Where do I come from? I could be a smartie an say the "Great State of Denial" but lets just agree that I like keeping my RL Life disconnected from my RP Life.
I survived Guildfall and have always loved this place even though I see a lot of good RP time eaten up in Discord drivel
@Double Lots of pointy things but seems okay need to ask you post the lift weight limit of your character. I ask because Cybernetics is a Thing for me and depending on the over all aim can mean your 1 ton or less type or up to the 5 ton limit though with your focus on pointy toys I see Max 2 tons

I need a name for the Islands that Titans South sits on and was thinking that as the Island has served as a bastion point as far back to the Spanish Territory days might be named Danger Point because the forts that made the two Islands as one began as a Fortress Lighthouse.

Gift Limitations : Limitation Wendy has a huge food bill because of how much energy her body burns when she pushes herself (Typical Lunch: 8 pieces or whole chicken, 3 servings of mashed potatoes, 2 side salads, 3 servings of green beans, 4 biscuits, and 4 large sweet teas) If Wendy doesn’t eat she can be sure to become cranky, shake and worst experience burning cramps.

Skilled in Gymnastics, Parkour, and Pankration (An ancient Greek Martial arts learned from Wonder Woman who she sees as a surrogate Auntie) as well as free climbing, piloting, driving, and navigation.

1,400+ people lost their lives that day many due to storm surge and the rest trapped under fallen buildings but it was the Escatawpa residents that got hit with the worst. Initially the people that lived in the little neighborhood of Ashland at Moss Point suffered only a few casualties but they didn’t know they’d been exposed to powerful carcinogenic chemicals that over the next 3 years began killing people with very aggressive cancers.
First to die in her family Wendy’s dad was buried in the first wave as its called (76 people who died 3 months after the storm.) Then 2 years later Wendy’s mother passed away and she was placed in foster care and showed no signs of the Moss Point effect till her 7th birthday when at a doctor’s visit Wendy went into a coughing fit and spit up blood.
She was a victim of the Moss Point event and almost assured of dying like her parents and because of that was sent to the Cancer Institute in Atlanta Ga. to be studied and have several new treatments tried on her. Expected to die in less than a year Wendy surprised them by seeing her 8th and 9th birthdays but still being attacked by her cancers wasn’t expected to live much longer.
It was there at the institute Wendy discovered the physical rehabilitation center and asked if she could use the machines and the doctors agreed it might help keep her mind occupied so granted her permission. At first she struggled to use the machines but over time she grew better at their use and a marvelous thing happened, she went into remission.
By her 10th birthday Wendy’s hair was growing back and even her skin was smoothing out so the institute released her to the foster care of an Atlanta couple the Farmers Emma and Richard and she began to blossom in their care becoming a girl few might think had ever been so close to death. The Farmers were a great foster family who were always nice to her and provided her with all the things she needed to grow up healthy and strong.
It was when she was 14 and had graduated High School that her ability was exposed to the public when she was one of 12 people that got caught up in the attempted kidnapping of Princess Sara Kashmiri. It happened in Gotham city as she was visiting the college while trying to decide where she was going to attend.
She confronted 8 highly skilled mercenaries and sent 6 of them to the hospital even though she was untrained as a fighter; she says it was her lack of training that caused her to hurt the mercs more than she had intended.
Meeting Nightwing shortly after the event Wendy gladly accepted his and the Justice league's aid in understanding how different she was from the average person. It was also an award given to her by prince Kashmiri though she turned it down originally that helped her make her dream come true of joining the Teen Titans reality.
Even though she is an open identity Hero Wendy goes by the Callsign Blondie a name her foster dad loved to tease her with when her hair returned and she'd spent so much time worrying over.

Without going into spoiler detail this RP is going to be set in Miami at the third branch of the Teen Titans franchise.
Guidelines
1 : This RP will be based on the DC Hero code of Ethics ( No lethal attacks) 2 : Characters will be no older than 20 (Hence the Teen in the title) and no younger than 15 (This is not a daycare) 3 : Characters can be related to existing DC heros or OCs 4 : No Superman level characters (This includes Lanterns, Shazams and other mega types) 5 : The GMs rulings are final when so stated as "This is my ruling" (I dislike endless discussion and arguments as I am sure do others) 6 : Romances and mild Romantic conflict encouraged ( Who didn't enjoy Starfire an Robin's confusing attempts to explore what each meant to the other or Beastboy's crush on Raven) 7 : Mental abilities such as Telepathy and Mind control will only be used on NPCs unless both players agree ahead of time. The exception to this is if a player says they are thinking something in their post and don't have mental shields. Example = Marcus looks at the new Lighting God Motorcycle by Wayne Inc. And thinks ~Man I wish I could afford that~ In this example Marcus is actively thinking something that to a telepathic could be considered the same as thinking out loud.

"How did I get offered a chance to join the most desirable Titan's location?" You passed several criteria points the first that you are a Teen; not a Tween, not an Adult, a Teen Next you have some innate powers or skills that make you what people see as special Then the most important; you are not a psycho or at least the profile done by the justice league didn't reveal any.
"Can I call the Tower home?" Sure, in fact it's required because it is thought to create better understanding of your teammates and your parents or guardians signed the waiver
"Are there any rules to being a Teen Titan I need to know?" Sure lots of them but then those cover normal people as well but there are a few that are important to being part of the team.
First you need to get along with your teammates because they got your back as the theme song says. Now you aren't expected to be all sweet and nice to each other but internal conflicts that cause friction need to be addressed as a team; careful you don't cause an intervention.. giggle.
"Romance?" Sure but lets remember this is a Teen rated Sim so if you would hide your actions from your parents or general public then as the saying goes "Get a Room"
"Can I kill or maim the bad guys?" No; Killing the bad guy is not an option because Heroes are held to a higher standard than the people they fight against. The reason for this is that we are effectively Vigilantes that operate in an area of tolerance granted by the public and the powers that be. Killing even a murderer will at the very least draw you or the team into court to defend your actions; "Remember they know where we live"
"Do we get paid?" This is an odd point because technically we can't pay you directly. We can though order the foods you like, supply you with your uniforms and civilian clothing within reason, Streaming, Broadband, 52" TV in your room, special cellphones and other items as stated in reason. Oh! and the best medical care.

Hey you guys! First and foremost, I like your characters. However, to be consistent and realistic with myself, I'm gonna stick with my current player number which filled out quickly with characters that we found alright, as well as those whom I was planning this story with. But, should space open up or should I feel more comfortable with disappointing a larger group, you'll be the first I message, I promise.
