Cascade

Cascade was even more baffled as Gorgash spoke and the rest of the party reacted to his words. Thankfully, Flicker took the opportunity to explain the context of the discussion. She gave a quiet "Ohhhh! Got it. Mahalo," to Flicker in response to his words, before she gave a glower towards Gorgash mirroring the rest of the party.

That glower quickly disappeared and gave way for another look of confusion and surprise at the sight of the child entering the tavern, eliciting fearful reactions from the rest of the patrons. She hears Gorgash and the rest of the party react to the child and agree to not give up their seats. She answers the party in confusion and concern, "...He's a keiki. A keiki! I don't understand..."

She then realizes something and she asks, "...Where's his Ohana?" She then looks over to the kid to see if she could discern if his attitude, bluster, and equipment is hiding a scared little kid, or if he really is a 'bad seed'.

As an update for everyone here, next month I am getting married and honeymooning in Japan. Therefor for ~2-3 weeks I'll be substantially less present and in a different time zone.

Stargaze

Stargaze watches as Heliotrope checks Kyte over and asks them questions about themselves. At first she started with an "Ummmm..." as she thought over Heliotrope's questions. After a bit of thinking, she answers Heliotrope, recounting the event, her eyes gazed upwards as though watching or reading her own memories play by play,

"I didn't call on a specific moon. When I saw Kyte's wound, I wondered if there was anything I could do to help. I remembered Fellwing made flowers blossom with the magic of the moons, and from there I got the idea to try using the moon magic to heal Kyte's wing. So, I touched the wing where the wound is, and called the moons. I had no idea what I was doing, but I just wanted to help Kyte, even if it meant I got that darkness instead. I felt the Spirit Moon help heal them,"

After recounting her thoughts during the event, she looked back to Heliotrope to see what her reaction or her diagnosis might be.

Stargaze

Stargaze had been very quiet as she followed the clutch and larger dragons to Heliotrope. She had learned from her time here to stay quiet if she didn't want unwanted attention. When they got to their destination she watched curiously as everyone spoke and actions were taken. There was so much happening, Stargaze wasn't even sure what to react to first, even if she did want to speak up. When asked about their conditions, she simply chimed in with a cheerful, "I'm okay!"

She listened to Heliotrope as she answered Fellwing's question and talked about her profession...and the possible side effects of using moon magic to heal someone. Upon hearing that, Stargaze's smile fell into a wide-eyed look of surprise. She couldn't help but ask, "That can happen?!"

She turned her attention to Kyte and she give a sheepish smile of her own, and she quickly apologized, "Uh...I'm sorry!"

Realizing that her apology might confuse some of the dragons here, she sheepishly explained and asked Heliotrope, "Umm...I used Moon Magic to heal Kyte's wing. Can you...see if there are any side effects?"

I've been busy on my end. ^^" Plus I imagine that Stargaze probably fell back into a habit of staying quiet when she's here so as to not bring unwanted attention to herself.

But now...I have a perfect reaction in mind. XD

Cascade

Upon realizing who Gruumsh is, what his tenets are, and the general knowledge about him in Religion through her connection to Deep Sashelas, she is slightly less joyful. But she does try to keep an upbeat attitude to keep up morale.

...Perhaps Gorgash isn't so bad and maybe he's actually a good guy? One could only hope, and if he does try to hurt anyone, then she'd be ready to defend...

She listened to the story Gorgash gave. At first she was about to give applause, but she stopped herself upon noticing that her new allies' attitudes seem to take a turn for the worse, and Gorgash's friendly grin turned into a knowing one. Even Jormund was ignoring his own alcohol! Her watery hair starts to splash upwards as though her own hackles were being raised.

A quick of glance of her eyes landed on the lone orc and Deep Sashelas's knowledge flooded through her mind. He was an ex worshipper of Gruumsh if the omen is true. If Gorgash was a true worshipper, then giving away the lone orc's identity might not be a good idea. Deciding to protect the orc and not say anything, she directs her attention back to Gorgash and the party.

She starts to speak, keeping the conversation on the party and Gorgash, "Not for me, Brah, no. ....I'm a little confused, what's going on?" Her hand starts to go for the holy symbol in her wariness, as though she was quietly asking Deep Sashelas for guidance and protection.

Also, I love that Gorgash has name-dropped Ms Midnight and everyone in the party is like "D:"... meanwhile Cascade is probably sitting there like "Huh, what's happening? Why does everyone look so hostile?"

Cascade

During the trip to Zephyr, Cascade would often talk about her home to try and brief the party what to expect when they get there. But at some point, that discussion would devolve into Cascade telling silly stories that took place in Zephyr and telling the rest of the party of the various fond memories she has there. Gorgash's appearance was unexpected but not unwelcome from Cascade. She helped explain the situation at Zephyr and she raised an eyebrow at his smile and eagerness to join in.

Now that she thought about it...who was Gruumsh?

Religion Roll

...No freaking way. Cascade got a Natural 20 for 19. XD

Soon the party reached the Manticore's Tale and she was surprised to see that they were escorted to the best seats in the house. When Gorgash said that he was paying for everything, she gave a loud cheer in happiness,

"YEEEEAAAAAHHHH!"

She then answers after Jormund, Flicker, and Aura all ordered, "I'll have the same for food! I'll have an Ale too!"

After Aura asks about Gorgash's story, she pipes in, "Ooh! I'd like to hear too!"
