You have Kaela, she's neutral. She would be hanging out in other districts and his district. Most likely location? Echo Chambers or general clubs around Nocturnia.
Krish, he is the right hand man. He's the better half of Asterion and the more sane one in the friend group. He might be a little too good for his own good. He can be found pretty much anywhere in Nickel.
You have Elara, she's a bitch even to Asterion. She wants to be the spotlight in his eye but he has no interest. She's extremely loyal to a fault to the man and hates him at the same time. She can be found monitoring the ground floor (while muttering to herself about all the negatives of the day or annoyances) of the Skyscraper and the lower floors that are easy to get into.
Zarek, his whole personality is compulsive addictive behaviors. He usually is walking around Nickel when he's not "on the job". He's laid back. Quiet. He's the only one that will fully support Asterion's decision (aka even if he's putting his life on the line for something) because he believes everyone has a justification to do what they do (might be how he copes with being an ex-drug addict).
Varek tends to be roaming around Echo Chambers and patrolling that area. I have no idea what his personality is completely but I feel like he is someone that tends to be laid back more than anything.
Then there is Samuel, poor boy works at the skyscraper, and is just Samuel. Samuel is Samuel and can be found around the skyscraper or probably flirting with Mitzie in a really like awkward way.
Mitzie is the main front desk girl. She is welcoming and cheerful. Pretty. Great overall personality which is why she is the front girl and she sees Samuel as a little brother. She tries to befriend Elara but is unsuccessful. Zarek makes her uncomfortable with how quiet he is because he'll deadpan stare at people and phase out. She's always willing to talk to anyone and answer any questions she can and set up meetings for Mister Kairo.
Junpier or June is a neutral character. She believes in Kairo's view of the world and wants Nocturnia to become the better version of itself though she knows that might never happen. She's a medic. Her duty is to heal, no matter the costs (unless there is certain circumstances). She's very friendly. She can be found at the medical centers, Kairo Skyscraper, or in her apartment in Nickel.
And that's the quick drifts of all the NPCs.
