The room seemed bare. It was a bedroom, and there were a few personal objects like a box of tools. Andy had no desire to dig through their items, but the room was currently empty. She was blissfully alone again. Andy enjoyed being alone. She sat down on the floor and leaned against the wall watching the door.

She drank the cold monster that Echo had given her and started munching on the food. She remembered the half-eaten muffin in her pocket. Andy had a little picnic from the snacks that Echo had gotten and the last of the muffin.

While she enjoyed the picnic, Andy considered what to do next. Veil had offered her a bed, a place here. Was that a permanent offer? Was this a place she wanted to be? Were these people she wanted to be around? It seemed like in general that they were good people, trying to do the right thing. They had been fighting the purifiers initially, and Andy knew precisely where her feelings on those people were. She hated them. Despised them deeply. Andy sighed; she wasn't sure still if she wanted to be here or not.

Dalisy didn't keep the surprise from her face when Runa's Father was revealed. Her jaw dropped and she looked at Arnora. In all the time that Dalisy had been here, she had never seen a child of Baldur, but she knew the rune. Everyone did. It was a sign of the end times. She looked at Elizabeth, she snapped her mouth shut and then said, "Well seems your vision will be taken seriously now."

She looked at the Norns. Dalisy had her own opinion about Ragnorok. She knew it couldn't be stopped forever. That it was inevitable. And because of that, she had a fatalistic look at it. Valhalla had collected a bunch of warriors who had died, who had failed to live through a fight. They were all doomed to fail again. It was dumb to her. Why get failed warriors? It was asking to fail more. They should have been collecting warriors that died in their old age after surviving a bunch of fights instead of ones who had died.

Dalisy sighed. "Guess we finally have to deal with the end of the world. Goodie." There was a hint of sarcasm.

Ed Penior

Location: Xavier's Mansion - The Danger Room
Skills: Thamaturgy: Shield

Beth took the dice, which was a little relieving to Ed. He didn't know if wanted to be the one to hold them any longer. She also shadow traveled with the board, Iris and Mary. That probably wasn't a great pair to bring with her, but it was the next two pairs who needed to roll. If the rest of the group could get to the hanger they'd be away from these dang spiders. Ed remembered vaguely in the movie the group ended up split up and all around town. They could not afford either of those for very long. It worried him that they would end up split up all over the place. It didn't help with Carolina and Elizabeth gone into the game. What would happen if their turn came up and they weren't here to roll? They had three chances to try to get them out before it came to that point.

Ed's magic was failing him. He couldn't heal himself even. He had sensed the weakness before and now it seemed even more likely. So healing was out of the question, at least for now, which wasn't great. Ed knew he was the only one able to heal people in the group. He also knew it wasn't his strength. It had been his sister's and she could have easily healed any of the injuries sustained so far without breaking a sweat. What he was good at though was creating shields.

His thaumaturgy magic was strong. And he had already proven he could play around with his shield. The force spell he had was meant to control a field not do any real damage. He hadn't been trained to hurt and kill. Mostly because growing up his family expected to fight people and they didn't believe in killing people.

Giant spiders, however, he was fine with killing. Taking his work with getting the dice a step farther he created a shield bubble around a few groups of spiders and then shrank it till they were crushed. Ten spiders down. He did it again. Fourteen more spiders down. That was twenty-four more spiders taken care of. Ed took a deep breath.

Luke was still pretty confused about what was going on as well. Near as he could tell the tall being had been asked to be murdered. He looked to Cal and shrugged slightly at her questions. "She got some device from this person and wandered off following a map. Someone should let Ryanor know she isn't dead. I think he's going to have an aneurysm."

Tessa volunteered and went back down into the pipe. Luke considered following her, or even Zarina. But Noah and the strange being were talking to each other. Now that the being was no longer pinned they stood up. Their height was a little disconcerting and it made the stairs make a bit more sense. The ladder had been built of someone much taller than any of them. And since they were so thin and stretched out the pipes weren't claustrophobically small for them.

"I can make it look like you slipped, but with the device missing they might suspect we are behind it even still." Noah said. The being nodded and turned to Vinnie to answer her questions.

"It is part of my programming." They looked a little uncomfortable saying that. "When I was flesh and bone I had never heard of humans. But I was stolen from my planet like you all were. When I awoke I had no memory of who I was. I with several others of my people were put through some tests. They all died. When the Vendri were done they took my essence and put it in this body. I had use to Them. If they find you are useless you will die as my people all have."

Luke winced. They hadn't been joking when they said they saw their past in the group's future.

"Please, grant me this mercy and I pray for you all to find mercy in the future."

Sector Two Group Containment - Galley

A heated argument was being had in the Galley. One of their numbers had been discovered to be a robot. They were awake and alive but had cut their hand when they dropped a ceramic cup and gone to pick it up. Paranoia was rampant. One of the men was waving a knife at the young woman turned robot.

Sector One Group Containment - Pipes

Raynor was alone. Tessa started to climb down the pipe and found Raynor at the base of the ladder. There was just enough room to maneuver around so they were half-crouched half-kneeling near the ladder. "Situation is under control. Turns out the being Zarina ran into is just a technician. Their name is Y96-2 or something like that. They straight up asked for us to throw them to their death off the catwalk. Zari took off again though. Following a map on the device, she got from Y96. I'd say join everyone in the main area in the water processing area. It gets us out of here. I'll let Gordon know." Tessa said and crawled toward the atrium.
This is open again for new applications as the first group has discovered the second group. There are nine spots available.

"That was really stupid Cass! You could have broken...everything." Had the woman wiped her reasoning? Niah shook her head. Agent 13 was fighting with one of the younger people in the group. Niah, even knowing that these were Skrulls, preferred a non-lethal method. Also, she figured if this kid could control metal it would be dumb to try to hit him with bullets. She shot at the younger son missing every shot, but at least none of them hit any friendlies.

She was concerned though. Was Flynn a Skrull too? Had she embarrassed herself for no reason? That pissed her off a bit. How long had he been one? Or what appeared to be an LMD. Had she had that 'heart-to-heart' with not-Flynn. What the hell? The fight in the hall was tense, but it seemed like the tide was turning to their side. With Cass having knocked out tornado dude, and Kwassi had shot Flynn with something. Niah didn't know what it was though, she hoped it was just an ICER or something similar.

On the plus side, Bonnie might be less heartbroken now that Flynn was an imposter and not her boyfriend. It had to be at least a little relieving for her. Niah didn't know why, but it kind of made her sad to think that.

Matt didn't have a weapon, except his hands. Cass had saved him though. He was lucky. That blow should have killed him. He was stunned by that, and then even more stunned when Cass said she was going after Bonnie and leaped off the banister. What the hell was she was thinking? Matt liked Bonnie well enough but he didn't think he would have lept like that to save her. Or anyone else in the group...except Cass. He definitely would have done that for Cass.

The Older son had grabbed at Cass, but had to dodge an errant metal shard from the younger. Matt took the opening and released some of whatever it was in him that paralyzed people. His inhuman power. The one that had changed his life so completely that he was fighting in the apartment near Captain Roger's. The Older son dropped. Matt took a deep breath and turned that only left the younger and Flynn-the-imposter. In combat with Agent 13. Matt didn't know what had happened to the younger girl, she had disappeared. He hoped that wasn't her power. Kwassi had shot Flynn again, maybe this time it would be useful.

Andy felt a bit better knowing Alannah was watching the sky. She didn't know how she felt about trying to get the Gryphon down into the hold. She watched as Rebecca and Jason worked on getting it taken care of. It was interesting to watch. Andy wondered why they didn't give it some nectar or something. She supposed that that stuff wouldn't work on a monster. Andy had never been this close to a monster that wasn't trying to kill her.

She edged closer to it holding out her hand like it was a dog so it could sniff her hand. Surprisingly, after both Arthur and Rebecca had been snapped at by the birdy head it sniffed her and allowed her to get close. It seemed unbothered by her presence, which was wild to Andy. Maybe it was aligned with her father? She had no idea but she was a little pleased to see it react well to her.

Once Niah was satisfied with everything she had packed, she made her way into the dirt area between the barracks. She would be easy to spot there. Especially with her armor. It was old, older than anyone she knew. It had belonged to Scipio Africanus originally. The armor also gave her the ability to fly. She had been terrified when they first found the armor that it had been cursed or something. It hadn't helped that she had been unable to control the flight at first and had gone drifting up.

Niah shifted her equipment making sure it was all prepared for the trip. She hoped it would be a quick trip. As she stood up Emily came outside. After they chatted and Emily went back inside Niah felt a bit relieved. She was glad they would have a bit better idea of where they were going this time. The trip to Mount Rushmore had been stressful. When the cohort five group came outside she gave them a smile. "Nancy and Mads shouldn't be too long."

"As long as you promise to find someone to care for him if we end up in Tartarus. I don't know how well a sugar glider would handle that." Emily said and dug out the papoose from where it had fallen. She handed it to Marco. "I recommend armor." Emily sighed looking at her own armor. She was with Waverly and didn't care for it. Emily weighed the options and decided she'd rather have the freedom of movement over the armor. She had her shield and if all else she was good at controlling the field with her plants.

When Emily stepped outside Niah waved her down. "Hey Niah. Get everything?"

"Only other thing I could think we should have is a good set of directions. The last quest we were on we had to borrow a to phone to get directions." Niah said frowning. There weren't many demi-gods who kept phones cause they were dangerous.

"I can look it up on my laptop. I have one for homework and stuff." Emily said stuff like she wasn't certain if she wanted anyone to know what that stuff was. Niah didn't particularly care why Emily had the laptop she was relieved someone in the group did.

"That'd be great if you could thank you." Niah said. And Emily went back inside. She took her laptop out of her footlocker and searched directions for Mount Tam. She was able to find a couple of possible routes and printed out the directions before shutting down the laptop and putting it away. When she went back outside she handed it over to Niah.

"Here ya go. I got bus routes and walking. Walking is not ideal." It was far enough that Emily had no desire to walk the whole way there.

"Poor Arty. I guess you can be allergic to magic. I remember reading a book a while back that was part of the premise for actually. I don't remember the name of the book. And now I don't have google to help me remember." Rose joked. She doubted she would have any magic powers. The stories she knew of Red Riding Hood had never included them. In fact, the stories usually involved her being eaten by a wolf and then being saved. That was a little sad for Rose. She was an independent person and didn't like the idea that she'd have to rely on someone to save her.

She did have a memory of when she was little being protected by a wolf, which seemed odd with the new information. Rose looked at the tattoo on her arm that she had gotten two summers ago. That had a very different meaning now. Maybe it would be strength against adversity or something. She lifted her head as they heard the thunderous marching coming up behind them.

Rose moved far enough into the woods that she should not be spotted from the road, but close enough that if she had to she could shoot an arrow into the army. She knelt down and pulled an arrow out, notching it on the string, but not drawing.

Colby Jackson

Location: Camelot
Skills: Stealth

"I meant you don't have to be afraid to ask me for help." Colby explained to Matthew. He looked down the road as Merlin explained. Then ducked back into the woods when they heard the approaching army. They hadn't been on the road that long, not to mention in the world, so whoever was approaching probably had no idea they were there, which meant they were going somewhere for another reason.

Colby found a good spot in a bush that had enough foliage to hide in while giving him a decent view of the road. He wanted to get a good look at what sort of armies this world had. Colby probably had a better grasp of military tactics just by being a bit of a trivia fan, than any army. He might be able to figure out a way to beat them if he saw how they marched and what sort of armor and other gear they had. At least he hoped he would be able to. He had never put it into practice.

He wondered if he had any powers while it was being discussed. At least he wasn't alone in wondering that. Considering his ancestor was a cat known for turning invisible Colby wondered if he would be able to turn invisible too. That would be cool. It would be cooler if he could also shapeshift into a cat.

Andy had walked away from the green-haired girl shaking her head. She was weird, even if she was an alien. What alien didn't do at least a little research on the world they were going to? It was like the aliens from that movie signs who were allergic to water and came to earth for some reason Andy could never fathom. She didn't respond to the girl. Having made her way up the stairs she was surprised to see so many people.

"Veil did." She considered a response to the barbie comment and decided to go with a shrug. Andy also considered informing the people in the area about the guy who died, but she figured she couldn't give it the meaning it had for them. They had all seemed upset in the van and it seemed like he had been an important part of their group. Andy did not want to be the messenger for that bad news. "I feel like this is a bad time though." She sipped at the monster that Echo had bought.

She shifted, the movement reminiscent of a fighter getting ready to go for a feint. Andy wanted to be alone. She was done with being around this chaos group. Andy moved away and picked a door at random. The only thing she knew for certain to avoid was the room Havok had just gone into. The door she picked was for room six. Andy unknowingly had, to avoid people, picked the room for the dead guy.

"You're telling me stabbing someone doesn't relieve you of stress, weird." Dalisy said with a huge grin on her face. She was being mostly sarcastic. "Yeah, you didn't explain why you want to talk to the Thanes. What was that about?" Dalisy asked Elizabeth. Then the deaths started showing. Dalisy gave it some attention. She liked to know what to expect out of the new people.

For the most part, they were all standard. Fought someone or something, probably saved someone from certain death, and of course, all had a weapon in hand. Dalisy remembered there had even been a person who had had a fire extinguisher and that counted. The Thanes were pretty generous but it was required.

Sadly she had no new half-siblings. Dalisy was fond of family, even with the weirdness of being half Asgardian. It was part of why she was still attached to Niah. Though she always felt closer to Niah, even after years of being dead, Niah and she had grown up together. They were more family than the half-blood relations that came through here. And Niah would never enter these halls. Then what seemed like the final video started playing. It was for the girl Klara had carried into the Hall.
