Current @ColdAtlas PM me the headphone model? I doubt it’s a proprietary cable solution, so you can probably replace it for cheap.

When did I say that? =P

Yeah, we should. I’ll need to jump through some hoops to defeat bypasses, but that sort of thing is doable.

What are yall's main uses for a search feature, like what are the kinds of searches you find yourself doing/wanting the most? I'd like to prioritize the features yall want and perhaps yall have use-cases I haven't thought of.

One thing I'd like is a quick way to see my own posts in a topic:

(That link would essentially be a shortcut to a search for all posts by user "Mahz" with a filter of topic_id = 42)

Search for a specific word or group of words, and perhaps the option to search only through post titles, or through entire posts as well.

You spoke too soon, LOL. I'd love to be able to use it the other way.

You're making such a big deal out of this one function. You're not going to die without it. Besides, looks like Mahz has a fix that benefits both sides without all of the silly, close-minded elitism surrounding this place being a "creative writing-oriented site" (which is not RPG's only orientation):

Thank you! Now we don't have to have the dumb debate about it ever again!

Regardless of whether or not someone will "die without" a feature, by shutting down future discussion on a topic, the "winning" side essentially asserts dominance by indirectly claiming that their use of the feature is inherently superior. He could just as easily say that you (or others that wish for it to have that function) are "making such a big deal about it." Regardless, I haven't sensed any elitism on the Guild, even pre-GuildFall.
For the record, I have no opinion regarding the tab issue. My point is that whenever a feature is introduced, there should be ground for both sides of the issue to present their points witbout being shut out by the other.

@Mahz Even if a customization panel isn't implemented, you may want to remove the "scale to device width" option.

<Snipped quote by LegendBegins> Like what?
The scroll to top/bottom, in my case. You could also put things like profile pictures displaying, signatures, and some of the settings you have that could all be grouped together.

<Snipped quote by LegendBegins> Yet another thing I can't reproduce on my phone. :'''''''(
Hm. What if we had something like a customization dock that could be expanded in user settings (so it doesn't take up more room), and users could activate and deactivate optional features if they didn't like them, or if they didn't work on their device, for whatever reason.

<Snipped quote by LegendBegins> Yeah. I didn't reverse my progress making the site more mobile friendly. I just removed the directive that tells the browser to render the site at device-width. I will continuing putting effort into the site for mobile support. In the future I'd like to try forcing the directive again when things are improved. I don't want to break the guild for people, though.
The buttons appear and disappear as you zoom on mobile.

@Shienvien Nice catch, removed it
Was it intentional to keep the "jump to top/bottom" buttons?
In Mahz's Dev Journal 10 yrs ago Forum: News
@Mahz I do believe we should keep the larger "latest post" links. I do like the idea to make the buttons (or at least the text inside of them) yellow, or another color that stands out against the gray. Currently, they look like non-functioning links.

Okay, it's been removed.
That's a shame; it had a lot of potential. If that's the case, are we going to revert the first/last page buttons into ovals?

Statistically speaking, Apple is the leading smartphone maker in the US, followed by Samsung with their Android devices. However, worldwide (especially in Asia), Samsung, and Android in general, tends to lead the pack. While Apple and Samsung go back and forth for the title of biggest smartphone manufacturer, iPhones have had a relatively difficult time penetrating international markets where Android devices can offer a wider range of prices and specs. So it does seem that only in America will hordes of people line up for days to pay the iPhone premium.
The best dang country on this Earth, too. But in all seriousness, that's correct, though I doubt the Guild sees many internet users outside of the US or Europe. @TheMaster99 He completely beat you to the punch.
