I think I have my writing confidence back. Feels like centuries since I could string together sentences.

Sometimes I lie awake dreaming of being as consistent in this hobby as I was ten years ago.

Hi. I'm a role-player/writer who has spent over twenty-one years in this hobby.

I will pretty much write anything as long as my partner is cool with my inconsistent posting pace and momentum. I'm pretty sociable and I make dumb jokes all the time. My favorite things to write is capeshit, anime, space operas, horror, and slice of life/mundane drama. My writing level leans toward minimalism, but I try to give my partners/groups more than enough to work off of. I like to think I am pretty flexible.

I like cinema, music, and animation just as much as I like writing with people. My biggest hobby after writing is pop media analysis. Ask me questions or for suggestions and I'm sure to have something for you. 😎😎😎

“Then we have an accord.”

The instinct to fight off the two of them and take flight back to the branches above still ran through her body, but it appeared that body was also gaining fatigue by the second. All of the malum magicks that ran through her bones had a cost and the young girl hadn’t exactly restrained herself when the inquisitors had sent these people upon them. As spiteful and angry as she was, she was also very very tired. Why had Sol created an element that could drive the user to such madness? or had she forgotten how to be completely calculated in her approach like she had been taught? Such questions fraught her mind and she found it difficult to make the exactly correct decision.

She took a moment, hesitating on using her magicks, looking defiantly at the two adults before her.

“If you don’t mind, I’m going to wait here until you leave. I won't turn my back to inquisitor lackeys, whether they agreed to not finish me off or not.”

“We don’t know if they are dead. We know they are missing.”

As Sif explained Seele’s investigation was into missing people rather than murdered people, Siegfried could feel a rot in his gut rise up. Siegfried wasn’t the smartest person in the group, no, but he wasn’t a complete idiot; he could do basic math. Seele was talking about using Graves’ bloodhound instincts to track her down once she willingly used herself as bait. It was a risky, stupid move. What if the rest of them couldn’t stop whatever was happening to her by these kidnappers? What if it all went south? His brows narrowed, thinking about how helpless the caster would be for even the most calculated, smallest amount of time.

He pressed his fingers into his caruncle’s, letting a deep sigh out, “Seele, you're out of your damn mind.”

“Volunteering yourself to these assholes? What if Graves is too slow to whatever they are doing? What if they are killing casters? What if this goes south?” He leaned back in his chair anxiously, “What’s your plan if this goes south?”

ALL EUROPE SHALL BE SWALLOWED IN THE FIRE OF REVOLUTION MUAHAHAHAH

Syndicalist Europe... in the 19th Century? Sure. That'll work out well. I'm imagining it now.
Pretty sure Otto von Bayern wasn't one of those kings, but go off I guess.

As for my involvement in the RP, not sure what I'm drawing up here yet, probably something smaller so I don't have to worry about logistics too much.

What the actual what? Pick up a book.
Avatar was very impactful, but you are not incorrect that the first season is generally inconsistent with a lot of tonal shifts. Avatar definitely succeeds the most in Book 2 and Book 3 where it feels the characters are growing up with the audience (and I'm your age Fab so I'm not sure that argument sticks its landing), which is a strength of the material. While watching one season is more than enough content, I do think its doing the show a disservice if you don't at least spend more time as the arcs get more mature and at times darker and more nuanced. It definitely does pacing a lot better than Korra or Dragon Prince and it does reward adult viewers well enough.

I think a large part that doesn't help with Avatar is that its reputation is rather inflated due to its influence and significance for [western] animation of that period of time.
