C H A R A C T E R C O N C E P T C H A R A C T E R C O N C E P T ________________________________________________________________________________________ When Cassandra Sandsmark learned her deadbeat dad happened to be Zeus, Master of Olympus, she was surprised but not exactly one hundred percent totally taken off guard. For the majority of her childhood, Cassie never really lived in one place for long. Her mother, in typical Indiana Jones fashion, never really settled on one location and given there was no real extended family to speak of to drop her off while on a dig Cassie was expected to come along whether it was a year in London or one in Shanghai or Jerusalem. This would not change until Cassie was sought out by an enemy of Olympus who attacked Cassie due to her connection to Zeus; a situation that would lead to Cassie’s latent divinity awakening but also give Cassie enough time for Wonder Woman to arrive and pull her out of the fire. This would conclude with training under the Amazonian superheroine. In recent years things have taken a turn. Her time with Wonder Woman became an occasional partnership as Cassie has found herself a member of the Titans, a sort of junior division of the Justice League. She still works closely with Wonder Woman when the need arises, but really, Cassie has her hands full in Jump City most of the time. P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) ________________________________________________________________________________________ Trying something new. Like new new. I’ve never traditionally played Cassie and of the times I played Wonder Woman I didn’t really utilize her in any sort of capacity. This is a driving-roaming character type. I’ll be able to set up, albeit loosely, what the Titans are doing and be able to team up with West Coast heroes and occasionally collaborate with a Wonder Woman player. Ultimately it’s sort of new territory so a lot of experimentation will be clear as I play Cassie doing her best as a leader of the Titans in Jump City while her long distance relationship with her father complicates further when her divine bloodline brings more trouble to her and her friends. I don’t know. Could be fun. FRENEMIES An old enemy ends up asking the Titans for help. With some skepticism involved, Cassie and the team find themselves in a loaded situation. Characters Involved: Wonder Girl, Jinx, and others. Desired # of Players: ??? A NEW HIVE Queen Bee is up to her old tricks and with an new group of teenaged loyalists aligns against the Titans when they poke their nose into her business once again. C H A R A C T E R C O N C E P T C H A R A C T E R C O N C E P T ________________________________________________________________________________________ The biological child of Talia al Ghul and Bruce Wayne, Damian was always going to have a jaded and complicated life. Instead of being under the tutelage of the Bat from the beginning, Damian was indoctrinated into the way of his mother, aunt, and grandfather within the League of Shadows, a secret society of assassins dating back several millennia with the goal of controlling the world into its ideal state. Damian was born highly intelligent, a facet that was manipulated by the league to create the perfect saboteur and operative. However, Damian’s was arrogant, ever-curious, and resilient. He was not a coveted subservient vessel. This would bring issues in due time, though it would not be Damian who willfully split from the league of his own choice. When he was eleven-years-old his world changed from the subversive temple in the Middle East to the penthouses of New Jersey in the United States when he was introduced to his father, The Batman. Now thirteen-years-old, Damian has had a breadth of experiences that in many ways have matured him from the place Bruce found him in some years ago when his mother placed him in his father’s care. He still has much to learn, though it doesn’t stop Damian from doubling down and back-stepping into terrible habits formed by his time in the League of Assassins. P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) P L O T ( S ) & G O A L ( S ) ________________________________________________________________________________________ Four years ago, I wrote a post in Create-a-Post on Superherohype about a Damian post I never quite got to finish for another project. So I guess you could infer I’ve always wanted to play Damian Wayne at a certain point at his life and sort of redeem the treatment he’s sort of gotten in the comics. The problem, however, was a game set in the right timeline for such an opportunity never really popped up. So I’m hoping I’ll be able to do it here. I do have a myriad of ideas so Damian could not simply be a supporting attachment but also a roaming character (within the limited sandbox he has means to travel in) such as Damian still finding difficulties in “playing” the role of a normal, functional person. Even after a few years of guidance he doesn’t understand how to not sound like a sociopath or be receptive to normal social empathy. There’s obviously unresolved areas with Nyssa, Talia, and Ra’s I could workshop with the Batman player and Damian doing small crime-fighting affairs when he is not by the Bat’s side as Robin. I guess I’d like this supporting-roaming blend to be as functional as humanly possible. Ultimately, I just want to write consistently again and have some fun without comfiting myself to leading a sandbox.

Ironed out some proposals for driving and roaming types in my DMs while I wait to see how this Damian Wayne proposal goes. Might have something interesting but I need to iron them out a little more and do some test posts to see how into some of them I am.

Villains are fun, but I don't have any rudimentary ideas for intersecting as one for the time being. Though I did play Kraven once in All Star Marvel back in 2014 or whatever. God, it was horrible but fun.

Honestly was a bit intimidated by the other posts haha. Especially the one I was writing is filler. Hopefully I will be able to improve over the course of things but I have always found it quite hard to make my writing interesting or entertaining.

When I started writing in these games that's how I felt, too. Don't worry, once you build confidence and comfortability you'll not be worrying about matching up with others anymore. Also, your post was a good one, so I wouldn't worry too much.
