Sure. Why not? Its been a while since I joined a 40k themed RP.

I'll be getting round to the IC thread probably today or tomorrow, so if there's anyone else interested then make yourself known!

Again I'll say that I'm looking for this RP to abide by Advanced standards, as well as going for an extended period of time - or as long as I can keep it going.

Advanced Standards

Advanced RP focuses on longer posts, often with in-depth plots, character development and extensive settings/lore. Must make a dedicated effort to minimize typographical errors and to use good grammar. Generally two paragraphs, but usually longer.

Looking forward to getting into this, hope everyone else is too.

Gutsnaga sometimes forgot that Blastikk was not one of his Blood Axes, the lack of discipline and open disdain of Mork's kunnin' warfare a clear sign of that, but actually a member of the Bad Moons Klan; it was moments like this, when the Bombah decided to somewhat challenge him that it came back into more focus that looking at his methods of warfare and overall need to blow things up.

The Mad Boss seemed to give some form of bodily shudder as he let off another solid-round from his slugga, his dark green hide seeming to shift itself before he turned his deep-set eyes on the Ork standing out in the open next to him.

"Yoo wan' the tanks an 'ard boyz, Bomma?" He said with a snort, squinting at the Tankbusta even as a deep groove was cut through his shoulders skin by a stray lasbeam, "I tell you wot then, 'ows about you go over there an tell 'em?"

Time seemd to stand still between the two, the small things becoming even morew pronounced between them - the slight twitch of Gutsnaga's finger on his trigger, the way he angled his body toward that of Kargut, the fire of barely controlled rage visible in his pig like eyes.

"Or... was there sumfin' else you wanted?"

You've all been part of my most recent Trader escapades, so if you'd like to get in on this pre-emptively - maybe even use the same characters - I'd be more than happy with that.

Hot on the coat tails of Greedfall and the Hunter & the Beast DLC, bought to you by my GW-obsessed self, comes Warhammer 40,000: Colonialism!

I joke of course... partially.

This will be a dedicated attempt to get an adventure done-and-dusted with a group of writers while sticking to the 'Advanced' setting (see most of the Elder Scrolls RPs in this section for further details.)

Originally I was going to set this in the WHF world, but then decided 40k was simply more open and with more opportunities for both myself and the writers participating.

And so Horatio Drake sails once more aboard his majestic peice of junk The Golden Aquila into the wide and unknown regions of the now 42nd millennium.

Therefore I'm seeking once more a crew of individuals, from Martians to low-down crooks, to form the 'away team' of the Aquila.

I can promise two things...

First, adventure and swashling buckles aplenty.

Secondly, if the writers keep engaged then I shall certainly keep engaged.

If anyone thinks they'd be interested in adventures through the stars, maybe an idea of what character they'd intend to portray, then please feel free to say so.
