The eldest Niijima child, Takuya has taken the most advantage of his situation. He drips excellence from head to toe, dressed in designer clothes. Takuya knows how easy he has it, and has no problem admitting he is where he is because of his parents’s success, not his own. That is because Takuya knows he will be successful on his own, with or without the help of his parents. Of his siblings, Takuya is undoubtedly the leader.

Around the school halls, Takuya has a few rumors that swirl around what he’s like. He doesn’t deny or correct them, instead he just smirks when they’re brought up. He’s a popular rich kid, and he’s happy with that being what he is. Takuya is a calm, cool individual with a certain ‘air’ around him, of confidence and ego. He’s the token bad boy, moreso than his brother.

In fact, Takuya is the only person that Takashi won’t fight. Only because Takuya has beaten him down so often.

As a middle sibling, Takashi has been invisible most of his life, despite his best efforts otherwise. Growing up in the rather large Niijima family, Takashi has never had a chance to stand on his own — between the older brother, the perfectionist sister, and the baby… Takashi was often forgotten. In a never ending fight to get attention from his parents, Takashi has lashed out in ways including getting his ears pierced, picking fights, and stealing his dad’s car.

The type of person to find a solution to any problem by punching it hard, Takashi is also the loudest of his siblings. No matter how many swears he slips in, and no matter how many times it yells, he never seems to be in the spotlight. It’ll never stop him from trying, and to this day, Takashi finds more fights than someone in the boxing circuit. He wins most of them except for when those bastards rush him two on one and sometimes, even then.

Maybe, if his mama had given him more love growing up, he wouldn’t be this way. But her hands were full, and Takashi gets it, or so he says.

Joey is a drifter, even at the age of 17

He wanders around town with his skateboard and his Go Pro, and he hits ‘sick lines,’ of which there are many. The only times he can consistently be found is during fourth period shop, which is his favorite class — where else can he make sweet wooden boxes, and weird metal horseshoe sculptures? — and at work during the summer (he’s a ride op at King’s Island), otherwise, it’s up in the air.

Joey is easy to please — although that might be the weed — and it doesn’t make much to make him smile. He likes to eat, skate, and hang out with his ‘friends,’ of which there are many, although he doesn’t have a best friend (maybe someday!). Being a happy guy who has extra weed, and carries munchies in his backpack, it isn’t hard for him to float from friend group to friend group.

Joey P has a small social media presence (find him @JoeyP), where he posts videos of himself skating, or snowboarding depending on the season. At first, they were monetized and Joey made a few bucks here and there, but over time they all got slowly de-monetized, partly because YouTube sucks dick, partly because Joey uses copyrighted music in his montages without a single fuck to give.

In the future, Joey hopes to join a real team so he can skate and get paid for it, although he does recognize that’s unlikely at best, and he’ll probably be forever drifting around Columbus and getting stoned.

All in all? It’s not a bad life either way.

Arthur works hard, and has always worked hard. The captaining quarterback of the Rosefell High football team, Arthur calls himself and the other teammates he’s close with the ‘Knights of the Round Table,’ where he’s the resident King Arthur. At school, he’s popular, bright, and happy. Always inviting and approachable, Arthur works hard to avoid and distance himself from the usual stereotype of the popular kid, who’s snobby and ‘above’ their peers. Artie just wants everyone to be happy.

Outside of school, Arthur has a rough relationship with his father, step-mother, and his birth mother. His dad and mother both expect him to be the perfect golden child, and Arthur pulls it off. Influenced by his parents, Arthur has developed into a bit of a perfectionist. When growing up, the best was never good enough for his parents, and now the best isn’t good enough for him. Arthur keeps straight A’s, and works with his team to drag their shitty little school to a full trophy case, takes care of his siblings (his parents sure as fuck don’t do it), and has a part time job.

Arthur’s ‘rough relationship’ with his military veteran father has escalated into an altercation before, though Arthur seems to get over it faster than most would. He doesn’t blame his father for the way he is, and knows he’s under a lot of stress, and Arthur does his best to tank most of his dad’s bad moods.

Arthur refuses to speak to his birth mother, who unironically and with no regard for his younger siblings favors Arthur to an extreme degree. She expects him to be the successful child, and she expects him to bring her along with the success. Arthur has no intention to do so.

With his step mom? The most simple explanation of the bunch: Arthur doesn’t think she should be fucking someone damn near old enough to be her dad.

With his younger siblings, Arthur does his best to support them in any way he can. His younger brother, Lancelot, has run away from home more than once, and Arthur is always the one to bring him back. Arthur babysits his youngest brother, Tristan, once a week when his step-mom and dad go out for a date night. With Morgana… Well, Arthur does his best — she isn’t as easy as the other two, but he gives her the support she needs.

Most of the pressure they feel is his fault, anyway.

Unlike his siblings, Arthur is seemingly in love with the feeling of pressure, and it’s just a matter of time before he cracks.

All he really wants is a nap.

Born in America to a French American mother and an American Father who passed away in a car accident that left Cynthia physically and emotionally scarred, a mess of scar tissue on her back that she obsessively hides from the world. Her older brother Jeremiah, took an immediate liking to her. Spending most of her life under the terrifying religious gaze of her parents, and the somehow more terrifying protective reach of her older brother, Cynthia took on a very conservative appearance and developed a concerning fear of filth, her own body and her own thoughts that were deemed "unholy" by her parents. Along with her brother, Cynthia was able to move overseas for schooling, leading to a deafening symphony of ideas and possibilities that both excited the girl and scared her.

It's color is very pale, almost platinum, and if grown out, you'd notice it'd have very little "oomph" to it.
𝐁𝐔𝐈𝐋𝐃 ••Very small and petite, Pia was never known for having the most head-turning figure. She's always been tiny, especially her hands. She's a round, baby-like face and round eyes, which makes her look a bit more similar to that of a child, a feature she's always disliked. She has a large, quirky smile, if not a tad crooked, that's always had a way of melting hearts (or so she's heard).

Born and raised in Sweden, Pia was an only child all of her life. Her mother left her family when she was only six to unknown reasons as of now, though Pia's always wanted to ask why, but she's been too afraid to do so. She and her dad are basically two peas in a pod, both having the same kind of spacy but friendly dispositions. They've always been really close as the loss of a wife and mother took a heavy toll on the both of them.
They moved around five years ago, and it's certainly taken some time for Pia to get used to her new surroundings, but she can't say that she doesn't like it. Now she attends Meadow Ridge, a bit unhappy that she doesn't get to see her dad as often, but overall, she likes everything else about it.

Søren didn’t know what Charlotte thought she was doing, when she called dibs clearly after he had called dibs. She was too busy trying to take a jab at him for saying he could beat a hulk in a fight — which he could, easily — to call dibs in a timely manner. That wasn’t on him, that was on herself. Scoffing, Søren turned to look at her and shake his head, “Actually, sister, I think you’ll find that you were a little slower.” Søren said, waving his finger at her, before taking the same hand and running it through his hair. “Once again, your older brother has emerged victorious. I believe that makes it… what, Søren 75, Charlotte 21?” He was, of course, mostly making those numbers up.

Søren then turned his attention to the other two people in the room, particularly the one with the cute short hair. “The outcome is fortunate for those of us affected.” Søren said with a winning, charming smile, and he was prepared to take his prize, but not before looking back at Charlotte with the smile losing its charm and morphing instead into a shit eating smirk that was his way of reminding her that he was, in fact, the winner.

Before Søren could close the gap, though, and meet the hot girl, something unexpected happened. Someone appeared from thin air, directly above him. Acting with the quick reactions, Søren threw his arms out and caught the person who was falling. Looking down at the attractive, somewhat scantily clad, somewhat exotic looking woman in his arms, Søren was forced to make a decision.
