Most vaccines take years - and I mean, like, 7-10 is normal - to develop. The vaccines developed didn't poison people and so despite their limited efficacy, they were sent to market years early.

Considering the status bar usually is fairly comforting, it IS a little surprising it's being so unsympathetic. Can't comment on the actual situation, reminds me too much of a past shitty roommate.

This cannot be happening, on this abandoned and neglected website of all places.

I live in the EST time zone. Due to work, unless I think it's important not to leave someone hanging, I will be off by 11 PM. I will rarely post daily, but I can at least guarantee I'll never give you a substance-less post.

Isn't that like saying Asuramon is also partially Insect-type for having four arms? I know Kimeramon is more diverse than the canon Knights but come on. And that's about the only question I can safely answer at 7 AM.

SoLameLike's Top Tips

Don't go straight to the house.
You should know what you are getting into before rushing in :p

RBY's Top Tips:

Don't trust players to follow common sense and 'shoulds'. You can ask the GM of the other game I'm in.
With the crisis averted, Amanda decides to turn her attention back to Andrew. She's not sure still of the name of the family they'll have to look up, though she's at least certain someone at the office knew about it, so they might know the exact name. Assuming they can find this person.

She's also still not sure why this room is relatively abandoned, but John Smith seems to have some interesting tastes, if she recalls those books correctly. Some of those are terribly unhappy and, despite her interest in books, she cannot bring herself to finish them.

"I can do that much, yes. My only request is, when we get there, please do not attempt to intimidate my coworkers or supervisors no matter what happens - I don't wish to get in trouble." She then glances to the other two. "So, if we're settled, what will you two be doing?" They probably do not need a party of four to go to her workplace. It seems the officer will relent for now and join the investigation. Alas.
Well our friend Tancuras didn't know alcohol was illegal either so it's all good.
Well, if @nerminator has to edit anyhow, I feel I should add Hooverville was a product of the Great Depression, still several years off. /shot
..I realized I sounded a bit mean and to clarify: both Ob and Vo asked me to kill them while they reread their old posts.

So it's not just you.
Based on what I know, Seumas still having possession of alcohol would count as illegal. That said, how strictly the law was enforced could get hazy, and in some cities, the speakeasies weren't hidden in the slightest. There's also the tale of a federal agent who asked a taxi driver where he could get booze, and the driver immediately handed him a bottle.

Prohibition was fun, I tell you.
Apparently so can everyone else.
Yeah, if that's ok.
