Who came up with the idea to make our statuses quotes from philosophers, anyway?

We could be doing something productive with our lives... instead, we're here.

A random quote from some philosopher that we'll forget in a few moments.

Zachary Noris

Zachary sighed as he finally made his way to his room, shutting the door behind him. It had been a long day, what with all the excitement in the fight and the sudden collision. He was exhausted, and wanted nothing more than to lay down on his bed and relax. Of course, he did just that. Once he was on his bed and in a comfortable position, he said to himself, "Time to have some fun," as he logged into DGO.

Welcome back,

Devilish Hellflame

"Ahhh, good to be back," Hellflame said in a satisfied tone as he looked around, regaining his bearings. It all came back to him. He was on the rooftop of one of the many tall buildings within the Black City. After he had left the Black Castle, he had gotten to work typing in his message to Smitten Kitten when DGO was then taken down for maintenance. Now that DGO was back up, though, nothing was going to stop him from finishing that message this time. Opening the interface, he was disappointed to find that not even a draft of his unfinished message was saved, so he got to work recalling what he could about the message he wanted to type and navigated his way through the interface to write up his message.

To: Smitten Kitten
From: Devilish Hellflame
Subject: Black King
So, I hear that you're after the Black King's life. Interesting. Sounds incredibly pointless to waste your effort on, but interesting. If ya don't mind, I'll be keeping an eye on you. Hey, maybe we can even meet up. If you do mind, well....

It's not like I'll let that stop me. ;)

"Aaaaaand send," Hellflame said as he pressed the "send" button. With his one task done, Hellflame wondered what he should do now. "Hmm... maybe I'll just go grind a bit," Hellflame said to himself, activating his <Wings of Hellflame> ability to launch himself into the air and fly towards one of his favorite grinding spots. As he flew, he opened up the latest news for DGO to see what the current events were. As he did so, he noticed the patch notes that had come in for the latest update.

"Well well, what do we have here..." Hellflame muttered to himself as he skimmed through the list of changes. "Professions, huh?" Hellflame said as his eyes landed on one of the changes. "I'll take a look at 'em later." Closing the interface, Hellflame returned his attention to flying.

@Ryonara (for when you eventually log into Deep Ground)
<Snipped quote by Scarifar>

Come on, you're not calling me because of that, are you? I'm going to post ASAP.

You can post as well, if you want to. There's no need to pressure me.

Just thought I'd give a friendly reminder, considering it's been 10 days without an ic post.
@KoL Perhaps it is time to get a post up.
Man, I need to get working on a post. Haven't made one in a while.
Leander Xenovia

Leander gave this new information from Shiyu some thought. A dorm entirely for troublemakers... did that mean there were more dorms for other people? Other people.... meaning more people, meaning more fun Duels! A pleasant thought like that left a satisfied grin on Leander's face as he stared off into space. However, he soon returned to reality when Shiyu got a sudden call and had to leave just as suddenly. I wonder where he's going... Leander thought as he watched Shiyu make a mad dash towards the stairs. Only after Shiyu was out of sight did Leander begin to wonder what he was going to do now. He didn't really feel like going back to his room anymore, but at the same time, he didn't have much else to do. After a moment of thinking, he decided that he would go to the card shop. There was always bound to be some good stuff there, and seeing that many Duels had just finished, there would be plenty of people there as well. With that in mind, Leander began to make his way to the card shop.

Michelle Kine

As Michelle took her time examining both cards and packs alike, her eyes landed on a group of Gemini Spellcaster-type monsters. Interested, she took a closer look and found them to be much more interesting than she had anticipated. Before she could decide whether to get them or not, though, someone had walked over to her to engage in some friendly conversation. Michelle turned her head in surprise and found that it was Joshua. "Oh, hi," Michelle greeted. "Not really, um, Spell Counter stuff, just anything that could help."
Name: Supervisor
Level: 4
Attribute: EARTH
Monster Type(s): Warrior
Effect: If you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). If you do, Special Summon one Gemini Monster from your hand, and equip this card to that monster. A Gemini Monster equipped with this card is treated as an Effect Monster, and gains its effects. You cannot Normal Summon/Set the turn you activate this effect. You can only activate each effect of "Supervisor" once per turn.
ATK/DEF: 1600/1200

Hey @Ammokkx, what do you think about this version of Supervisor?

Zachary Noris

Having successfully ignored the two girls, Zachary was back on track as he headed back to his room, but it seemed like fate had other plans for him. There was a large mass rushing towards him, then everything went in a blur. The next thing he knew, he found himself on the ground on his back, staring up into the ceiling. He blinked a couple times, then got back up from the ground and dusted himself off. A boy came up to apologize. When he asked for a name, though, Zachary stared at him blankly for a moment before saying, "Zachary." With that out of the way, Zachary continued with an "Excuse me," before sidestepping past Jiro, continuing on his path as if nothing had happened.

As he walked, though, he began to feel tired. With a yawn, he began looking around for good spots to take a rest, maybe even a nap or two. Someone seemed to take it the wrong way, however, as a green-haired guy came up to him and asked if he was lost. "I'm heading back to my room for that right now, actually," Zachary answered. Zachary then yawned, his fatigue still affecting him, and continued, "I'll be off, then," before walking past him as well. He was really in the mood for Deep Ground now. That, or sleep. One or the other.
Damien stared at his hand, wondering how long he'd been able to do that. His mind flashbacked to the moment when he pulled that glowing book off the bookcase, recalling that he felt a little different after that. Realizing that he had gained a new ability, he grinned. This new life of his was full of pleasant surprises. Getting up from the ground, Damien said, acting cocky, "Heh, scared little what? Sounds like someone needs to get off her high horse."

After seeing Olivia make her enraged charge towards Damien, though, he put his game face back on, realizing that the time for jokes and banter was over and it was back to fighting. Damien did learn something from the recent exchange of blows, though. There was no doubt that in terms of raw physical strength, Olivia was superior. However, Damien was quicker and more agile. As Olivia sent her fist flying towards Damien's face, Damien moved down and to the left, the punch sailing over his right shoulder. At the same time, Damien counterattacked with a right punch aimed directly at Olivia's face. Damien yelled as he put as much power into it as he could, intending to flatten her into the ground.
That's a little better but perhaps have an "until the End Phase" clause, or maybe force the Gemini back to your hand?

I dunno. The thing is, it requires no monsters for the effect to be used, and if I happen to have only Supervisor or some high-level Gemini monster in my hand, they're basically dead draws. I'll wait for Ammokkx to deliver the final verdict.
