Bio

I'm Randomness. I also go by others names when it's unavailable, but those are usually some variation of Randomness or Random in general.

I like anime, video games, and science. I'm currently in school studying to become an radiologic technologist. I'm in the initial stages, so I'm on my way. My favorite anime is Eureka Seven, and my favorite video game is a tie between Kingdom Hearts and Etrian Odyssey.

I have several story ideas, but currently lack motivation to write them out. I have plenty of notes for some of them so when I finally get around I'm prepared. That said, I absolutely enjoy group story telling like you do through role playing. One of my interests involved is world building and the connections between them if any.

One of my characters travels between worlds, dimensions and universes. What these are meant to be are different RPs. There seems to be some taboo around such a character, but I feel that is should be judged on a case by case basis. The idea of a seasoned character who has been on many adventures being able to share stories in passing sounds like a fun idea. I thought it would be an interesting idea that those stories could be from other RPs. He isn't meant to highjack the current RP, or be over powered. I admit, I can see that concern. Really though, he is meant to be an eccentric character with stories and treasures not before seen. The effects of these stories are meant to be entertaining, like fairy tales to the current cast. And what treasures he has or can use I'd restrict to what makes sense in the current world. But like I said before, it should be case by case. A learner, and a story teller. I think it's fun to link concept together through this character so the story could live on in new ways and perhaps give new RPs a different kind of character. Without upending everything of course.

I was waiting for Zanavy, but then school started, and I was a bit busy with that. I can post if that will help. Assuming we're still alive.
I think I was able to put in something about it. I also edited talents to mention some of the stuff afterward. I guess what he was doing is just improving the design of the fleshy things to act more like a self-maintaining machine. As for Margaret, I have them in each other's back stories, but that was just for flavor. I fully expected to only play one or the other. Either would probably mention the other, but there is no need for them to stick together.
I, uh, completely forgot that there was a plot involved.

Maybe not so much Margaret, but I can see Henry joining with the improved suit and perhaps a bio weapon or two. As an engineer, I can imagine him having developed a couple fleshy tools to work with. I would put him under a utility where he’d have unorthodox means of getting. The problem with standard tools is that they’re rigid, so imagine a tool set with flexibility, and maintains the power to work like the rider ones do. Thin tendrils to pick locks and reach around small crevices. A hardened carapace for armor. Depending on how we want to treat the growth rate, we could have him tools he needs. If we want to get get crazier, he can grow a carapace and act more like a tank.

Margaret might join or be sought for dealing with the monsters they come across should they run into any. She could at least help them know what to avoid and what to look for. She’s the kind of person who would go herself if they need that kid of help.
Alright, So I've finished the sheets. Mostly anyway. If anything is wrong, or needs to be changed, please let me know. As for your comment about the corrupted, my mind was thinking of perhaps an infected pendulum creature thing, not necessarily a clocker. If that's not possible, that's fine. I'm sure there are plenty of other things out there especially from the lucid cities and the strangers.

I'm going to post both of them, so please tell me which you prefer.

So I have a couple character ideas. I've built a basic sheet for both, but the main idea for one is to be a zoologist with a small collection of the various animals from the other dimensions for study. If possible, some of these animals would range from the pendulum creatures, and the human face slugs to perhaps a yokai or the corrupted.

The second character would be a paralyzed man who makes a corpus like machine which is essentially a flesh exosuit that enhances his normal biological features. One of the main draws of it being from corpus tissues would be that it could sync with his biological functions, and self repair/adapt.

Dolly returned with Blade to the table where their cereal was starting to soak up much of the milk. She didn’t pay much attention to Blade and Red as she wandered around the others in the cafeteria, but nothing there had seemed to have be a cause for concern. Still though, there was a nagging pinch of fear the sat in Dolly’s heart. It was small, but steadily glowing. Mute didn’t seem like a bad guy, but his experience with it left the feeling of impending doom.

Dolly dwelled on thoughts of what sort of monster who could create such a scene of brutality when her stomach growled once again. She returned to the bowl of soggy cereal that sat before her on the pristinely clean table. She reached for her spoon and took a bite. The cereal was bland, but that small bit of food calmed her stomach. She looked over to Blade as he called out to Dougie. Dolly turned in her seat to see that Dougie was still by Mute’s table. Still unable to even deduce what he might be thinking, Dolly expected he probably didn’t want to wait around the bloody writing.

“I’ll get him.” Said Dolly. She hopped from the chair and half sprinted up to Dougie. Barely any time had passed since the last she interacted with him, so it was probably a false hope to expect that Dougie would have any semblance of gaining active awareness. She grabbed a hold of his sleeve and gently tugged him towards to table with their food. “Come. Come. The food is over here.”

Back at the table, Dolly led Dougie to his seat, and pushed one of the bowls of cereal in front of him. The contents of the bowl spilled partially over the side as it came to a sudden stop. Paying it no mind, Dolly grabbed another spoon and put it into the bowl. She scooted her seat closer to Dogie and grabbed a spoonful of soggy cereal.

“Say ahhh.”
Cool. I have a character concept that would use the living aspect of the corpus tissues in the machines he builds.
I’m interested. About the corpus living weapons ore thingy, are they like organic technology? If your familiar with the Wii game Conduit, is it like that?
Looking forward to that. Mason will be in the med bay at still watching our tree friend. Sorry, I mean T’ri.
I’m flattered, and a bit sheepish. I’m not a doctor. I was making a joke. I am in school to be a radiologic technician, so I’ve taken some classes on anatomy and physiology. The extent of my experience in a hospital setting is that one time I shadowed actual techs run the imaging machines.
