"Probably a million questions, but yeah they can wait." She smiled. Her mom recognized her. She felt like dancing. Rose was surprised at the hug. "Hugging is great, but I just climbed through the sewers." She laughed, still hugging her back anyway.

"Is that everyone?" She asked pulling out of the hug and then looking around at everyone. "Do we have to go back through the sewer?" She really didn't want to walk for another thirty minutes though that gross again. Her mind was just digging through questions that she had for her mom. God so many questions. At least she knew that her mom had sent her to Earth for her safety and she hadn't been lost and forgotten in a wood, or just abandoned, which had been her worst fears on late nights.

Colby ignored the others, following Merlin back to the bar. "There is a fire brigade or something though right?" He really didn't want to be a fault for half the town going up like an old Christmas tree. Those things could burn. At least he could say he didn't start the fire.

He agreed with Matthew's question. How much damage could a guy who spun straw into gold do? It was possible that meant he had other powers. Maybe he was like a genie or something. He mentally shrugged. Getting the hang of this world was gonna be rough. He wanted to have a chance to ask questions, though it felt like he was judged for not knowing stuff. At least guessing from how annoyed Tink had gotten with them.

Andy smiled at Arthur. "I like Griff." She set about the task of cleaning and caring for the wound on Griff. She smiled while working on it. Griff was cool. She spent the rest of the travel time with Griff and Arthur. Though she dug up some armor that fit her.

Finally, they were at the Roman camp. She stood nervously with the other Greeks at the Romans. She had no idea what to expect out of them, but they definitely seemed more...put together. Like an actual military unit. It was impressive. Her eyes went wide as the older girl introduced herself as Madalyne Crane. That was the name Hecate had told her. She wanted to run up and ask Madalyne right now to help her, but she kept herself with the others.

"Arthur, I have to talk to her. Crane is the name Hecate said to me." She bit her lip looking at Arthur feeling bad about bringing up Hecate.

"It is okay Marco. I'll always be by your side." She said hugging him back tightly. Em was glad they were back at camp and they had a working plan. Nancy and Madalyne were good at their job. They had a good plan.

Em was gross. The sewers were gross. She pinched the bridge of her nose as Waverly tried to start up a song. It wasn't a bad idea...it just wasn't the right time. She wasn't going to try to explain why that was. She had put out enough trying to fix-it energy into the day. It had backfired enough over the day.

Niah was happy with where she had planned the traps, and of what types of traps. She joined Nancy and Mads at the Field of Mars just after sundown. She looked at the ship as it landed, it was impressive and she could understand why so many stories were passed about the Argo. It might be a recreation, but still neat. And it flew. Her stomach twisted about that idea a bit. Even after all this time flying got to her. Never was the heights...just not knowing how it was working.

She smiled at the group of Greeks. At least they were wearing armor and looked like a military group. That was surprising. She had expected them to show up in orange t-shirts looking disheveled. Some of them even had weapons, maybe the others weapons were hidden like hers. She took in the group standing before her. Hopefully, together they could stop the Titans.

Thankfully Ed's hearing wasn't messed up still. He could hear Lance's idea. Ed hadn't been there when the confusion had been set upon the group so he hadn't even realized it was there. That explained a lot. People were physically hurt, but he had to get everyone to the point where they could get past the confusion that Loki had beset upon them.

He focused on the group, the X-Men, the Asgardians, and the Avengers. His stomach twisted a little as he felt each of the minds. It felt wrong to be so close to the minds of others. Why did so many people have to go around messing with other people's minds? His family had the training to keep people out of their minds, many people did not. But they knew it was possible to encounter people with mind intrusion spells.

In the minds of his team, there were several that felt off. He pulled the wool, so to speak, from them and they could see true again.

Thankfully Andy was only slightly chastised. She tried to look appropriately so but had never quite perfected the look, which was probably why she had gotten into so much trouble during her school days when she had bothered to go. She didn't say anything else though. Especially not to Havok. No one else seemed mad at her. Even Sapphire, who seemed particularly...cold... backed her up.

They made their way. Andy staying close behind Veil and the others, not wanting to get left behind or slip out of the invisibility that Veil had around them. She had no idea how that worked, but it was a neat ability. One she would have liked a million times in her life. Instead, she was just quick on her feet and could kill a person if she punched them just wrong...or right depending on your perspective. Both sit in her past.

"Before humans defaced it. I don't care about four old white dudes who had slaves." She shrugged. Looking up the cliff face her stomach did some flips. She had never thought she was afraid of heights but it was certainly seeming that way right now. Each time she had to rely on the armor she was about ready to throw up. Hopefully, she'd get used to that eventually.

She started climbing after a quick test of the ropes connecting them. If they fell she'd hopefully be able to keep them safe. Keep them from falling. That was a lot of figurative weight. She breathed slow and low keeping concentration as she made the climb. Watching where she put her feet and hands. She had never climbed this high before. And she wouldn't have ever called climbing a skill. But being at camp made her more fit than the average teen at least.

"Hey, Lauryn." Andy smiled at the older girl. "Yeah he does. Maybe I should name him." She paused to think but couldn't come up with a name that didn't sound stupid. "Do we have more bandages and stuff. Without Rebecca here I guess I'll take care of him, but I don't really know what to do." She admitted. Lauryn had been nice enough to her and understanding that she didn't feel bad telling her that she didn't know what to do.

It hurt a little to think about Rebecca leaving them. She was supposed to have been teaching her magic. Andy sighed a little reminding herself that was why she shouldn't bother trying to be friends with people and why she had to be self-reliant. She could only be as self-reliant as she knew though. So if someone could teach her something she was determined to learn it.

Emily put her weapons back on since Terminus said they could keep them. That felt weird. Like buying alcohol on a Sunday in Utah. Not that she had ever done that before, which might be why it felt weird. She had never done this before. Never just walked around with her weapons. She held Marco's hand as they walked back.

"We got this. New Rome is a well-oiled war machine ready to protect itself." She said optimistically. With the leaders they had, they couldn't go wrong. As long as people actually listened to them. And if the Greeks made it in time their numbers would at least help. Sure they were an unorganized mess of fighters, but the stories she had heard told her they at least knew which end of the sword to hold.

Em's mind was more focused on what happened to Madalyne. She had to convince her to try the wolfsbane. If anything there had to be someone in the Camp who could brew potions. Gods knew there were enough magic users and such around. Or maybe the Greeks had some cure the Romans didn't know. She wasn't going to let Madalyne fall to this. At least they only had the standard responsibility of any member of the cohort and didn't have to worry about being in charge. That was something she could handle.

Niah paused waiting for most of the Senators to leave before stepping over to Nancy, with the meeting adjourned she could talk to her as a friend. What in the world could she say to her to reassure her though. It all felt like lies. And Niah didn't lie if she could help it, not that she was any good at it anyway. "Nancy." She started and looked at her friend in the eyes. "We've got this." If it had been anyone else Niah would have tried to hug them. Instead, she nodded and turned to leave. She had traps to get set up with her cohort. Tasks at hand. Something to distract her from the horror of the future that maybe, just maybe they could keep from the worse possible outcome.

When she arrived at the Cohort, decked in her armor and sword on her back (though invisible), the cohort stirred. "It is time to prepare for war. The Titans are coming to us. Our task is to prepare the field with traps to defend Terminus and Camp Jupiter." As soon as she was done talking the cohort nodded and started getting ready. One ran off to find any of the others of the second cohort who weren't in place.

"Brief me on the way." Niah said, she sat up, her head feeling a little woozy, but she would deal. She had lost a lot of blood before she'd be fine. She pulled the blankets back and looked at the stump of a leg left. The drugs were keeping the pain at bay. She almost burst into tears looking at it. Her eyes burned and she took a deep breath. She would deal with this later. They had too much to deal with. She looked at the leg that Dr. Larson had set on the bed. "Thank you." She said looking up at her. "For helping his mom, giving us a ride." Her voice was a bit hoarse, but she cleared it and then looked at Oliver. "I need your help."

She was going to be useless in a fight right now. With the drugs she'd be too loopy to fight, without them she'd be in too much pain. Niah wanted to curse and cry all the same time. She picked up the leg. It looked like some crazy tech and she figured later she'd have Sparky take a look at it. Her friend would be interested in the tech and might be able to give her some pointers on how to work it. She was able to get the leg strapped on and a few tentative steps, holding Oliver's hand to steady herself. Enough to get her to the cabinet and find her clothing and stuff in a bag as expected. She pulled her phone out and saw the missed texts. She sent one back to Cass 'I'm fine. Not a lie, but definitely not the whole truth.

"Let's go." She said, her voice still husky with pain and drugs and post-surgery awful.

Matt shook his head. He wasn't surprised about Kwassi being an idiot and touching stuff that wasn't his to begin with. But there was something about the way he had thrown himself over the mask to protect the rest of the ship that bumped his respect up for the newbie traitor just a little.

He was worried about the others, but there was nothing he could do about it right now. They just had to figure it out when they all got together. Hopefully, no one who had split from the rest of the group was replaced by a skrull...well honestly hopefully none of the group heading to Hawkeyes secret location was a skrull. They had to be able to get through this battle trusting each other and if one more of them turned it would become a disaster.

Rose took Cass's hand to climb out of the sewers. Ugh, she was gonna smell gross for a month. She took the key she was given and started looking for her mom. As she did she tried the key on random cells until it worked. "I will personally shoot you through your heart if you commit a crime. But if you're here for being a rebel against Maleficent keep doing that." She told the person in the cell and continued to move down the hall checking each cell until finally, she found her mother.

She had known she'd recognize her. She looked different, older, more scarred, but it was the same face, the same eyes. Her mother was in the cell. "Hi. I'm Rose. We're here to rescue you." She didn't say she was her daughter, maybe she wanted to see if Red recognized her back. Or maybe she expected her to know who she was just from her name. The only thing she knew she had brought with her from this world.

Rose hadn't gone to the orphanage like the others. Something had happened and split her from the group. She also was one of the older members of the group, if not the oldest she couldn't quite tell. Her memory had been fuzzy, but she remembered enough. Things had been seared into it, like the wolf protecting her and her mother's voice.

Colby snorted and grinned at Maddy. "Figures right? They all were saying it was a bad plan and then we did it anyway." He shrugged. He hadn't been sold on the plan either, but whatever. Hopefully, after this whole jailbreak thing they'd be able to go their separate ways. Get away from the rest of the group and figure out what was going on with Wonderland. It was cool being in Camelot and all, but he wanted to go to his home.

Chaos had been set though and their job here finished. He followed Merlin and the others back to the Inn. "Rumpelstiltskin? As in weave straw into gold guy? He asked for verification. Did all stories exist here? If not what decided which ones did or didn't? How did stories that changed overtime work? His mind ran over the ideas. He was no English major but he had some grasp of myths and such. Did the stories Earth write become real here or did the things here bleed into Earth and become stories? It had been sort of nagging him from the beginning but now he was really curious.

Rose's mom was essentially an unnamed character from a story warning kids to not wander the dangerous woods, but here she was a freedom fighter. How did time progress? Did the characters age at a certain rate based on how old their tale was? He felt dizzy thinking of what all it could mean and how it possibly worked. He ended up shaking his head, he preferred animals this was too much.

Shit, he needed to get his hearing back. Bethany teleported him over to Guin and Loki, which was good cause it meant he could put shields out and about around where Loki actually was to protect people. First, though he had to be able to hear what was going on. No one was in range for him to get their blood and use it to heal them so he was just going to have to do it to himself and get Mira and Iris later. He whispered a quick incantation and his ears popped a little healing. He still had a bit of tinnitus but at least he could hear the conversation and what was going on.

He then turned his attention to the tiny shield in his pocket and set to making large shields protecting the random tourists. "Thanks Bethany." He told her, appreciating her bringing him to the core of the battle. He started pushing the tourists away from the fight, trying to leave just the group fighting Loki in his vicinity. He bunched up a group of eight and got them to safety. Pietro or Bethany would have to get them off the island, though Pietro seemed....distracted.

"That makes more sense." She says to Veil clenching her fists at Havok's comment. Not Veil's.

Of course, someone finally talked to her and it was to be an absolute ass. She glared at the back of Havok's head shivering as the car got freezing. When they got out of the car and started walking she maneuvered and punched him. Not her hardest. But enough to let her displeasure be known, and that she wouldn't just take being insulted. She didn't care who he was. His hair was also standing on end now. He was lucky. Some people died when she punched them.

She hurried to keep up with Veil and the others staying in the cloaking that she gave them. Andy could just imagine Jamie admonishing her for letting her temper flare like that but she didn't care. If he was going to insult her name he should have at least given constructive criticism rather than being outright mean. Andy figured Veil was going to be mad at her, which made making up for crashing at the underground and eating their food a bit harder she supposed.
