So I have been on the Guild for a long, long, long, long, long, long, LONG time. I first joined the OldGuild around, my best guess would be 2012? I've been active in the Star Wars scene on the Guild since then, there have been very few games based around that genre that I haven't at least nosed my way in on. My very first game was a Star Wars game and that's what actually really got me into the Star Wars Franchise.

It's weird to think but I am such a major Star Wars nerd these days, yet before I was on the Guild I wasn't. I got into a Star Wars RP, got onto the Wikia, and then away I went into a spiral of nerd-om that I currently live within. I've grown since then, I game quite a bit, I write when I can. I have a wikia full of a lore to my own original creative universe and play around with some 'cool' comic book nerds.

Active Roleplays:

I figured that'd be more fair to mention than those fi... sorry, six Condiment King posts you owe me, now.

Just read the two posts I did three more times.
@Sep over here bullying his co-GMs when he's got a second app to write...

We're nothing if not equal opportunity when it comes to shaking eachother down.

I don't have to have a second character. It's not mandatory.
@DocTachyon Wow! Thanks so much for this it's amazing!

He's gotta do something when he's not working on a post
I got a lot of tidying to do over the next few days but should get my post catalogue updated so it's all upto date, as well as a few posts maybe
Tis a smaller post but my day has turned busy and I feel like it stopping where it does isn't too jarring

STAR LABS // CENTRAL CITY

"Run Iris, run.

It started as a walk, before speeding into a jog. Then she felt the power, the electricity running through her veins as her power flowed through her. Ever since gaining her powers, and realizing what they were she had always shown some element of restraint when running. The first couple of times her brain not used to the speed struggled to process the information fast enough.

Even once she was used to it she always had to be careful of the wake she caused, especially if she was slowing down to a stop and didn't want to attract attention.

Now wasn't the time for restraint, it was time to cut loose. Something about the speed felt right, something about using the speed felt satisfying. It as as if a small part of her was telling her that this was why she was hit by that bolt of lightning, so she would move.

There's something I never told you...-

"Fascinating-" She could barely hear Harrison over the sound of the electricity in the air and the whirring of machinery as the treadmill struggled to keep pace with her.

"Iris, what you do is dangerous. I just want you to be safe...

-"Fascinating! This is more than I imagined-"

Iris was barely registering the speedometer above her. All she new was that she wanted to go faster.

"You think this is your city?

A red light began to flash above her, and she could have sworn she heard some form of klaxon.

"Iris stop!"

"See you around, Flash.

Suddenly the treadmill fell to pieces, her lack of focus on the task at hand sent her flying into the wall in front as the belt below her suddenly stopped. As she was realizing what was happening, seeing no possible way to stop herself in time or to turn she put her hands up in front of herself in an attempt to shield her face.

When she didn't feel the unmistakable shooting pain of broken bones she looked up, and gasped at the various equally perplexed scientists that were in the room with her. The completely different room than the one she had been in before.

She waved a hand meekly, and was just thankful that she had decided to wear her - freshly clean - costume to this. "Uh, hey everyone-"

"Sorry everyone! So sorry!" Iris turned to the door as Harrison came running into the room. "Miss uh-"

He paused, not sure what to call her. Iris without a moments hesitation, and not entirely sure where it had come from, spoke up. "Call me Flash
"Run Iris, Run."

Digging deeper than she had yet as she raced down the runway she didn't so much hear, as feel the sonic boom. She had done her best to commit the directions to memory as she took off cross country. Lightning tickled at the edges of her vision, each step taking less than a fraction of a second as she powered along the interstate. She couldn't see the shockwave, but she knew it was following her. Rocking cars in her wake, everthing at this speed sat perfectly still. Nothing even came close, Iris was like a bolt of pure electricity.

Coming skidding to a halt at the edge of the bay she was nearly knocked over as the air caught up to her. Several people screamed. "Don't worry, I'm here to help!" Iris managed to push out inbetween breaths.

"With-?" Iris turned to the source of the voice, an older man with a thinning moustache.

"The tidal wave?"

There was murmurs of confusion around her, some panicked, some laughed.

"You sure you aren't lost lady? This is New Jersey, we don't get no tidal waves."

Iris walked over to the railing at the edge of the water looking out towards the bay. There Lady Liberty stood, same as always. From here it looked perfectly dry, boats were still sailing towards it. Nothing seemed terribly amiss.

"I don't, I don't understand. He just called me and-"

"Called you? Whatever you're taking to run fast is messing with your head, the phones are all down!"

"No wait, they've been back, are they down again?"

The man just waved a hand dismissively at her, bored with the conversation.

Pulling her phone out from her trouser pockets through a special flap in the suit, Iris unlocked it and as if on cue, the time jumped. From 12:09 to 12:00. The bars of service were replaced with a SERVICE UNAVAILABLE. Her most recent call? 12:07. Her confusion and reverie were broken however when she heard the screams. Turning towards the group of people, she pivoted again as a wall of water rose up perfectly stationary. Then it was as if it was pushed towards the statue.

Focus Iris.

She looked over the barrier at the water. There were several species of bug that could run on water, boats practically floated once they were fast enough. Iris took a run back giving herself a block to pick up speed.

This isn't the craziest thing you've done all day. Which was an absolutely ridiculous thought to pass through her head, however true it was. Taking a deep breath, and ready for the inevitable plunge, she ran for it. Jumping the banister, pushing herself over it - thanks High School Gymnastics, she landed on the water.

Iris had to refrain from panicking as her first foot sank slightly. Her second sank slightly less. Building up speed she ceased to sink until she was running along the top of the water. The time it took for Iris to work up the courage to take the leap, the wave had already hit. Water washing and swirling along the concrete island at the base of the statue of liberty.

She started grabbing people out of the water, throwing them - as delicately as possible - onto the remaining island.

A flash of Red and Green overhead, someone tried to call something to her as they went gliding passed. She didn't notice however, as a plume of water shot up in the air right in front of her. Twisting, she lost her footing and fell. Bouncing and skidding across the water tumbling head over heels she eventually landed in the water, dazed and confused.

Looking around she saw a young woman helping pull others to safety. "Hey did you see tha-" Before Iris could get another syllable out of her mouth she felt something clamp around her ankle and pull her under. Gasping as she went down it took all her discipline to refrain from gasping out. Eyes open in the murky depths she saw a humanoid figure in the water beneath her. Kicking at what she suspected was its face, she was rather surprised by the fact that it felt like kicking metal rather than squishy flesh.

Which probably wasn't good.

That's five Condiment King posts you owe me.

My next time I face Condiment King I'm gonna take Punisher then it'll be the last time.

"Hello folks, and welcome to the Bulletin, I'm your host. G.Gordon Godfrey-" The camera snapped as the greying news anchor turned his head to the camera. "-bringing you the latest unbiased news un-tainted by any political ideals or machinations. No Woke news here - no sir."

A smaller screen appeared to the left of the anchors head, showing scenes of a surging fire at a futuristic looking building. The name 'STAR LABS' could be seen amidst the flames. "Reports are coming in from El Paso Texas that a local STAR labs facility has caught fire -" The camera did a close up to G.Gordons sneer "-no surprise there." The camera pinned back out.

"A representative from STAR has claimed that nobody was hurt in the blaze, however the scientist who's lab caught fire has mysteriously vanished, an are asking the public for their help in finding Doctor T.O Morrow, who may be injured or confused" The camera whipped around to G.Gordons other side as he turned quickly in his chair.

"-IIIIII think that they should be asking for the authorities to start the manhunt for an arsonist, not for a victim!"

The camera returned to its starting angle. "Now. I'm sure you're thinking, G.Gordon, that has to be it for the shocking news, but you'd be dead wrong."

The background image changed to that of a crime scene surrounded by police officers, detectives and CSIs.

"Reports are coming in from New York of some crazed vigilante running around gunning down dozens of men at a time." He changed his tone to a softer tone. "Now, I'm sure you're thinking. G. Gordon. These people are allegedly mobsters and mafia, surely they deserve the death penalty. But I ask you-" The camera shot to his other side as he twisted dramatically in his hair. "-What happens when he deems a Head Teacher worthy of punishment, or a Doctor. Just how many innocent people will die because one man decided to be judge, jury-" a close up as he spoke quietly, practically a whisper, into the camera. "-and executioner."
