@BCTheEntity At the moment he has no first mate. I can see them having a one-way conversation about Dirks skills. If Dirk didn't speak or Bogard didn't see a use in him, he'd make him his first mate. Mostly because, you're the first person to join and Dirk would be the first he's met.

Also guys, we're not against you making minor NPC's to build up your crew if you want. I plan on making a navigator perhaps; not quite sure yet. In the meanwhile I'll shamelessly advertise the Red-Hood Pirates and wonder if you any of you would like to join the crew.

Fruit: Gon-Gon Fruit-Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows Jax to create portals that takes him and a small group of people (3 at most) to another world and then open up a portal somewhere in our world that Jax has been in the past 24 hours. He is also able to teleport objects, such as bullets, swords, axes, and basically everything smaller than a person. These aren’t able to be as large since he does not travel with them. Also he has to be in sight of what he is teleporting and where it is going.

The limits on the teleporation will need to be improved. Me and my partner came to a compromise that we think you'll like. The One Piece Universe isn't necessarily big on authentic drawbacks. We want to keep true to this while also keeping potential god modding to a minimum. So here we go.

The Gon-Gon Fruit will have two potential uses, partial materializing and whole materializing. Partial: Is combative in nature, impish, or useful for short to middle range fights. Fist going through portals, and landing a blow on your opponent is more the way of partial. Whole is for long distance travel. Of course we stick with the 24 hour rule. The distance limit to partial is 10 to a hundred feet (for now). The distance for whole is 100 onward, this will require for you to completely dissolve your body before re-spawning somewhere else ( the stronger you become the quicker this will be). Also one more tiny thing is that we'd like for you to be the only human passing through your portals for now.

If you ever have trouble visualizing this, thinking of Law's sphere.

Alias: Sunny, The Sunlit Gladiator.

Personality: Bogard is a creature of insight, instinct, and intrepidity. The blonde-haired boy exudes a certain kind of force when speaking. His tough kindness is as natural as the sun rising over the sea; it's amplified by a fearlessness and beatific attitude that has the tendency to draw others to him. His sense of freedom is profound and can arguably be called his strongest trait.

Home Island/Sea: Dressrosa

History: Bogard D. Sunny awoke in Dressrosa without his memory, an arm, and a leg. Gracious and benevolent, it was white-haired Kyros and silver-fox Rebecca who took a liking to him, along with a young maiden who took him in. 4 years went by and after hearing stories upon countless stories about Luffy and his adventures; Bogard etched in stone that he’d set off like him and claim the throne for himself. Even if it meant taking down the Straw Hats. He set off like him, at the age of 17, but that would be all that would connect their stories. He set sail using Rebecca’s resources to the East Blue where he hoped to be start at the starting line.

Abilities/Racial Traits: Growing under the tutelage of gladiators and combating in their renowned tournaments steeled Bogard into a extraordinary warrior. His body belies the amazing strength within his flesh while his mechanized arm and leg (though hidden) is something of a warning. A practiced intuition maximizes his speed and reflexes, while the constant pain from his prosthetics has raised his threshold. He's a youth with underlying potential.

Devil Fruit: Aka-Aka no Mi (Red-Red Fruit) | Allows Bogard to control various shades of red to be manipulated, twisted, and weaponized. He uses his hood in most of his fights and has learned that he can only weaponize red that's within sight and distance greatly weakens his ability.

Fighting Style: Bogard is proficient in the gladiator styled combat that Kyro and Rebecca practiced swordplay in. Though he saves that particular manner of combat for the worthy. His hand-to-hand combat is most notably adaptive, where he strike with open palms, and anchors himself with a powerfully balance stance. When he has to, he’s capable of delivering aerial assault kicks and swift leg sweeps. His right-arm and left-leg are metal are several times stronger than a human's being metal prosthetics and all.
