. Her tinkering produced another little Firestarter. She lost the last one she had, and who knows? Maybe she can use it to make future explosives explode in the near future? Hehe.

The second and third hours were spent studying on Dragons and Giants, considering she was going to go there. Maybe she'll read up on the undead too, just in case? That'll be a topic for later. But regardless, she studied up and learned at least the basics. While she read and adjusted her goggles, Sparky laid nearby, acting like a normal cat, waiting patiently for its master to finish or move. Despite how crazy and twitchy Scrapmouse seemed on the outside, her quiet and diligent studying came to the surface. Sometimes muttering could be heard under her breath as she committed the important facts to memory.

Her head snapped upwards and she lifted her goggles up when Vincente poked his head in, and let everyone know that there was a feast. Sparky mimicked her reaction by lifting his head and gazing towards Vincent. The gnome cheered "Haha! Heck yeah! I'm starving!" Pass out on a free meal? Who would be crazy enough to do that? Besides she needed to share her findings and start planning a strategy.

She made her way to where the feast was and she grabbed her own plate of food. She listened carefully to what everyone else had to offer in regards to information. A circle of teleportation from the cleric, and the half-orc can ask his god for anything in regards to anything needing to be affirmed or denied. The bard clearly asked around, only to end up with little to no information.

After everyone seemed to finish sharing their information, she spoke up, her shrill voice showing excitement and eccentricity,

"Alright! I've got a lot of information to share wit' ya! I did some digging on Dragons and Giants in general. Can't go in assuming we know everythin' already! The information I found may be useful for any strategies! So, listen up!"

After taking another bite of bread and swallowing she continued,

"The Dragon is a white dragon, which means that it's a cold based dragon. Yesyesyes, I know. Obvious! OBVIOUS! But-But--! This is good! White dragons, see, are not very smart. Very bestial! But still dangerous, especially if it's an ancient. Unfortunately, there's no real weaknesses to exploit. They do not have a weakness to fire, no they do not!"

A gulp of water to wet her throat to keep the information coming,

"The Dragon is strongest in their lair, and they know it! It's a bad, bad, bad idea to fight them in their lair. WORST IDEA EVER! ...But probably unavoidable. Trying to lure the dragon out might not work! But if we have to fight in the lair, we can use fire to melt stuff in there, and lessen the dragon's strength,"

Another gulp of water,

"Now giants...There are many different kinds! But despite their differences, they see each other as kin. They have their own caste system called the Ordning! Each giant has a social rank and knows who is superior or inferior to it. The place in the Ordning is determined by analyzing a different combination of skills or qualities. Excelling in these skills or qualities is the purpose of a giant's life. The races of giants follow this system. The highest at the Caste are the Storm Giants. Then there's the Cloud giants, Fire giants, Frost Giants, Stone Giants, Hill Giants, and then the giant kin like...ogres, fomorians, and ettins. If a giant were to disrespect or betray a giant of another type, is just considered rude, not evil."

Downed the entire goblet of water,

"So, in conclusion..."

She raised her fingers and counted as she spoke,

"One: We may be dealing with Storm Giants if they've somehow got an Ancient White Dragon to join forces with them.
Two: Best way to beat the dragon is to lure it out of the lair, but...it's not dumb enough to be simply lured out.
Three: Can't turn the giants against each other.
And Four...!
"

She paused and then commented

"We're in for one heckuva fight! We need to get a strategy started!"

She then mumbled to herself "I wonder if there are any previous accounts of dragons and giants working together...?"
@rush99999 Jacoby would know that as long as the spell doesn’t make the bandit do a harmful act, it should work, but it also depends on their Wisdom (AKA how they do on their Wisdom Saving Throw).
Telling him to release the girl should work as it doesn’t really hurt him.
@rush99999 You can certainly try. ;) (Always wanted to say that)
@rush99999 41 damage
@rush99999 Yes he is.
