Who came up with the idea to make our statuses quotes from philosophers, anyway?

We could be doing something productive with our lives... instead, we're here.

Thing is, fetching ANYTHING you want out of your deck? That's like, 10x worse. The old effect is fine with a lifepoint cost. Just maybe not THAT lifepoint cost.

True, I guess. How about a 500 LP cost then?

Also, I could have sworn I made it a Trap card, yet I see it in the Spell card section.
<Snipped quote by Scarifar>

Hm... I like the old version better, though maybe the lifepoint cost could be knocked down a little. Maybe to 800 or 600. Seems like a better idea to me.

Hmm.... I dunno. I'm not really sure if paying Life Points is how Nova/Parshath operates. I'd much rather use a discard cost, since Parshath are about drawing more cards. I wanted to keep the old effect, too, but then I wondered if it would seem too OP, since it would act like a Lumina, Lightsworn Summoner.
Taking a look at Nova Sanctuary again, I can't help but feel that it's just not right, especially the 1000 LP cost. It doesn't suit the Nova/Parshath playstyle. So, I'll make some edits:

Name: Nova Sanctuary
Trap type: Continuous
Effect: While this card is on the field, this card's name becomes "The Sanctuary in the Sky". Once per turn, you can discard one "Nova" or "Parshath" card from your hand, except "Stellarnova" cards; Special Summon one "Nova" Fairy-type monster from your deck. If you control a non-Synchro "Parshath" monster, you do not discard cards to activate this effect. You cannot Normal or Special Summon other monsters the turn you use this effect, except Fairy-type monsters.

Thoughts, guys?

Belinda made herself as comfy as possible on her chair as she was about to listen to Jeanne's story, but then someone else came by to interrupt.

"Sorry to interrupt, I'm Zeke, reporter for Action News. I couldn't help but overhear your conversation and become curious. Scorn, is it? What makes you so special as a convict, that you were specifically chosen. I mean, there has to be worse inmates then you?" he chortled, gazing at the three, his face deadpan but his eyes had a particular playful light about them.

Belinda looked over to the new guy and Scorn, raising an eyebrow and smirked as she became amused. The whole "News Reporter" act was a rather new experience for her, and she found it highly entertaining. She also learned some new things about Scorn. The whole "manipulator of shadows" part was of particular interest to Belinda, catching her interest as a dabbler of science. Belinda was curious as to what that actually meant and how it worked.

Soon after this revelation, though, the original topic went back on track as Jeanne was finally able to tell her story.

"As I was going to say, before I got interrupted," Jeanne says politely as possible as she begins her story, "I happened to get in here through a private invitation by the Paladins. You see, back during the War aaaages ago, my crew happened to encounter one of those large bloody Entente patrol ships out in the Mediterranean. I think it was Russian, I don't remember. And well, my crew, my father was actually the captain at the time. So apparantly we were all in some no-boat zone and we were forced to leave. Now, knowing us lot, we tried to act innocent and explain what we were doing, buuuut of course, they didn't want to listen to us those hardneck hooligans. So there was a fight. Long story short, my father got shot, one in the gut and one in the noggin, but we were still able to seize and plunder the ship. Got me a nice carbon sword from them too. And it was that point where I became captain. After the war, we found out that they had some sort of superweapon that was being tested, which thankfully was destroyed before it could target any major targets. So, to top off the ending, I was then captain, lived off being a mercenary, mostly for the Paladins, and the next thing you know, I get invited here. So yeah, just pullin' up my socks again for a new day now. Can't say I'm not excited!"

"A life like that ssoundss really exxciting. I almosst wish I had a life like that. Oh well," Belinda remarked. "Anyway, I ssuppose it'ss only fair that I tell you the sstory of my life, too." Belinda had prepared a story filled with half-truths for a scenario like this and was about to deliver it when she got interrupted by a man with quite the voice.

"Hello, and welcome everyone,"

Belinda's eyes widened slightly in surprise as she turned to face the source, her eyes resting on the sight of a man who appeared to be at least in his 40's, who introduced himself as Archer O'Conner.

Archangel then began to assign their first mission as Hollie handed out files for everyone to look over. As soon as Belinda got hers, she wasted no time flipping it open and scanning the available intel quickly and carefully. What she got out of it was... not really enough to make much of a judgement. Belinda had killed groups of bodyguards before, and she doubted these guys would be much different. Considering the number of Sentinels that were being assigned to this mission, though... well, it didn't take a genius to figure out that something was amiss. Belinda was going to say something about it, but it seemed like others were already beating her to the punch. "Sso, other than the fact that our targetss are quite the high priority, what makess them so sspecial that they need all of uss to deal with them?" Belinda had to ask. "It ssounds like about three or four of uss here would be enough for thiss. Maybe five or sixx if we really wanted to kill all of them."

Christopher had waited quite a long time for the main reason why everyone had gathered here, and at last, it had arrived. Christopher turned to face someone he hadn't seen in a long time: Archer O'Conner, or Archangel. After receiving the folder from Hollie, Christopher opened it and began studying the intel. Unfortunately, Archer was right about the fact that they didn't have much information about them. The lack of intel concerned Christopher, and he would have gladly gone himself to get more, but judging from the urgency of the mission, that was clearly not going to be an option. Instead, Christopher closed the folder and asked, "What is the size of their forces, and what weapons are they carrying?"
I don't think I've ever mentioned my favorite Overwatch character.....

Oh well.

Well don't leave us hanging, who is it?? :3
You know, I just realized something. Without Hael, I can't have Niciel interact with Vulamera. Without Vulamera, the core part of my plan involving Vestec goes straight down the drain.

Shit.

"My, my three's a crowd," Scorn cheerily said ",I see why not. We are going to be seeing lots of each after all I'm certain. I'm the ever so lovely Scorn and this is.... My where are my own manners. Well if I ever had any to begin with, I'm not sure. But anyways forgive me but I forgot about asking your name?"

"Aye howya," confirms the pirate while also greeting the new girl, "The name is Jeanne. Jeanne Vicky Jones. Though you can call me Jay or J.J for short. And yes Ms. Scorn, I do happen to be a real pirate. An Irish one mind ya. I'm the Captain of the Silver Jacket... well, before I decided to mosey on here. It's now in the hands of me first mate."

"And uh, what's your name Lass?" she asks curiously.

"Nicce to meet'cha both, Sscorn and Jay," Belinda said. Scorn looked like an interesting character to be around, but she was also a fan of the idea of hearing able the tales of a real life pirate. Belinda could tell she made the right choice by coming to these two first. "My name'ss Belinda. I have a lasst name, but I don't really like to use it anymore. I have another name I do go by, though I apparently have quiiiite the bounty on my head for that reputation, and I mean like telephone numberss big. Long sstory. Anyway, why are you two joining the Ssentinelss? You wouldn't exactly be the firsst thing to come to my mind when I think of "hero"."

Belinda had been enjoying the sights of Paris. The sunlight, the buildings, the historical monuments... it was really quite nice. Unfortunately for her, the time for sightseeing was coming to an end. It was not time for the soon-to-be-Sentinels to gather together. Fortunately, she was already nearby, so it wasn't like she needed to travel very far. However, Belinda chose not to enter the Sentinel HQ just yet, instead sitting down at a nearby cafe and watching as others entered first. She wanted to see who she would be meeting first before they met her.

It turned out that there were quite a number of people that had chosen to come. Some looked rather ordinary, and a few of them were even quite attractive like the first guy with the gauntlet that had appeared out of nowhere, while there were others that looked quite odd. Belinda was especially interested in the pirate, the criminal in handcuffs, and the black mech that looked like it was made for the sole purpose of combat.

Eventually, though, she grew tired of merely waiting nearby and decided to come in herself. Opening the door, Belinda exclaimed, "Boy, oh boy, do we have a crowd in here!" A blonde girl came over to Belinda and said, "You must be Belinda Romalty, right?" Belinda nodded and smiled before continuing, "Yup, that'ss me, and you are Hollie Hillss, mission coordinator. Nicce name tag, by the way." To Belinda's credit, Hollie recovered from that much quicker than she expected as she said, "Thank you. Well, feel free to meet with everyone else, and thanks for coming." "I will, thankss," Belinda said, walking off.

Belinda scanned the room, searching for potential candidates for interesting conversations, and quickly spotted the pirate and criminal together. Her target set, Belinda wasted no time speed walking over to them and taking a seat. "Hey there, mind if I join you two?" Belinda asked Jeanne and Adala.

Christopher examined each new person as they came in, trying to determine their combat and/or support potential. Many of them showed promise, like Scorn, Zeus, and Fortress. Others he couldn't determine their potential as easily, like Ella or Katsumi. Regardless, everyone was here for one purpose: the Sentinel Program. Christopher would hold off on any judgements until he saw what they could do in the field. After nodding in response to Creatrix's interaction, he resumed his wait. Christopher suspected he didn't have too long to wait how, considering the amount of people here.
I really wish I could play Overwatch. I can't because my computer specs don't meet the requirements.

Demonic Hellflame

It seemed like Hellflame had underestimated the power of their numbers. The one Hellflame had been focusing on began to fight back, launching grenades that exploded around him. Hellflame had to move to the side to avoid the worst of the damage. Unfortunately for him, the mage was already providing support, summoning tentacles from the ground that homed in on Hellflame. Hellflame launched his remaining fireballs at them as he flew back, but only a few were struck, and they proved to be quicker than Hellflame expected.

Hellflame's leg was caught by one of them, and he began to be pulled down and ensnared by more tentacles. The bombardier was also launching more grenades, dealing additional damage to Hellflame. Despite his struggling, Hellflame could not get the things to loosen up, so he tried a different approach. Hellflame recasted his <Hellfire> ability and burned away the tentacles holding him down with 4 fireballs, then flying off before his health was depleted.

His health was now in the red zone, so Hellflame was now thinking about playing it more cautiously. At the same time, Hellflame wanted to take care of the two Outlaws he was facing. Hellflame unleashed his spells on the bombardier, casting another <Binding Hellfire> on him and launching his last two fireballs at him as well, sure that that would be enough to take him out. If it did, he would focus his attention on the mage.
