I think I have my writing confidence back. Feels like centuries since I could string together sentences.

Vindication comes, so too does peace of mind as I close one chapter and open a new one.

Sometimes I lie awake dreaming of being as consistent in this hobby as I was ten years ago.

Hi. I'm a role-player/writer who has spent over twenty-one years in this hobby.

I will pretty much write anything as long as my partner is cool with my inconsistent posting pace and momentum. I'm pretty sociable and I make dumb jokes all the time. My favorite things to write is capeshit, anime, space operas, horror, and slice of life/mundane drama. My writing level leans toward minimalism, but I try to give my partners/groups more than enough to work off of. I like to think I am pretty flexible.

I like cinema, music, and animation just as much as I like writing with people. My biggest hobby after writing is pop media analysis. Ask me questions or for suggestions and I'm sure to have something for you. 😎😎😎

So, Ink, do we wait for you to post, now that everyone's gone once, or do we just keep continuing?

Keep on carrying on organically, yeah.
Honestly? Same. I've been in a few Saga campaigns but they always have a habit of flopping early on, more so than any other system I've tried to run and/or play.

In my defense, everyone got bored and moved on.

Zombie RPs always seem so easy but it's hard to make them last

I admittedly don't know how to run them in a sense that keeps tension and the flow of action organic. I used to do successful ones, but I care a lot less about pace and action back then. Maybe its me thinking too hard.

Alandra rolled her eyes as Zinlynn attempted to assure them that the goblin was telling the truth. On top of that, she threatened it after seemingly letting it go free. Who was to say it wouldn’t skitter off to its friends and warn them in advance? or gone on to raid another caravan or worse? Creatures like this were despicable. It reminded her of her childhood. However, there was no need to protest. They had other, larger problems at hand.

She looked off in another direction, staving off some of her thoughts.

The sooner they found this Klarg, the better.
TFW POOHEAD is lurking above, probably going "hmmmmmm" at all of the soldier writing.

“I am fine, ser.”

Lubna looked back to the man who had identified himself as Michael Daunte.

It appeared he wished to be seen through informal language yet he was still using formal niceties like “lady” to address others. She thought to his question if she was for observation duty and it honestly guffawed her just a smidge he would ask such a question. No, she was here to clean the floor of the observation trenches! Of course she was here for duty. It wasn’t an assignment she had been personally given by her superiors but it was one they didn’t object to her doing when she arrived in the milk of the moon at the other observation post.

“I am comfortable.” She insisted as she stood firm and alert, “Leisure doesn’t suit a soldier.”
I mean this is another reason why I generally prefer to play D&D as opposed to being a DM, as this kind of thing stresses me out.

It is the DMs curse. Especially when rolling the dice on if you get a compatible group or not.
